We figured out that in addition to a gutter cleaning (it had been 15 years!), the gutter was put on incorrectly, and he was able to correct the angle so that water would drain into the downspout and not waterfall over the end of the gutter. The windows have spots and streaks, their tech left with the windows with water droplets and streaks on them even after I stated that to him. He stated that they use DI water so they would not spot WRONG. He did not clean the window tracks, did not clean the screens well, and left one screen in the bathroom completely off.
