The nail technicians here are nice and friendly. They ask you what you want and the last time I left after my gel builder mani, Lee said I could come back if anything went wrong with my nails and she would fix it. It's been about a week so far and no problems at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted from their website but in a different color, and she delivered. I also said I didn't want them too long because my job requires handwashing multiple times a day, plus I can't function properly with nails longer than a quarter inch! My pedicures have been perfect each time. I like that they take the time to clean my nails thoroughly with sanitized tools. I don't normally get my nails done all the time, but when I do, it's always a special treat. The foot/leg massages that come with the pedicures feel sooooo good, especially if you're on your feet for most of the day. I also got my eyebrows thinned out and they did a nice job. I'm glad I don't have to drive far to get my nails done. They recommend appointments, but I have come in as a walk-in twice without a problem. I did make a last minute appointment today and they were able to accommodate me and my sister within a half hour. Men come in here regularly, too. The first time I came for my pedi, a man walked in and he went all out with his pedicure. We chatted for a bit and I had to give him props for taking care of himself!! I wish more men would do the same, lol! Come on in and give yourself a little pampering because you deserve it! We got the basic 40$ pedi and the hot rocks were warm at best. It took 30 minutes from the time my friend sat down for someone to even start her pedi and another 20 or 30 after that for her nails. It wasn't busy and the employees were kinda all just walking around and one was on his phone and smoking the whole time when he said he was going to take care of her. My toes hurt today now and the color doesn't look the best. And they didn't do massage or lotion even though it was listed. Disappointed because they seem to have otherwise good reviews. They all seem nice at the end when we payed but during the service they were not professional.

And said I wanted the designs on the white nails multiple times. Unfortunately I was in a crunch and had family photos later, so I just kind of let it happen. But the color was not the same in the photo and as well, the designs were on the wrong nails. As well for both sets, they came out to $90 instead of 55 and I literally got the most simplest design ever and two colors, no jewels. Same with other set two colors nothing crazy. I will say, even though my nails didn't turn out in the design was sloppy. My daughter's nails were beautiful and completely perfect. I will say her that was more worth the 90 than mine for sure.
