Unbelievably fresh pretzels and great customer service every time. This location is among the best in the Philadelphia area.

This 5 guys location was clean and well staffed. Like most chain business these days, the staff…read morewas not rude or mean, but they weren't very welcoming or friendly. They did their jobs, so I can't complain. I had a total 5 people with me, there wasn't a line and we placed our order at 1:43 p.m., we got our order at 1:55 p.m. Not a bad wait at all for food that is cooked to order. The burgers were all very good and filling. My son ordered the grilled cheese (first time get a grilled cheese at a 5 guys) luckily to be safe he ordered 2. They were good but not very big. They could have been on the grill longer, the cheese needed to be melted more. We knew better than to order more 1 order of fries, because a large was enough for the 4 of us that wanted fries, 5 guys always gives you plenty of fries!

I frequent the Marlton location on 73 and it's alway good. My visit to this Cherry Hill location…read morewas awful. I was one of 2 or3 other customers in the store so it wasn't busy. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries. I realized on my ride home that the fries were soggy. 5 guys in Marlton is always on point with fantastic fries... these were terrible. At home, I realized that my burger had some wrong toppings. I rarely call to complain, but I felt the urge to let them know. I spoke with 2 people that were equally dismissive and offered me another ordere of fries. As I was 15 minues away I politely delcined the offer. They then haggled with me over what they were willing to refund from my order. I also declined a refund and explained that I thought I was doing them a favor telling them about their quality issues. Again, they were dismissive and basically hung up on me. I'm sure I won't have a hard time finding another $18 burger and fries place somewhere else.

Only got a slush here and it was not exceptional, but that's not really the point…read more A few months ago I had read about their plans to release a pickle-flavored slush in June. Today being the first day of June, I decided to see if they might be selling it already. No signs, so I asked an employee about it. It wasn't officially on the menu yet, but they did have it, he told me. Generously he sold me and my friend some. I was grateful. Two smalls were $1.68 or something cheap like that. So how was the pickle flavor? My friend tried it before I did and automatically decided it was disgusting (he later decided it was okay). I then tried it, a little apprehensively. I was slightly let down: The pickle flavor was not as intense as I had anticipated following my friend's reaction. In fact, I ultimately decided the slush tasted more like a lemon lime Gatorade than a pickle, but it did have some pickle flavor to it. Even though I was disappointed in the lack of brine-y pickle flavor, its taste was decent. I did also appreciate that it was different... not just another blue raspberry or cherry or lime. But mostly, thank you Mr. Employee. I do appreciate you letting us try the pickle slushes even though it wasn't officially on the menu.

By the time I got to the area to place my order, it was 4:20pm. And what do I find? A handwritten sign that said no grilled items, only fried stuff. Well 20 minutes in line to leave with nothing since I was ordering 2 double sonic smashers and 2 vanilla shakes. Unacceptable. There should be a sign placed someone further out because in their drive thru, once you get to a certain point, you cant get out of line due to the concrete barriers. Poor, poor service.
