Janelle M at Phelps was very easy to work with. Our company attire looked awesome and was done in a very timely fashion. The company did a good job matching the color of embroidery with the different colors of garments. The only thing I asked for was a total of the bill so that when my employees picked it up I could send a check for the amount, and was never supplied that amount. So I sent a credit card along with my employees to pay for it and didn't know that I would be charged 3% for using the credit card, which I totally understand, but it was an additional $77. I would not have paid for it with a credit card had I been told what the total was that I requested in an email. I read through the reviews and I have to say my experience has been a great one. I've been a customer for over 2 years and have made many orders (3-4 large orders of over 60 tees) for my kids softball and soccer teams. The people that have helped me with designs are awesome and I felt were really talented. I'm cheap and I thought the pricing was good.
