I eat Thai food pretty regularly and have ordered Pad See Ew many times, so this was definitely not what I was expecting. I've included a photo of the dish so others can see what I received. The restaurant also appeared to be using swamp/evaporative coolers inside. I'm not sure if that is their normal cooling setup or something temporary, but I've included photos of the interior as well. I understand that I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and I tried to be considerate of that. At the same time, Springdale is a hiking destination and Thai Sapa is one of the restaurants open later in the evening, so I would imagine hikers arriving later isn't unusual.
