Wraps were pretty good just wish they were bigger or could be filled more with ingredients rather than the tortilla.

My husband and I went to a special 6 Course meal event hosted by Fast Eddy's and Jacksonville…read moreRestaurant Reviews and we had such a great time exploring some of Fast Eddy's food. We started with Hummus and Tata Chips, which was crispy pita chips with a standard (but delicious) hummus. The Tata chips had great flavor, like Stacy's Pita Chips but better! The firat course was White Bean Fahsulia, which was a rich and hearty bean stew that packed huge flavor! Second course was Falafel with Tahini Sauce. These were a nice little bite between dishes. The center of the falafel was light, fluffy, and flavorful! Course 3 was Masaka-Ah served with Timan Asfur Rice. While this dish was good, it was my least favorite of the evening. I ate half of the stew and passed the rest off to my husband, who loved it! Course 4 brought us Dolma's served with Roasted Vegetables. I LOVE stuffed grape leaves and these were seriously on point! Tart and tangy up front followed by a whole lot of savory. Course 5, my favorite, was the Spicy Curry Chicken served with White Rice. This was the dish that made me fall in love with Fast Eddy's food and had me coming back for more. I took a couple bites and got a to-go container to enjoy this later at home. Finally, we reached the end of our dinner and Course 6, dessert, came out. Freshly made, sweet and decadent, traditional baklava. Filo dough, crushed walnuts, butter, and honey. This just melted away once it hit my mouth. I don't eat a whole lot of sweets but this had me closing my eyes and enjoying every bite. Every time I've visited Fast Eddy's the staff has been amazing, friendly, and hospitable. And of course, the place being completely decked out with rock and metal music memorabilia, i feel right at home here. Oh, and there's never a time where I leave that place without an order of the Pasta Anatoli to-go!

Always a fantastic experience at St Gabriel Bakery. It is consistently one of the premier bakeries…read morein the Jacksonville area. Their selections, whether sweet or savory, are always fresh and flavorful. The staff is so polite and informative and just proud of what they do. We go often whether it's from the "Too Good to Go" app or we're just in the area. The interior is clean and vibrant and a perfect cafe style experience if you desire to dine in as well. They offer vegan selections too. If you're anywhere in the vicinity of St Gabriel Bakery, I highly suggest you stop by. You will find something you love.

I think this is what heaven smells like!…read more Very unassuming storefront in a bit of an industrial neighborhood in the Southside, St. Gabriel Bakery should be a go-to for anyone looking for extremely good pastries, cakes, and breads that give you great value for the price. I was welcomed into the store as soon as I entered. The young man asked if it was my first time at the bakery. Then he took his time to give me a tour of the sweet and savory bakery items that they have on display and taught me how to select items by choosing a basket and a set of tongs for my choices. I purchased a banana muffin, which was almost as big as my fist and still could only eat half of it in a sitting. I also ordered the turkey sandwich on a ciabatta roll, which was just the perfect combination of meat, greens, avocado, and cheese in a beautifully baked roll. Have you ever had a sandwich whose flavors build with every bite? This is truly a unique bakery in Jacksonville, and we should do all that we can to support it. Tell your friends! You won't be disappointed.

I would prefer full ingredients list on the label, as it does leave me a bit concerned as a customer in terms of trust. Like the brownie said vanilla on the sticker, but I see their website shows brown sugar in the ingredients list instead of vanilla. Which is the correct one?

I would say that the pastries are not my favorite in all of JAX but they are consistently good and high quality. The scones aren't as crumbly and dry as I typically like and the cinnamon roll was a bit drier than I'd expect. However the cream cheese topping and ratio of icing to roll was perfect. The thing that makes them standout is that their staff is wonderful. They greet you upon entering and helpful to answer questions. I LOVE that they always have a sample of one of their breads. It sets them apart. I've changed my mind several times to try whatever they were sampling. The shop has some decent seating inside and some limited seating outside. The shop is always clean and I like the display window where you can see all of their delicious items. They are conveniently located off of the 295 freeway

The owner, Massi, is such a nice guy and loves to tell funny jokes. His wife, Sabrina, isn't always there, but she is the sweetest and always provides my family with the best customer service. Because I have been raving about this place so much, all my relatives love it and go there regularly (yes, they go every weekend). Please don't expect Starbucks drinks from there. They serve authentic Italian style coffee, so you will get a hot caffe latte in a tall glass. The macchiato will be in a small espresso cup. Try their hot cappuccino with whole milk so you can experience the authentic way of making cappuccino (they only use one shot of espresso, and they said that's the Italian way!). Italian hot chocolate is also a favorite among European customers. Sandwiches are always great, and my favorite is prosciutto, arugula, Parmesan cheese, and tomato. It's a perfect spot to gather with friends or family. This cafe is a must try. These pictures are from multiple visits within three years.

From the moment you walk in, the cozy atmosphere and the aroma of garlic, olive oil set the tone for a true Italian treat! The menu focuses on traditional recipes made with fresh ingredients. Dishes feel straight out of a family kitchen in Italy. Service is warm and welcoming, adding to the relaxed, family-style vibe. Sapori delivers comforting, classic Italian cuisine that feels both genuine and satisfying. The paninis steal the show with rich parm, aromatic olive oil, and prosciutto that I haven't found since I was in Italy. The coffee drinks are amazing Lavassa served, of course.
