Hard to get an appointment. Not very thorough. Slow. But tech appears to know what they are doing. Average service.

We had just talked about price, payment, last and final questions etc.just to get a call about 20 minutes later that the vehicle was sold out from under me.(sales person was helpful from the sounds he was blindsided by this as well). A waste of time and missed out on a few other potential trucks.

This is an honest review, not just one placed in anger over poor service. My wife was sold a car…read morebefore I married her by a sleazy salesman. She WAY overpaid for a pile of junk, and was taken advantage of due to her gender. Only 45k miles on a lightly used jeep compass and the suspension is already falling apart. From the very beginning, her windshield has been leaking. She asked them numerous times to fix it, and they keep the car for a day, claiming to reseal the window. It never stopped leaking. They even used RTV gasket maker and did such a poor job. It looks awful. They claim it's "been too long" and "they didn't catch it before they sold it," so now it's our problem. Why it was never fixed in the first place the first 4 times it was brought in shows their incompetence in their service shop and their lack of integrity and business ethics. I know a lot of people, and many people ask my opinion on where to buy new vehicles. I will always tell them to avoid Lithia of Pocatello.

(No diagnostic tests run.) Took longer than expected. When we got the car back the A/C wasn't working and making a weird sound and the cold start was STILL a problem. Service department now said the fuel pump was making causing the problem and they could have found it if they had done a diagnostic test, Something that they should have been done before replacing the engine but the technician "didn't see the note about the cold start issue." Service manger was dismissive saying if "Nissan customer care didn't side with us then it wasn't their problem" The car is less than 5 yrs old. You are better off going anywhere else.

I am that mature l even remember buying brand new car from them at the old location and we bought and financed from Nissan/Kia at least 3 in the last decade. Dealerships are here to make money and to keep inventory moving so as long as you all agree on the numbers everyone should be happy. Live and let live, unless, of course there is a disagreement about the price or a service. Certain things I can do and would not require any assistance with cabin or air filters. If one of the major parts fails I'd prefer someone else to fix it for me. It is a shame that David is gone as he was probably one of the best mechanics in this area and I could discuss and correct any technical concern I had like when they sold me wrong battery size (24 instead of 35) etc. Now there is a reason I change my own oil. We reside out of town and bringing car in was a minor inconvenience as I had to leave it for a day, then come with another vehicle and grab it. One day I left my car for an oil change and was promptly billed for it and reassured it was all done. I found the vehicle at the very same spot it was left by me and according to the odometer it was not moved for 1/10 of a mile since I parked it. In theory it is only possible if they drove it to the bay and then backed it up into the same very spot in the middle of a busy day. Ok, the oil appeared much darker and more consistent with the oil that had been used for few thousand miles than the freshly filled one. Inquired about it next day and was reassured it was all done and they just switched to a different darker looking brand of oil for changes. I was not born yesterday. Spouse stated she gets better mpg after I change hers myself. Lately they nickel-and-dime even customers buying parts that are not very unique. Adding 3% fee to card transactions is just ridiculous. Do you realize your best sales efforts are being rewarded by people who spend more than they ever should and it is all done electronically? Wake up. It is 2025. Most transactions are electronic. There are even non-profits who figured how to accept cashless donations. You are not a struggling ethnic restaurant and the owner is not your typical "Pocatellan pooh boy" as he owns at least 2 other dealerships one in town and the other in a different state. On a bright side they never sold a stolen vehicle to a family member like Phil Meador did.

I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no, you're first, no deposit needed." Since then I have spoken to Casey no less than 3 times and each and every time, I asked if he needed a deposit and he said "no." We even discussed a preferred color. Yesterday, 6 March, I went in for my oil change in my Tundra and asked him when he thought our TRD PRO would be allocated / received by the dealership and if we could give him a deposit. He proceeds to tell me there are already several people in front of us on the waiting list. Really Casey? He came up with some BS story that he thought i wanted to test ride one first, which was a complete LIE. When I called him out on it, he said "I'm not going to be talked to like this." Talked to how? Factually and honestly? Casey is the owner's hunting buddy so I'm sure nothing will come of this review. Here are a few adjectives I would use to describe the sales department under Casey's "leadership" or lack thereof: Dishonest, offensive, deceptive, good-ol-boy, disappointing, disingenuous, untrustworthy, irresponsible, arrogant and conniving. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

I had unknowingly scheduled an incorrect service given these concerns, but Kim was able to get me on the correct schedule right away. Kim was so great!! He took the time to hear my concerns, laid out a number of very affordable options, and talked through some things with me which made me feel very comfortable with my decision. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, the waiting area rivals the coffee shops/cafes in the area, and the warm chocolate cookies were the cherry on top. I honestly would love to just use their waiting room for work... haha. 10/10
