(I saw the claims form online several months later that they had double charged/collected their fees from me and the insurance company. It was for the frames and the contact lens fitting/order.) In addition, the vision prescription for the frames were way too strong and I still can't wear them without getting a headache. I will never come back here and be warned to future patients. All they wanted to do there was talk about surgery for my cataracts (which is not needed) Maybe Patel gets a kickback? So when I got my glasses, my vision was totally distorted and I was dizzy. So I finally went to a real optician at Newton Wellesley Eye Associates, they confirmed I actually had very little change in my RX and fortunately, the great folks at Focal Point in Newton changed to the correct RX without any charge.
