Huge lounge in the Dolphin Hotel right off the lobby. Delicious drinks. Lots of seating. Service quick and attentive. Check for specials!

The Dolphin is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Disney and this super cute bar is one part of the reason why. The Phins bar is very conveniently located in the lobby of the Dolphin hotel. The drinks, like any hotel bar, are a bit expensive but they have a great cocktail menu and selection of alcohol. I love that they mix in some local favorites. I personally love the cocktail list as I love trying new things. I have never had a drink I didn't like from Phins and I have tried several. The bartenders are all so friendly and helpful if you aren't sure exactly what you want. They also will often give you pretzel thins to snack on which is always welcome as typically I stop for a drink with friends and we can snack while chatting. Stopping here is just the perfect way of to end any Disney day!

Atmosphere was great. Convenient if you are staying in the hotel. Watched several football games and enjoyed the drinks. Service is great.

Cute bar with great service. Loved the pineapple crush cocktail. It was so good, I had one every night before going out. Bartenders were always super nice. Wish they'd stayed open a little later, but it's all good. Had a great experience.

The bar in the lobby of the Dolphin Hotel was busy; it was packed. Yet, I was still able to step up and catch Travis S's eye; and, order drinks for me and my wife, as we waited for our room to be ready. Despite not being on the menu, I ordered a Mojito for my wife; but, Travis mentioned they may not have mint. Undaunted, he disappeared for few minutes; and, returned with a HUGE handful of fresh mint leaves, which he dismantled; added to the glass; and, muddled with the simple syrup and lime, to produce a commendable Mojito. Mine was easier, as I ordered the Barrel Aged Negroni, which I think they have "on tap," as it was produced very quickly... it was very good. Drinks are quite pricey; with tip about $20 apiece!

Cheese burger and fries , not too bad .

12/16/2019 9:30pm . The service was awesome and the food wasn't too bad . The bar staff were very busy and yet they still kept our drinks full and checked on us . The bar manager convinced me to get the Smoke N Rose drink which wasn't too bad at all and she was so nice too . We definitely will be back here while we stay here and when we stay here at the Dolphin hotel again .

Great bar in the lobby of the Dolphin. I enjoyed a signature drink, the Pineapple Crush' and a jumbo pretzel with beer cheese. Both items were great and I'd recommend either to others.

We only experienced the Sunday Sips menu- so drinks only. We tried the La Espanola and the Hail Mary. Both were fabulous! Service was quick and it was not excessively busy. Would like to try the food items in the future. We will definitely be back to try the other bloody Mary's. I would like to see them add food to the Sunday Sips. We had to eat before we came so we didn't get too tipsy or sick while enjoying a morning beverage. We were staying at the Boardwalk hotel at Disney so it was a quick walk over! Recommend to anyone staying in the area who wants to try an awesome Bloody Mary or wants to relax on a Sunday morning.

Bianca whose passion is family (like office space wears pins for conversation piece) and Krystal who provided me with my pretzel meal (since I've been traveling air space the last 16 hours and everything is closed) are absolutely the best!!! These beautiful Phins cocktail servers are so nice, accommodating, and efficient that you all MUST tip them big. Even made certain that request for Warriors vs. Pelicans come up on screen. Gosh, its late here in Southeast! But the Dolphin bar is so happening, it's almost 1 am and the energy is still up...definite conference goers ...lol like me. Come here for the drinks, the service and the fun! It's Disney for adults! Oh and the Warriors won....thanks Bianca for setting it up on screen and being the best!

I really wanted the Seasonal Espresso Martini trio, but there is NO WAY in heck I'm shelling out $30 for 3 extremely small, mini drinks. You have got to be kidding me with that price! We actually had The Viper, Midnight Relic & The Dark Forest Dip. Our bill was nearly $60 dollars! Although the food and drinks did end up being VERY good, the prices are ridiculous, even for Disney. I like stopping in for the seasonal offerings, but as a vegetarian with a normal job, this place had lost some of its appeal for me.

At the entrance to his cave, I had to disarm several traps, including floor spikes, poison darts, and a tablet demanding a 25% tip--with no obvious option to leave no tip. Fortunately, I discovered the hidden button in the bottom-right corner, written in 8-point Times New Roman. At last, I reached the altar containing the legendary treasure chest. When I opened it, I found a shirt that read, "I'd Rather Be at Jock Lindsey's Hangar Bar," along with flyers for the Halloween and Christmas events. That discovery led me to this wonderfully themed bar. This is a double review covering both the Halloween and Christmas events. These events used to be relatively easy to attend, but thanks to social media influencers, they have become extremely popular. The lines can get enormous, especially from Friday through Sunday. My advice is to visit Tuesday through Thursday and arrive early. The food was great, and the presentation--especially for the Halloween offerings--was fantastic and definitely Instagram-worthy. The specialty drinks were delicious and surprisingly strong for a Disney restaurant, although they do come with the expected Disney price tag. I've also visited when the bar wasn't decorated for a holiday, and it was still a great time. The regular food offerings are just as good, and the portions are fairly generous. The standard drinks are also perfectly enjoyable. If the weather isn't too hot, I recommend sitting outside by the lake. You'll have a beautiful view of the boats passing by, and the scenery around sunset is incredible. A fantastic spot for food, drinks, atmosphere, and the occasional archaeological revelation.

We arrived hungry and decided to try several food options, and I have no complaints. Everything was beautifully plated, tasted fresh, and was full of flavor. The dishes also paired wonderfully with our drinks. Reservations are highly recommended, and window seats can be difficult to get. That said, I loved the interior décor. Disney did an excellent job designing the space--it feels like an upscale, contemporary version of Epcot. This may be my favorite lounge on Disney property. We visited at night during a red moon. After my second drink, I felt the spirit of Walt Disney speaking to me. He recommended another drink and suggested mixing some honey and mustard with a piece of bread, then layering it with prosciutto, mozzarella, and a black olive. It completely blew my mind. He then recommended another drink, and for a brief moment, I found myself standing with Walt on top of Spaceship Earth. He put his arm around my shoulder, leaned in, and asked if I happened to have the time. It was a moment I'll never forget. Either that, or the drinks were stronger than advertised.

We were seated along the back wall with a booth and chair. Our server Miguel came over right away to greet us and drop off some waters. The inside is beautiful with lots of nods to Spaceship earth and some pretty cool views of the park. We were there for lunch and just enjoyed each others company. They have some small plates and we tried the charcuterie board, mushroom flatbread, and ham croquettes. All were good in their own way and I would order each of them again if we head back. There were a lot of drinks with a variety of liquors for different folks. They also have a full bar, so if you don't see it on the menu ask - I did and got an expresso martini which was delicious. We really enjoyed our food and drinks, but we felt that the chairs were a little uncomfortable. They felt too high or the table too low to be comfortable. It is a higher price point, which we do not mind, but it is not going to be something we are alwasy going to do (especially since we can't always come without the kids). It ended up a great date day at the park.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I feel compelled to…read moreshare it. From the moment we arrived, we felt unfairly judged. As the hostess walked away from our table, she commented that our group was going to be "nothing but a problem." The basis for that assumption? One member of our party had simply helped clear and organize the table to make the seating process easier and faster for the staff. Yes, we were a lively group. We were on vacation, having a great time at Disney, laughing and enjoying each other's company. What we were not was intoxicated. The situation escalated when one of our friends was accused of being drunk and our entire party of 10 was asked to leave. The problem is that she wasn't intoxicated at all. What makes this especially troubling is that our friend has worked incredibly hard to maintain her sobriety and recently celebrated 12 months alcohol-free through AA. To be publicly accused of being drunk after reaching such a significant milestone was humiliating, heartbreaking, and completely unnecessary. When we brought our concerns to the General Manager, Scott, we expected leadership. We expected someone who would take a moment to assess the situation, listen to both sides, and use his own judgment. Instead, he simply stated that he trusted his employees and made no effort to independently evaluate what had happened. A manager's job isn't to blindly accept accusations. A manager's job is to gather facts, assess the situation, and make informed decisions. In this case, Scott failed to do that. As a result, the restaurant lost a party of 10 customers. More importantly, they deeply hurt someone who has spent the last year fighting for her sobriety. That's the part of this experience we won't forget. Everyone makes mistakes. Great restaurants acknowledge them, learn from them, and treat people with dignity. Unfortunately, this experience was defined by assumptions, poor judgment, and a complete lack of empathy from both the staff and management.
