My experience was fairly brief but satisfying (that's what she said). My husband and I were serviced within 20 minutes. This included consultation on framing and type of glass. The owner has a keen eye for what looks good. We had our own ideas in mind, but he made a few suggestions to enhance the matting colors and frame selection. We weren't the only customers in the store, but he was able to work with each group simultaneously, but not disruptively for either group. Not being in a rush, the estimated ready date of under three weeks from drop off sounded perfect. The frames was ready as scheduled. As others noted, the prices were market standard. The most recent experience with Seven Arts deserves special recognition. An error in frame ordering delayed the arrival of the frame. However, upon learning of this, the group called me to explain what had happened and apologize for the error. They put a rush on the frame (at their expense) and the delay only ended up being 48 hours. When the project was completed, the owner learned that I was working all day and wouldn't be able to make it to the store to pick up the finished product, so he personally delivered it to me at work. I couldn't be happier with the work this group does and while I'm currently on a pause from purchasing anymore art work, any future pieces will definitely be framed at Seven Arts Framing.
