They treated our move as if it were their own, taking great care with everything and making the entire process feel stress-free. Their speed was unbelievable as well. We had a locksmith scheduled the same day, and he even commented that by the time he went from one door to another, the entire living room had already been moved in and set up! We truly appreciate everything they did for us. Moving can be overwhelming, but Aleks, Vadim, and Bula made it so much easier. The day before, I was told they had a 7 AM job the next morning that would be completed by 12 PM and I would be the second job for the day. After 1 PM, I revived a text that they were "still stuck on this move." I thanked them for the update and asked for an estimated arrival time. At 3 PM, two hours later, I asked for an additional update and was told "not exactly sure, today." At 4 PM I called and received no answer. At 6 PM I called again and was told they would arrive between 7 and 8 PM. They did not arrive. I called multiple times after 8 PM and received no answer or return text. Finally at 10:17 PM, I received a text that they were "getting on the freeway." By that time, I had obviously already made alternate arrangements and had booked more expensive last minute movers for the next morning and payed extra to delay the date of the moving container pickup. I can understand a job running over an hour, maybe even two. But, I cannot understand a lack of communication or poor customer service. It seemed the company had two options: tell their morning customer that the 5 hours they booked were up and they had to fulfill a commitment to another customer at that point; or, tell me at 1 PM that they made a mistake and could not make it, allowing me the time to find other movers during business hours on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, they did neither of these things and really left me in a bind. Extremely disappointing. Save yourself the headache and book with some more professional and reliable.

I moved from a ground-level 1-bedroom ADU to a 4th-floor apartment, and it was no problem at all for them. They worked efficiently and handled everything safely. They brought wardrobe boxes for my hanging clothes, which was perfect since that was the last stuff I needed to get packed. They also came prepared with a variety of carts and hand trucks, which made moving everything much faster and easier. Chad wrapped my furniture in moving blankets and shrink wrap while Caleb loaded ready-to-move items onto the truck, and the whole process went quickly and smoothly. Once we were loaded, we headed straight to the new place and stayed right on schedule, exactly as quoted. Danny answered my call and got me on track for my moove before the day was done The mooving (yup, I did it again) team arrived on site ready to go. They expertly wrapped the furniture before mooving (get used to it) out of the apartment. At arrival to the delivery location, the expert moovers eyeballed the path ahead to the final destination.
