This is one of the closest locations to me and I'm sad that this location isn't better. Every time I visit it looks like they are getting ready to close because there is almost no options available to purchase. The last time I visited it was about 2pm on a Friday and there were about 12-15 of the salt pretzel rivets left and one hotdog. None of any of the other options. Based on seeing the back and the ovens, there was no one working on cooking anymore. The kid who rung me up was nice enough, the place looks clean, but it's so unfortunate there is rarely any product. The 12-15 rivets I was able to get were stale. Upon trying the hot dog, it was like warm and the pretzel around it was also stale. Unfortunately with a number of other locations only a few miles further, I rather take the trip to one of the other locations then take my chance at this one. read more

The point of the review was the idiotic comment by the kid at the front desk that it's "normal" for them to be raw inside. I was clear I wanted nothing from them and was not "returning the prezels". His attitude was that he could care less. I know they were not cooked as I buy all the time and this match was much larger than normal. Pretzels are huge! They are flavorful and salted to perfection. They get hard a little bit quickly but they freeze well and then I've stuck them in the microwave for a minute or so and they become just as tasty. I didn't try the bite sized pretzels but other people enjoyed them. Get the cinnamon dip and you will not be disappointed. It will take the pretzel to the next level. Welcome to the neighborhood! I was excited to see this place open, and the ease of ordering online prior to pickup made the experience ten times better in these COVID times. I placed an order on the website and specified the time I'd like to pick it up, and it was ready to go right on time. I had ordered a bucket of original pretzel 'rivets' and a bucket of cinnamon sugar ones, each came with a sauce so I chose queso and cinnamon butter. The pretzels were delicious and the buckets were much larger than I was expecting, as were the containers of dipping sauce. I was truly surprised at how much we got for such a low price. Both the service and the pretzels were great, but the prices truly were unbeatable. I'd definitely order from here the next time I need to bring something to a party! read more

I specifically asked the young lady yesterday for a warm pretzel because I always get hard pretzels she commented they just came out. She put the pretzels in the bag. I ordered a small tray to bring to a small dinner party. The tray came with two sauces but I bought an extra because I can never decide. I opened the tray to find the cheese had mold! I was horrified and embarrassed to bring this to a friends house. Good thing I ordered the extra sauce. I called the next day to speak to a manager and there was no refund offered, only a come in and I'll give you cheese and pretzels. After I paid for the extra sauce and tax, the tray came out to almost $40- quite expensive when no one wanted to go near the pretzels. read more

Gone twice now wanting this to work so badly. Pretzels are barely warm when served and cool off rapidly. Dips (basic mustard too) are tiny for a small and huge/expensive for a large. Mustard and a spot to sit & eat them hot out of the oven should be provided complementary. Otherwise one is just better off baking them yourself at home. Perhaps they should offer these frozen. These pretzels are really great, especially for the price. I got the 5 pretzels for 4 dollars, and they really give you a lot. They were not too salty, and had a more sourdough taste, so they weren't drenched in butter sauce like other pretzels. I'm giving this a 4 stars because although the pretzels were cheap and tasted good, the pretzel dips didn't really taste like anything. read more

I loved the first 2 times I went. The pretzels were soft and delicious. The Nacho cheese is the best too. I just went Monday 1/25 when they opened. Unfortunately this time the nuggets were rock hard in the 5 mins of getting them home. I had never had this happen even with nuggets made at regal. Really good chewy hot pretzels! Just as chewy as NYC pushcart pretzels. The smell of warm pretzels is so good. Bought a lot to bring home to my husband (a pretzel connoisseur). He dipped them in his favorite mustard and declared them NYC good. High praise. The Pretzel Factory in Ronkonkoma was very clean & the staff wore proper masks and gloves. It's a small very clean store in the ShopRite supermarket mall. I'm coming back to try out different items such as their drinks, dipping sauces and bites. Prices for the size are good. These pretzels are amazing! I run one of the largest clubs at St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, and we have ordered from Philly Pretzel Factory many times now. The pretzels are always warm and soft, and so flavorful. We order in very large quantities (over 100 pretzels) and each and every one goes so fast!
