The menu changes each week. They typically rotate milk chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie each week. The week I went, they had milk chocolate chip and butter cake. They were both good. Not a real fan of the cake. Love their milk chocolate cookie. Service was fast. It's rarely ever crowded when I go. I feel like their in store kiosk is a bit confusing so I ended up using the app while in the store to place my order. read more

It's a boutique cookie shop and everything you'd expect from it as much, I reckon. There's no place to eat; it's a pickup-only place. You walk in, and there are two touch screen computers where you place your order. Easy enough. There are workers there, but they are busy making cookies. One of them said hi when I walked in. The cookies are good. Very rcich. They're also very expensive. Not quite $5 a cookie, for a cookie about five inches in diameter, I'd estimate. And then you are asked for a tip before you pay. Not that big a deal, but I'm an old grouch who isn't excited about paying a tip when they're not providing any particular table service or anything. If the workers need a tip, put it in the price instead of nickel-and-diming their customers. My opinion. They box the cookies up nice. Again, it's a boutique shop. They're looking to provide a nice, posh service, with the concomitant charge. As you might guess, it's not my kind of place (I'll go the Kroger next door and pay the same price for a dozen cookies), but this place is hoping, and clearly a lot of people like it. So if a boutique cookie shop sounds like you're kind of thing, it's for you. If it's not, I wouldn't go. read more

I hate to leave this review but my experience reflects it. I typically visit the location in Kennesaw, but since I live 8 min away I figured why not go to a closer location. The service is poor. No personality - no greeting when you walk in. If so, it's very soft you can barely hear them. Stood at the pickup area for 7 minutes before saying "hello" to the 3 employees so ever focused on the baking the cookies. I took it upon myself to say "hi, hello!" and finally, I was greeted by a young lady that asked me my name. When I told her my name and that the mobile option was not allowing me to check in for my order, she said she would make my order. Two other customers that walked in after me received their order while I just stood there. After they received their order, I then received mine - after being in the store for over 15 minutes. Awesome location in Acworth (Kroger plaza). Plenty of parking available outside. You can order online and pick-up in store. They have a few kiosks available inside to quickly order and pay, then simply wait for them to package up your order. Friendly service! Short wait time. Very small location, this is definitely a grab and go space, no seating available. Cookies are delicious! New menu weekly (check their website and social media for new flavors weekly!). They also serve ice cream but I have yet to try. read more

First of all I have a confession, cookies are my kryptonite. So when I discovered Crumbl had opened a store near me I sadly was incapable of not walking in, taking a deep breath and instantly ordering cookies. The wonderful person who greeted and took my order must have observed how helpless I was to the temptation before me. Huge, freshly made and designed cookies were placed in a box with my own personal message right on the out side for whom ever I decided to share them with, if I decided to share. Just so you know, I only got 4, I did share but I'll be back. I'm hoping for strawberry next time but the Gingerbread was very good, YUM read more

The new Crumbl is finally here! My family and I decided to try out the new location since we were so pleased with the other. The decorations were fun and I liked the color scheme a lot! Everyone was nice and inviting when I entered giving my family and I a warm welcome. The cookies themselves weren't the best this week however the Raspberry Cheesecake was good I wasn't a fan of the lemon poppyseed though. I wasn't able to have monster because of my allergies so I can't rate it. I wasn't a fan of the Chocolate Sheet cake but it was still pretty good and my family enjoyed it can't wait to see what they do next week! read more

Very disappointing. After reading positive reviews, we gave it a a try ...the results were NOT good. Bought chocolate chip cookies. They were huge and looked inviting but they had a very odd(not good) taste to them. Neither of us could identify the ingredients making these bad but they were inedible. I ate 1/2 and threw out the rest of mine My wife had one bite and tossed 90% of hers. We will not be going back read more
