He asked for a few photos to provide an estimate, got back to me right away, and gave me a very fair quote. His communication was prompt and friendly when it came to scheduling, and he showed up exactly on time. When he arrived, I realized I had forgotten to include one of the skylights in the original estimate, and it was no problem at all.
