This is a great place to hang out between events and people watch. Only at Disney can a lobby bar still be mostly about the family. The drinks are good but no bar bites. We had an amazing cocktail server, Anne, who was very attentive and super sweet with a southern drawl. read more

Had the pleasure of trying out this new location (for me) at the Dolphin resort. What a hidden gem this is. I met a friend there and had some drinks, that were all made amazing btw by the bartender. Their service was friendly, on top of orders, great convos and just a standard of what a bartender should be. So for the bartender Alesha she definitely gets a 5 she was a lot of fun. I was very impressed. The location is right in the lobby which was kinda odd but was pretty quiet until the parks closed. Around 10pm it got a bit crowded but the crowd was all about good times. Met a lot of really nice people who were in town for a convention. Just a great evening all around. I will for sure be back and I am adding this to my list of go to for drinks. I don't give out 5 stars but this was a solid 4-4.5 *edit* Also a good place to watch the games! read more

Phins, otherwise known as the bar inside Dolphin. I did not even know what the name of this place was the first few days I was here. It just kind of melds into the surroundings. It kind of flows into the lobby area where there is seating for anyone. They offered a wide variety of items that you would find at a regular bar. They had a few beers on tap, but not that many taps. What they did have was really great, and they flowed quite easily. Mixed drinks galore, and people were happy with the selection. The bartenders that I dealt with were decent and jovial. However, others said that certain bartenders throughout the week were a bit harsh when it came to dealing with the customers. It's interesting that you seem to get a feel of a place as the week rolls on. In the end, this place serves its purpose. A place to kick back at the end of the night and grab a libation. Prices are the norm for the area I would suppose. But what do I know. I really didn't pay attention much. read more

The Dolphin is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Disney and this super cute bar is one part of the reason why. The Phins bar is very conveniently located in the lobby of the Dolphin hotel. The drinks, like any hotel bar, are a bit expensive but they have a great cocktail menu and selection of alcohol. I love that they mix in some local favorites. I personally love the cocktail list as I love trying new things. I have never had a drink I didn't like from Phins and I have tried several. The bartenders are all so friendly and helpful if you aren't sure exactly what you want. They also will often give you pretzel thins to snack on which is always welcome as typically I stop for a drink with friends and we can snack while chatting. Stopping here is just the perfect way of to end any Disney day! read more

The bar in the lobby of the Dolphin Hotel was busy; it was packed. Yet, I was still able to step up and catch Travis S's eye; and, order drinks for me and my wife, as we waited for our room to be ready. Despite not being on the menu, I ordered a Mojito for my wife; but, Travis mentioned they may not have mint. Undaunted, he disappeared for few minutes; and, returned with a HUGE handful of fresh mint leaves, which he dismantled; added to the glass; and, muddled with the simple syrup and lime, to produce a commendable Mojito. Mine was easier, as I ordered the Barrel Aged Negroni, which I think they have "on tap," as it was produced very quickly... it was very good. I have been here a few times while visiting Disney with my family; however, the level of service and caliber of drinks I received last night was INEXCUSABLE. 3 bartenders on duty were only catering to one guest, to the point a bartender named Chris wrote " VIP SECTION " on a poster near the guy instead of serving multiple other guests who were attempting to flag him down... I wish a manager was around to complain directly. Extremely childish for the environment. When I did receive the drink from Chris, it was terrible. No balance, poured like he slipped mid way or was trying to kill an elephant rather than calm me before going to my room. Marriott should be EMBARRASSED with where this bar has gone in the past 6 months. If I come back, it'll be to complain. read more

We only experienced the Sunday Sips menu- so drinks only. We tried the La Espanola and the Hail Mary. Both were fabulous! Service was quick and it was not excessively busy. Would like to try the food items in the future. We will definitely be back to try the other bloody Mary's. I would like to see them add food to the Sunday Sips. We had to eat before we came so we didn't get too tipsy or sick while enjoying a morning beverage. We were staying at the Boardwalk hotel at Disney so it was a quick walk over! Recommend to anyone staying in the area who wants to try an awesome Bloody Mary or wants to relax on a Sunday morning. read more

Bianca whose passion is family (like office space wears pins for conversation piece) and Krystal who provided me with my pretzel meal (since I've been traveling air space the last 16 hours and everything is closed) are absolutely the best!!! These beautiful Phins cocktail servers are so nice, accommodating, and efficient that you all MUST tip them big. Even made certain that request for Warriors vs. Pelicans come up on screen. Gosh, its late here in Southeast! But the Dolphin bar is so happening, it's almost 1 am and the energy is still up...definite conference goers ...lol like me. Phins was definitely the highlight of the Swan and Dolphin hotel experience. The bar is laid out super cool and appears very elegant. The bartenders are all exceedingly gorgeous and very lovely. Also lovely are the pretzel crisp bowls placed before every patron, nice touch! I only ever drank one thing here during my stay because it was so good, the pineapple crush. The sexy mustachioed bartender makes an amazing pineapple crush! This spot was the site of many great drinks, fun conversation, and fabulous hot bartender ogling...great spot! read more

Best Lobby Bar! Terrific service and reasonable prices. Chris and Angel are very attentive. They won't let your glass go dry. They have a Daily Punch for a bargain. Love the full pour of the La Marcia Prosecco. When there is a conference in the hotel the Bar is rocking. The room can get very loud but no worries- you won't hear a peep in your room. I am amazed how these bartenders get everyone served but they do it with nary a blink of an eye. read more

I have come across one single cocktail in all my life that is an entire brunch in and of itself - the Hail Mary at Phone an Orlando Florida.
