If I had to pick one Loop location as my favorite, this would be it. Not that I'm saying things are always perfect, but whenever I'm in the neighborhood, more times than not I stop here when I've got that "burger with onion rings" lunch craving going on. The dining room is spacious, there's 2 TVs with different sports networks on, the restroom is impeccably clean, and I'm always cheerfully greeted by the staff. As for other locations, the service quality tends to vary from day to day. My go-to order is the Bacon Cheddar Burger, cooked medium, with onion rings instead of fries, and a fountain drink. They don't have combo meals, sadly, so everything is a la carte. On the rare... and I do mean RARE occasion that I opt for something even remotely healthy, the Garden Chicken Salad with Ranch is a tasty choice. The KEY is the Ranch. It's served chilled and I believe it's made in-house...or at least it tastes that way. Perfect dressing for a salad, phenomenal dip for the piping hot Onion Rings. Winning. As addicting as they are, I do wish that there were more than 5 Onion Rings in a serving, especially when there's an upcharge for the substitution. There have been a few occasions when the burger patty was a tad on the dry side, but not a deal breaker, the crisp bacon slices came in to save the day. P.S. Honorable Mention goes to the heavenly Cookies, Brownies, and Milkshakes that have always been there to help me finish strong. Disappointed, BUT we'll be back to try something different. The restaurant was packed, which indicates that they t be doing something right, but our meals were average at best. We both had chicken Caesar wraps, which were only lightly packed in the wrap, and didn't have enough dressing, so they were very dry. The homemade chips had barely any seasoning on them and were overcooked. Despite this, the wrap and chips (after adding salt) were tasty, so we'll give it one more shot. read more

Holy Canoli, why hasn't anyone told me about The Loop? I guess I'm a little late to the party but I'm glad I finally made it. Everything on the menu is very enticing, as you can see from my pictures we got a little of everything. The burgers was very well Cooked and put together. I'm a sucker for presentation and theirs was very good. The sauces to everything was really good especially the sauce to the onion rings. If you get the Onions rings make sure you get two sauces for them because it's really good and can be put on anything you can eat. I will be returning to try more burgers and more pizza! read more

I really hate to complain since most of the time I order here or the other in wgv area and it's usually good. Ate in earlier this evening around 445-5pm and disappointed as we ordered medium and was both a little under done. Also, they were stingy with the mayo. And when we asked for some extra mayo was handed one pack ... As well as we both ordered onion rings and were given only one sauce which was fine since it also was not as good as usual. Really good chicken sandwich here. A very local lunch stop I feel like office workers can grab something decent here that's not fast food chain like. Really big menu. My issue with this place is you wait in line to order and pay in advance, they ask for a tip when you pay the you get your own drinks/utensils/refills/some condiments/etc. this is not a service concept I would pay a tip for. We stumbled across this place and decided to try it out, it was surprisingly good decent pizza, burger and salad. Burger medium well cooked, juicy with delicious mushrooms, served with sweet potato waffle fries, so crispy and full of flavors. My daughter and I were pressed for time but definitely needed sustenance so we tried The Loop in the plaza at the western end of Race Track Road (Publix in the plaza). She got an individual pizza and I ordered the Turkey wrap. It was all tasty and quick, except that the avocado slices I ordered as an extra element in the wrap were missing. I didn't make a thing of it because we were short on time. But, definitely check that you get all your extras. This is convenient to my new living area so I will try them again! read more

Not an adult employee in sight. Cashier was totally unwelcoming and confused. couldn't handle placing order for 2 burgers correctly- came out wrong even after clarifying. Had to go back in for the right cheese. Fries were gross- super grainy and old - dried out where it was literally hard to swallow. Another reviewer said it gets sloppy later. That's the truth. My review is for the San Jose blvd location. Awful! Just awful. First things first, when operating a business you want to be sure to open when you say you open. So if it says you open at 11 AM that doesn't mean 1101 it doesn't mean 1102 that means 11 AM.... me and two other customers showed up at exactly 11 and we all have the same time on our cell phone. I was the first one to the door but couldn't get in because it was locked so I went back to my vehicle then after a minute or two I got back out and the two other customers made it in before me which meant instead of ordering first like I would have I had to order behind them, which means longer wait time for my food. The only really good thing about the restaurant was the employees were polite. There is music going on at the same time as a TV so if you're dining in, I wouldn't say the ambience there is soothing. I mean, if you're going to have some kind of auditory stimulation going on pick one or the other, but not both at the same time. If you don't like being recorded by some stranger behind a lens, you might not want to dine in. There is a camera pointed in the dining area. The worst part of all though was what I ordered. I ordered an 8 inch pizza and it was the worst pizza I ever had. Bland, bland bland. The whole thing was bland, even the crust. And I wasn't satiated at all. I actually had to go to another restaurant so I could feel satiated. It cost me almost 12 bucks for this tiny pizza. I could've gone to Domino's and had a delicious pizza for less money and Domino's is right across the street. I for sure won't be back. read more

Not all Loops are created equal. Thankfully this location close to home is one that has remained consistent. I also appreciate the fact that they keep the whitefish sandwich as an option at this location since its not on the menu. Overall a good experience and their burgers are always good. This is one of my go to restaurants! It's right across the road from work! This location has great parking, being part of a strip mall. I like the service here. The staff is very nice, and the food is always good. Some of my favorite food is... 1. Ahi Tuna Sandwich! (Not on the menu, but always available) 2. Blue cheese chips 3. Cajun Jack Burger 4. Went for dinner early Friday evening. Nancy got the Mushroom Swiss burger while I got the 8" Sausage and Goat Cheese pizza. We both got a crock of French Onion Soup. First off the Soup was very good. Nothing extraordinary but nice and hot with the right amount of onions to cheese and croutons. My pizza was just what I wanted. The tanginess of the sun dried tomatoes and goat cheese blended well with the fennel sausage, grape tomatoes and basil pesto sauce. Nancy's burger was cooked exactly as ordered (Med Well), tasty and had the extra slice of Swiss that was ordered. The only misstep was the side of steak fries that Nancy got. They were room temperature, over cooked and tasted like old oil. When one of the restaurant employees came by asking how everything was we let them know about the fries. A nod of the head acknowledging they heard us and onto the next table for them. I seriously doubt they even mentioned it to the kitchen. We've been to this location before and the fries were cooked correctly then. Not sure what happened on this visit. We stopped going to this Loop location a while ago due to a horrible experience when we got takeout and my husband bit into his burger and pulled out the meat paper that was cooked on the patty with his bite. This is a great location, not too far from our house in Mandarin. Both my father and boyfriend swear by the Loop burgers. My typical go-to menu items are the Caesar salad, creamy French onion soup, tomato bisque and steak fries (with ranch, of course). I love their ice and that they have fountain Cherry Coke, something you don't find too many places. If you order a shake or a malt, it will come out quickly so you can start enjoying it before your meal even arrives (and there is always enough for two people to share). Fast and friendly service. I ordered a chicken caesar salad. First, it was ready immediately after I ordered, which I thought was odd. Second, the bowl was ice cold like it was sitting in the fridge all day or if not multiple days. Third, the chicken seemed to be quite scarce throughout the salad. Fourth, I took one bite and I was immediately shocked with repulsive reflexes because the dressing tasted like extremely old deli mustard. I pick up the $14 salad and when I get home I see they gave me Gorgonzola salad which I despise. I also asked for an extra dressing on side. So I look at the salad, no dressing on the salad and give me a tiny cup of dressing on side. There is nothing good about this place and therefore threw out the worthless salad and opened a can of tuna fish for dinner.
