Phat Philly's Cheesesteak with no peppers

The place had a great vibe. Stuff was friendly and has a little bar in the back with beer. Food was extremely fresh and delicious!

Old school Phillies in Tulsa. Decent and reasonable. I had the cheesesteak with onions and mushrooms. I would definitely go back. Service was friendly. The inside is pretty retro. Old pics with stickers and writing on the walls. Worth a shot

Great sandwich. Cheese whiz is good, but I prefer provolone, so I added some. You get a healthy portion with the 7 inch sandwich. Service is quick. Didn't wait too long for the food to come out. They have a cool vibe in there. You can tell that at night it gets pretty lit. I would definitely recommend coming here for a Philly if you're craving one.

A unique place to stop in for lunch while in Tulsa. I usually let my client decide where to dine but on this visit none were available so I had to find a place on my own. I did a quick Yelp search and found Phat Philly was only a few minutes away. I love a good a Philly Cheese steak so I decided that was my lunch choice. I may have been past the lunch time rush as the place was fairly empty. Reviewing the menu I went with the 7" Phat Philly Cheese steak. They don't serve traditional fries instead they do Tots or Waffle Fries. I chose the Waffle Fries and to be honest they were pretty darn good! Overall the meal was very good. I could see myself making a return visit.

Best Philly Cheese I've ever had!! Better be hungry if you order the 11" sandwich. The service and hospitality was also great.

More like pot roast sandwich not a philly!

If you want a pot roast sandwich this is your jam. If you're looking for an actual philly cheesesteak. This is NOT it. Also forgot my fries and the Dr. Pepper soda machine is off, too much syrup not enough soda.

Very good. Fair price. Wish they put a little more cheese on it. But overall, they make a nice cheesesteak.

Got into Tulsa around 1pm and was quite hungry. Checked in to my hotel and then hit up a local…read moresandwich shop. Capriottis it was. Service was fantastic! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food wasn't very good in my opinion. I chose the turkey sandwich. Although the turkey was real turkey breast, not deli meat, it didn't have a lot of flavor. There also weren't a lot of toppings, and bread ratio was too bready. There isn't an option to "build your own" like Jersey Mikes or Subway, so you're kind of stuck with what you get. It wasn't awful, just not that good. Service made up for mediocre food.

I arrived at Capriotti's to pickup my sandwiches. Never been here before so I stood at cashiers…read morestation and waited for assistance. Both employees were at the grill working diligently. Neither looked up to see me standing there. After six minutes standing there one looked at me. Came up and asked me if she could help me. I told her my name and was there to pickup my sandwiches. With this "you dumb butt look" and said "it's right over there"and walked off. Remember I've never been there before and I hadn't seen the shelf holding our food. Place is small with six or so tables. Got home with our sandwiches. My Italian Sub was SO WET AND SOGGY! The lettuce and thinly sliced tomato were drenched in some unidentified liquid substance. I pulled all of the let out of the sub. Leaving me with a bun that was falling apart. Torn off about half of the top and bottom of the bun. Flavor of meat was okay at its best. I ate one half Wife's Homemade Turkey sub was bland and tasteless. She ate 1/3 of one half. Two bags of chips were the hit of the meal. $29.60 wasted. Can't say we didn't try.

Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The blend of spices and seasonings they use takes their sandwiches to another level, creating bold, delicious flavors that keep you coming back. On top of the amazing food, the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great experience. My only complaint is that I wish they had a location in Oklahoma City! I'd be there all the time. If you're anywhere near a Capriotti's, it's absolutely worth the visit.

So the workers' friendliness is a 5 star effort! I took an elderly aunt here for lunch and they…read moreliterally read the menu to her and suggested sandwiches. They even customized her sandwich a bit. When we were leaving, they got her a water to go. Nice touches and it was appreciated. I tried the regular cheese steak with sweet peppers. I didn't get a lot of cheese or mushrooms but the meat was good and tender. (I just wanted more cheese and mushrooms, and peppers for that matter.) I ordered a small and know they are SMALL. I did love the bread. My aunt got the pastrami signature sandwich without the coleslaw. She said it was great (and she can be a bit picky sometimes). :) We went around 11:15 and we were the only ones there. By the time we left, it was filling up. It's a small spot and they were doing a lot of carryout orders. I did like that they have one flavor of Stubborn soda--Agave Cream--on tap. So good! I will be back.
