    Bun Bo Hue

Dinner here tonight was excellent. Smiling attentive waitress, clean, somewhat minimalist interior. I started with the Salty Lemonade. I was skeptical when I ordered it having never heard of that before and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted delicious. It's definitely unusual but refreshing. We also had the spring rolls which were fresh and had a nice peanut sauce for dipping. I had the Bun Bo Hue which is a spicy (but not too spicy) beef soup. I was surprised by the variety of meats in it. It also had a piece of pork blood cake which might be off putting for the average American. I just chopped it into small pieces and it was barely noticeable in the savory broth. My wife had the regular pho which was also very tasty. Great meal and we will be back.

I came here looking for some good pho. I got some to go with an order of spring rolls. Customer service was good and front desk was nice Pho was decent tasting and spring rolls were really good.

The food was not good and meat was so chewy. On top of that, what threw me off was the very bad attitude for no raison from the blonde short hair lady. She was at the cashier & also serving. No smile, no nothing like she was just straight up rude. We thought she was like that with everyone. However, she was nicer & polite with other customers. We'll not be returning. EVER. Follow up to you response, i saw reviews from before same thing happened with service lady and you replied to the review saying you will take care of it but the fact that it happened again with me for no raison proof that no action was taken but just words... i would like you to speak with your worker so she is more presentable and not act as she is doing people favor or idk. Smiling with some and acting up with some like what in the world is that!!

A nice, family-operated homestyle flavored Vietnamese restaurant. A generous menu has a dish for every appetite. A lot on this menu, more than just Pho & Bahn Mi. But I love the savory broth of their Pho soups! So, even as I tried to say "let me see the menu" it came out "A big bowl of Pho Ga, please". How big you want it? Small, Large, "Souper Bowl" or "Big Bertha" size? I got "Souper Bowl" and it filled up my tank to the brim. Food coma is good for you! Good crowd here, it was last hour of the schedule, but they seated a big family, and then myself, and had all orders out pretty fast! Big dining room, many wooden tables with wood chairs. A patio, with some shade, offers metal mesh outdoor tables & chairs. I won the Super Bowl of pho!

When I first walked in you can smell all the delicious food. I walked in and I was immediately asked how many in my party, I let him know that I wanted to order to go. I was in the mood for pho and ordered the P1 the house special. I also ordered the spring rolls and egg roll. When I got home and opened the broth , I immediately smelled the aromatic pho broth. Everything tasted delicious.

Service was good. Unfortunately, I just really did not like the Bun Bo Hue. The flavor wasn't there for me. The ingredients were fresh. My boyfriend enjoyed his pho.

Finally tried this pho place out... and glad we did. I appreciate their serving sizes including the big Bertha size that could serve a whole family, which makes it more cost effective compared to other pho places. Service was good and overall a casual family environment. Their thit nuong actually was really good. We will be back!

My husband and I's new favorite pho restaurant in the Dallas area! The pho broth was clear and delicious-- you can tell they make it from scratch in their kitchen and take great pride in it! One of my favorite Viet items, the bún thịt nướng chả giò, was also so delicious and perfectly balanced. The egg rolls were crispy and the meat was well-seasoned! We also greatly enjoy their Vietnamese coffee and flan! The coffee is robust and rich and they serve these treats how it is in Vietnam. The owners are so sweet and the service and ambience have been wonderful every time we've gone! Would recommend!

    Shaken beef garlic noodles

I always saw this restaurant on social media and everything, but I never actually got to sit down and eat there. I was excited to finally try it, I ordered the egg rolls, Vietnamese chicken wings, pho đặc biệt (house special), and the shaken beef garlic noodles. I thought the egg rolls had a good crisp, but it was just regular egg rolls. The wings also had a good crisp, but I wish it had more sauce on it because i feel like it didn't have enough and that would've made it 100 times better. The pho was good and tasted lighter than other pho I have had, it was different but it was nice. The shaken beef garlic noodles was probably my favorite, the meat was nice and tender and it was definitely garlic noodles. Overall the service was good and fast, if I was ever in the area and was wanting Vietnamese cuisine I would stop by and try it out again!

Paid $2.45 for a side of steamed broccoli... got FOUR pieces. That's $0.61 per floret. What a deal! #skimped

I got a pork rice bowl that legit had meat with hair and cartilage (I think it was ear, maybe snout?). I mean, I'm Pinay, I love sisig but for a $14 rice bowl, you think it would have better quality meat rather than ear! My kid had a tiny $8 quesadilla. We had two coconut Viet coffees. Rice Cracker With Vegetable and Caramelized Sauce / Com Chay Kho Quet Rau Luoc ($17.50): Wow, finally a place that has this and does it right. The rice crackers were crispy but not hard and the kho quet was umami and had a nice spicy kick. The rice crackers and vegetables paired perfectly with the sauce. This is the best kho quet I have ever had and it made my husband's top 3, which is saying a lot since he grew up in Vietnam. Combination Sticky Rice / Xoi Man ($12.50): I loved the flavor combinations, especially the pate with the rice. I would have liked the rice to be a bit stickier since there were a few harder chunks, but I just ate those with the kho quet sauce and it was fine.
