Walked in at 12:15 and walked out at 12:55. Took my entire lunch break to get some Pho. I had to ask the waitress what was going on with my food because people who were seated after me were fed. Mind you, she was the only one waitress working. She just walked away and did not come back for 5 minutes. I then just had to ask her to take my food to go. It took another 5 minutes for that to get packaged. When we went to pay she just said "sorry". That was it. No discount, buy one get one free card. Pho is just broth with already prepared veggies and already cooked noodles on the side and it took nearly an hour? Really? A whole room full of people eating, even people who ate before me. I'm still at work hungry because what should have taken 15 minutes took my entire break and I couldn't even eat it. To think all she had to say was sorry. Sorry I gave this place a chance. I had heard good things about this restaurant in general, and had gotten a glowing recommendation for it as I was leaving for lunch from a co-worker. Found the place without any issues and the server came over promptly to take my drink order. A few minutes later, I placed my order. Then I went back to my book that I was reading. After watching several people who came in after me get their food, I put down my book. Every time my server was out from behind the counter, I looked at her (the kind of look that says "I need some attention here"). Nothing. She even came over to the table next to mine to check on how they were doing. Still nothing. Not a "Hey, your foods almost ready". Not a "Can I get you a refill?" Nothing. I left after FORTY minutes of waiting for a bowl of noodles. NOT IMPRESSED at all. BTW, I had never been to this place before, and will probably never go back, at this point. read more

Apart from being Vietnamese, being away from home, I tend to crave Vietnamese food. No place can ever compare to mom's taste, but I was desperate. I ordered the special pho, there seem to be more noodles than meat, the broth was extremely watered down; I had to use about a cup of Hoisin sauce just for taste. The spring rolls were highly priced, 2 rolls for 5 dollars? I can buy all the ingredients with 5 dollars and make 10. Also. They came out hot. Spring rolls are not made to be hot. A three star because they tried, and my craving was sort of satisfied. read more

A nice small restaurant, the food is tasty and the staff is professional. The soups and jasmine plates are my favorite! The food comes out quick and the prices are affordable. Overall, this place is great if you are wanting soup or wanting to try something else. read more

AVOID THIS SHITHOLE. if it were possible to score this place a zero, i would. Attempted to have my pho delivered only to get my soup in a melted container and 3/4ths spilled into the bag. I called them only to hear them say "once it walks out the door it is not our responsibility" sorry but i think buying cheap, flimsy, plastic containers and putting blistering hot soup (without any ventilation in the lid) - causing them to melt and spill out soup... is your responsibility. I had to pay full price for a replacement only for it to happen again!!!! this time i brought the container, which never fell over in the car and was still sealed in the bag the way they gave it to me, only to be told that someone must have tampered with it. I asked for yet another container of soup (in styrofoam this time to avoid melted plastic) and the RUDE lady had the nerve to ask me to pay $1.69 after paying $33 and getting no soup!!! the girl behind the counter was less than accommodating and her customer service skills need to be reviewed. I will NEVER come back/give a penny to this place again. food is average anyway... plus one of my friends found a COCKROACH in her soup. wonder if they made her pay for a second bowl... Best Vietnamese in Tally. This place does the job curing your hankering for Vietnamese food until you can escape to real civilization. Prices are a touch high, but again, it's hard to find legit Vietnamese here. read more

Was looking for bahn mi subs in Tally. I've had some good ones in Mobile at Asian Fusion which is my go to. These at Pho7 are still really good. Amy was very kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I never give a 5 unless it's the bomb. It is authentic. Ask for more spice if you want it spicy. I would give it a 4 because I'm picky but I'll give it a 5 just for the customer service besides the bahn mi cold cut being good. NOTE if you do not like liver pate' or offal or don't know what it is , then please refrain from dubious remarks about their food. It was good. The atmosphere said it all. As a long time cook I can say if the staff aren't happy, the customer won't be either. Don't expect award winning 5 star Vietnamese food from a comfort food place that gives you what you want. If you're snobby and want 5 star then "GO TO A 5 STAR". Simplicity is best when you're hungry and crave some serious "grandpa/grandma cooked it in the kitchen". The calamari was crisp. The spring rolls did the job and the extra jalapeños , (Amy recommended if I wanted hot, on the bahn mi )were definitely nose drippers. They did use the traditional baguettes that are chewy and crumbly. As they should be. If it ain't messy, it ain't home cooked. I'll be back. So if you "THINK" you know food and are under 30 year s of age. Please don't yelp. As Anthony Bourdain (rest his soul) said ,"Yelp is the Bain of cooks". My experience with this place goes like this... I ordered pho' from them this evening through a delivery service. Waited over the estimated time for the soup and one other menu item. When the driver comes she is polite but she isn't affiliated with the restaurant. I get the items and open the bag to discover the soup broth had emptied into the bag and the vegetables that are supposed to come with the soup were not included. I contact the restaurant directly and they DID NOTHING!!! No apology no effort to rectify their error. They simply resorted to blaming the delivery service for them messing up the order!!! The woman who answered the phone who had to have been the most incompetent and uncaring manager/ owner there could be!!! She did nothing to help just blamed bite squad who quite frankly didn't make the order they only delivered it! When I offered to bring my order up there my self just to show her, she hung up in my face. Well you know i came to this place one a week in person ever since I moved into this town and just because the one time I order for delivery the customer serivce sucked I DEFINITELY WONT BE COMING HERE AND SPENDING ANOTHER FREAKING DIME!!! I"m sort of obsessed with their chicken pho, thick slices of chicken in a rich, fragrant beef broth. Sick? Sad? Sulky? Pho, you need pho. Vegetarian pho is pretty good too, and they all may have healing powers, but the chicken is the one I need. read more

Having tried a number of Vietnamese restaurants serving pho and other dishes I can say that Pho 7 has the best food I've tried of all of them. I've been to a number of "hole in the wall" pho restaurants (Call it character) and honestly that doesn't matter as long as the food is good and the place is clean which I can definitely say for Pho 7. They also just opened so give them a chance to get their staff sorted out before slamming them with reviews on that. read more
