The money was already taken from my bank account, and I was left without food.I also tried contacting the restaurant directly by phone, but couldn't reach a real person just an automated system that only directed me back to online ordering through Uber Eats or other third-party apps, with no way to actually speak to someone.When I contacted Uber customer support, the representative (Stephanie) told me:"Stores will sometimes do this when they're too busy to give all orders high quality service. Rest assured the refund will reflect to your account within 3-5 business days."
