Excellent broth and to me, the broth IS the pho. I'm so excited to have tried Pho 54! I am not necessarily a soup snob but I like to think I know good pho. Pho 54 is really, REALLY good. Enormous portions (what was I thinking to have ordered a medium!?!?) and tender meats. Service was polite but incredibly slow. We ate at 1pm and the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It took 20 minutes for our pho to make it to the table and on lunch break when time is limited, I really needed faster service to allow me to enjoy the good soup. I will be back though - it is delicious and warm and I'm a new fan! read more

The service and ambience is great. The staff are very kind and attentive. I wasn't as pleased with the food. There wasn't any pork in the seafood and pork noodle soup. THIS IS MY FAV PHO PLACE IN EDMOND! Service was on point. Very attentive & friendly staff. They cleared the tables whenever there is an empty plate or bowl. This is great because not much pho place will do this for you. Food was good! They don't give as much meat as pho 7 but the pho broth reminds me of home pho! Pretty good authentic Vietnamese food. But all the dishes we tried had small issues that kept them from that 4th star. I'm very picky with Vietnamese food since I've lived in cities with some of the best in the US. Vermicelli noodle bowl needed bean sprouts and less cheap chopped lettuce. Plus the fish sauce tasted a little watered down. Spring rolls had same problem, too heavy on flavor-robbing lettuce. Peanut sauce was on point. Egg rolls were also better, homemade with tasty filling. Pho was kid's size which sadly came with none of the typical dressings. Broth was simple, good, not great, just good. Dining room is fairly unremarkable, not a lot of character. I guess they are going for that simple strip mall hole-in-the-wall look. As for the service they pretty much left us alone all meal, while loudly chatting wrapping utensils as a group right behind us. Overall our meal was average in just about every way possible. I have been here over a dozen times. The pho is always great and they give you plenty of food and toppings to enjoy seconds the next day. Let me just mention this place was not on my way home, I detoured to go here because the rating. At first I was really iffy about the place just because the way I got there. When I got there, the place was clean & the service was quick. Within minutes of ordering our food came out hot! I ordered a large pho đặc biệt, & when they say large, they meant it. The bowl was so big I couldn't finish my pho. But the broth was so good I didn't wanna add anything to it. I got the avocado smoothie, which was excellent & I also got to try the honeydew, that one was immaculate Definitely get a bang for your buck! I've eaten Pho now for over 30 years. I did not like pho the first time with it earthly citrus flavor it had compared to the rich creamy flavor of Ramen. Now to pho 54 And my 30 years of experience with Vietnamese food since that and being married to a Vietnamese person for over 10 years, now divorced of course. This place is A little below average in the flavor department and service. My water was never refilled, they didn't have the sauce trays for my meat and the food was only okay. My spring rolls or egg rolls you could taste the old oil in the egg wrapping. I feel oklahoma is really missing on great Vietnamese food that I experienced when I traveled to Vietnam with my ex-wife. We have an abundance of pho shop and places offering Vietnamese food but not one is stepping up to be the go to end all. read more

Looks like an upscale modern pho place with silverware rolled in linens not like how the typical pho places have the chopsticks on the table already. The servers took care of us by always being attentive even though it took us a while to make up our minds. I ordered a small pho dac biet which was very tasteful and sweet. Although i ordered a small, it was a pretty big portion for me and I was hungry. My boyfriend ordered bun bo hue and the portion was pretty big as well. He didn't even finish it and he usually eats a lot. I took a sip of his broth and it was good! It was a probably the best bun bo hue I had in a while. Customer service is awful! Employees are rude and always on their phone. The cashier is exceptionally rude and unpleasant. Food is absolutely disgusting! The pho is great - almost as good as Pho Cuong, and definitely my favorite outside of the Asian district. Very good balance of flavor in the beef broth. Bahn Mi with chicken was good, but chicken tasted plain & grilled. Cafe Tí Bo has much better chicken marinade flavor. The chicken fried rice steals the show - it is DELICIOUS. As others have pointed out, huge portions for a great price! The name says it all: get the pho! We got the classic Pho Dac Biet, complete with tripe, meatballs, steak, tendons, mmm, delicious! The broth here is fantastic, a truly unique taste. We all had different guesses as to what was in the broth to give it that one-of-a-kind taste. Is it cinnamon? Nutmeg? Allspice?? Pho 54 is my go to Vietnamese place in North OKC/Edmond. I always have a very hard time deciding between a vermicelli bowl or pho. The vermicelli bowls are delicious! Fresh lettuce & herbs, pickled carrots, cucumbers, & delightfully marinated meats. I always top mine with both fish and soy sauce. The pho is fabulous. This place does NOT miss!!! Our family has gladly been making the 25minute drive every time we get the craving-which is usually weekly. [To be quite frank, I'd rather stop here & have my meal rather than the noodle shops in Okc on 23rd] Personally, I think the star of their menu is the P14 with the vegetable broth- which I haven't seen available elsewhere. Steamed chicken dumplings, P14 with vegetable broth, steak, & tripe is my go to. Everything else on the menu is as delicious and well done. For a pho place on the north side, this place is legit. I love the pho in the Asian district and really enjoyed it here. I had the vegan pho and it was super flavorful, which can be hard to do with no beef broth. The tofu vermicelli bowl was also amazing. I've had the beef pho in the past and I remember it being super flavorful. The portion sizes are huge and the prices are low! Service staff worked together to make sure we were taken care of and the inside of the restaurant is clean and very pretty. Since this place is so close to home, I'll probably come here a lot. read more
