Which is frustrating, specially when you've been craving something specific from them. I've ordered from the kiosk and an actual person before and the order ends up being wrong. Ever since new ownership took over, I feel like the quality of this place has gone down. Or at least the quality of the food has gone down. The shredded turkey isn't even the same anymore. sliced turkey is no longer the same, you can tell it is from a packaged brand, the one that they use now definitely changes the flavor of the bagel XL. The other day I ordered a bagel XL with sliced turkey, egg,cheese, and cream cheese,l and when I got home it wasn't the sliced turkey but the turkey patty. When I I got home I called them and advised them it was the wrong order. They said to bring it back, and they would make the right one, which they did. But driving back and forth 15 mins each way to go pick it up and exchange it because they wrong is a bit of hassle. Also, it seems like their ordering system is also always printing out the wrong order. And then a few days later I placed an order for delivery and the drink was wrong. I had ordered the peach drink and I got some berry one. I also order a plain bagel with cream cheese for someone and it barely had any cream cheese.

It really had no flavor, despite visibly having onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and cheese. There was oddly a strip of bacon sitting on top (not chopped into the meat) , which was really the only component that added any seasoning as it was a little salty. I ended up having to put both ketchup and barbecue sauce on it at home to give it some seasoning. The tuna sub fared better, although it was a bit liquidy so the bread was soggy. The kids turkey sub combo was just that, turkey and white bread. The portion was very good though for a kids meal as it appeared to be an entire 6-inch sub and a small order of fries with a drink. that was definitely a good deal. If you haven't been, note that they only offer white bread, no bread, or sandwich toppings put on a salad All in all, this probably wouldn't be a place I would return to unless I wanted to try the chicken teriyaki sub. But I will say that the worker who packaged my order was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was a little concerned about the fate of this place as nobody was in there eating, but hopefully they are doing well.

The indoor seating is very limited; there are only two small tables outside on the sidewalk. After reading all the reviews, I found it odd that, while waiting in line and looking at the plates around us, many people were throwing their fries away. That suggests they aren't good, or everything else was so good that they were full. As I looked around, I felt as though I might have been in this store before, when it was a donut shop; things looked quite familiar. The staff was definitely keeping up with the crowd, as this place was packed. We ordered the Hardpressed and the Patty Melts, a side of loaded French fries, an order of onion rings, and finally, a vanilla shake. The chocolate and strawberry flavors were sold out. It was very loud inside, but luckily, an outside table became available. Shortly after grabbing the outside table, our vanilla shake arrived, and it was surprisingly very good. Well, that got my attention and set the stage for what was to come. Some time passed, and our ordered items began to arrive sporadically. The loaded fries looked good, as did both burgers, but we were still missing the onion rings. My wife overheard the table next to us that the onion rings had recently sold out, so the question was, did we get in on time with our order? We dove into the loaded fries and found that the fries appeared freshly cut but didn't hold up well to the toppings; they were quite soggy, nearly mushy. Up next was their signature Hard Pressed Burger. I went in and was instantly greeted by the crispy texture of those grilled, smashed bits and the grilled bun, followed by the pickle and the remaining condiments. It was a very good first bite. My wife and I traded burgers, and wow, was that patty melt delightful. That crispy, grilled, flavor-filled rye bread stood out and introduced itself again, followed by the crispy tidbits of smashed beef, and that thousand island dressing brought it all together. Once again, another very good first bite. Our onion rings finally arrived and looked amazing. The crisp on the onion rings reminded me of the same texture seen on the fish & chips at Arthur Treacher's or even Long John Silver's. When paired with their Garlic Aioli, you instantly know someone in the kitchen knows their stuff. THAT GARLIC AIOLI!! Salute! At the conclusion of our meals, we were maxed out and needed to walk off our fullness. We headed into the square and concluded our night with some geocaching. As for other locations, the service quality tends to vary from day to day. My go-to order is the Bacon Cheddar Burger, cooked medium, with onion rings instead of fries, and a fountain drink. They don't have combo meals, sadly, so everything is a la carte. On the rare... and I do mean RARE occasion that I opt for something even remotely healthy, the Garden Chicken Salad with Ranch is a tasty choice. The KEY is the Ranch. It's served chilled and I believe it's made in-house...or at least it tastes that way. Perfect dressing for a salad, phenomenal dip for the piping hot Onion Rings. Winning. As addicting as they are, I do wish that there were more than 5 Onion Rings in a serving, especially when there's an upcharge for the substitution. Everything on the menu is very enticing, as you can see from my pictures we got a little of everything. The burgers was very well Cooked and put together. I'm a sucker for presentation and theirs was very good. The sauces to everything was really good especially the sauce to the onion rings. If you get the Onions rings make sure you get two sauces for them because it's really good and can be put on anything you can eat. I will be returning to try more burgers and more pizza!
