Our dryer started squeaking like a bad bearing or roller. I checked out YouTube to get an idea of what might be wrong. (It was 100% accurate.) I called Alex and had to reschedule due to a change in my work schedule. He was very accommodating and was able to meet my schedule the very next day. He told me he would charge $85 for a site visit but that would be credited if I followed through with the repair. I was a little Leary as this repair was pretty invasive. The drum had to be removed. In my laundry room no less. As I was asking him about the bearings and rollers and such (like I knew all about it, thanks YouTube), it was quite apparent he knew his stuff.
