I was told that they would call a day before my move to confirm, and give me a window when the move would take place. Again, there was another friendly phone call with all the pertinent details. Today (the move day), i was called about 30 minutes before the move to let me know they were on the way. They were very prompt, friendly, and took great care with the instrument. Both pickup and delivery were extremely smooth, and the instrument was well taken care of through the whole process. On Thursday, they let my brother know that they would come on Monday between 9- 11 am. They called on Monday morning to let us know that they be arriving in about 15 minutes. They parked on the curb by our house around 8:50 am and got ready to start moving the piano out of our living room. The process was smooth and easy. I also asked them to take a box to my brother's house that held all the sheet music and music books. Based on my research around Yamaha pianos I think their pricing is overall pretty good/competitive. I blind purchased (tried same model in a different showroom) a used Yamaha YUS-1 and had it delivered to the San Francisco Bay Area because we don't have a lot of stock for that model in this area. Despite a small delay seemingly out of their control the whole process / logistics went really smoothly and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.
