I've been to Pho 7 lots of times in the past, for several years, and was VERY, VERY disappointed in their service we received last night. Our party consisted of 15 people, including 5 of my grandchildren. We were placed for seating fairly quickly for our large party, which I was very grateful for. We did not get water for 25 min, AFTER we were seated, 2 menus for 10 adults, which obviously took ANOTHER several minutes to look at menu. It then took another 20 min to get our order taken. Not one time after small glasses of water were poured, they NEVER came around to refill, nor did they come by to see if we needed anything. No napkins, not enough utensils, NO WATER, not even a check in to see if we received everything. We ordered 2 Vietnamese coffees that NEVER came! I should have went with my instinct and stayed @ Vietnamese Cafe until we were able to be seated, even after being told the wait was 45-50 min. You get what u pay for. Pho was super salty, glasses of water are pretty much child sized, and the service was HORRIBLE! I will discourage ANYONE from going here, and choose another Pho place where at least you'll get water and BETTER service! read more

Came to eat with a bestie and enjoy a talk and chill session together. Pho 7 hooked us up. Ordered: Fresh, sweet homemade Vietnamese lemonade! Shrimp egg rolls and crab egg rolls. Two small phos. One #2 and the other shrimp pho! Food: everything tasted great. My bff never tried Vietnamese lemonade and had ordered sprite but quickly changed to lemonade when tasting the greatness. Then we got our crispy simple and flavorful rolls. Both were a treat and a must if wanting to try something new and fresh. The pho had a deep flavor before add ins and I could've ate it simply like that, but of course I'm extra. Hers looked bomb too. Most pho shops do not make a shrimp pho so Northglenn you're spoiled! We stayed about 35 minuets more just talking, and we didn't need anything more nor do the wait staff bother with a ticket. When you're done, get up and pay at the counter. The decor inside is captivating and oceanic. You could stare at there HD shots all day. Didn't get other photos cause were just too hungry and happy to see one another. Pho 7 is definitely a neighborhood spot. It's tucked away in an often chaotic strip mall, but if you're in the area its definitely worth checking out, especially for a yummy lunch. The service is always great, I've never had a long wait for anything there. You can get in and get your food promptly, then take your time eating and head over to the counter whenever you're ready to pay. I never feel rushed, but you can make the whole affair over and done with quickly if you wish to. It has a simple atmosphere, clean and nicely decorated with lots of sunlight spilling into the big windows. There's TV and music playing, whichever is your fancy. Food, most importantly, is delicious! I love the way they season their meats, and their Pho is so tasty. The veggies are always fresh, rice has great consistency, and I looovve the taro boba. A quintessential Vietnamese restaurant - very simple and somewhat hidden. We've eaten here countless times and it has now become my "go-to" restaurant when I don't want to cook, or I don't want a heavy meal, or I do t feel well - I'm telling you, the Pho at this place cures whatever ails you! The staff has always been very friendly and have our favorites memorized - they refill drinks quickly and food service is equally quick. The Pho is one of the best bone broths I've found in Denver. I typically order the rare steak but the chicken is pretty good too...it's a lot of dark meat which I'm not a fan of in soups. Lots of add-ins. The rice plates are very good and the egg is pretty much always cooked perfectly - runny yolk. I prefer the spring rolls to the egg rolls....the egg rolls can be a bit greasy sometimes but I'm also in love with the plates of cucumber and marinated carrots that come with them. My advice: cut the egg rolls up, layer them on the noodles, and vegetables and pour fish sauce over the whole plate....perfect bite! I'm not a Boba Tea fan but my adult children are and they said the Boba here is "pretty good....not the best" so do what you will with that endorsement. read more

I've had better service at a refugee camp. The staff is extremely rude. The beef spring rolls didn't have any beef in them. The pho bowls barely have any meat in them or even noodles for that matter. This place is over-priced. The first time in my life that I didn't tip at a restaurant and rightly so. The guy at the check -out counter was asking me "are you sure you don't wanna leave a tip?" Do Not Recommend 3rd time going here today, i have noticed a trend the broth usually tastes really good here but the noodles usually are mushy and they are stingy with the meat. They service tho is good and bad at the same time. The waiter gives you waters and walks away, then he comes back 30 seconds (no exaggeration) later assuming you are ready to order. Then anytime you take a gulp of water and its down like 2cm the guy will come around and refill your glass so like every 3 min. There's something great about a brand new restaurant on their opening night. The tables gleam, the carpets are spotless, the condiments are untouched and dishes are polished. It's like driving a new car out of the dealership... brand spankin' new! I came here about 6pm, and I was surprised to find the place busy. Thornton really is a wasteland of crap restaurants. I tried the pho tai chin (rare beef) in a size small & a Vietnamese iced drip coffee. The broth wasn't the best that I've had but service was prompt, food was brought out quickly and the vegetables for the pho were really fresh and yummy (Thai basil, bean sprouts, peppers). Pho 7 is just down the street from my work. They are fast, friendly, decently priced and their pho is tasty! I usually get a #2 and a side of their yummy fried crab egg rolls. Their shrimp spring rolls are pretty amazing and the only thing I don't really care for is there peanut sauce. Seems a little watered down for me. My favorite pho joint is Pho Duy but Pho 7 is a close 2nd o(^_^)o Should definitely give them a chance if you are on this side of town. read more

FINALLY! This place has such great Pho and such good energy. The staff was very nice. I had the number 7 my husband had a number 2 and my daughter had the beef and rice. We were all very happy. They have also been spacing the tables out for social distancing which is good to see. The pho here is very good. When I order takeout, it is very well packaged so my rare beef cooks in the broth just fine. I am a bit bummed they charge me extra for takeout but whatever I guess since they do have to use more packaging for takeout orders. The noodle bowls are pretty good, a bit too heavy on the lettuce in my opinion but good nonetheless. This is our go to place for pho in our neighborhood! The broth is always tasty and is never too salty or oily! The vegetables are always fresh and plentiful! And the sriracha is not watered down (yes I have seen this before...). The service is always very fast! It probably helps that we go there so often that they don't even give us a menu anymore and just ask us what we would like to order as soon as we sit down. We usually go for the pho but I have tried a couple of items on their menu and have not been disappointed (vermicelli bowls, spring rolls, summer rolls). The boba selection is good too! Pho 7 is close to my house so I've ordered from them several times (always take out) and it's ready within 10-15 minutes, it's never a long wait. I've only ever had their Pho so I can't speak on the rest of their menu but I looove the Pho here. Chicken is good but the steak is great! I do not recommend this place at all. This has been the second time I ate there thinking it was going to be better after a few years in between. The service was horrible and food was well below par. I ordered egg rolls to start and when the plate came out there was minimal garnish. I pushed the plate away and after 3 minutes the server came up and asked what was wrong so I politely asked for more garnish. He nodded his head and walked away, he then continued on about his business and whispered over to the other server to ask me what was wrong. I told him I needed more garnish. We hate to cheat on Pho 95, however the drive is a whole lot shorter and to be quite honest the food here was really good. We ordered the beef spring rolls, I had meatball pho and Merle had rare steak. There was a heaping portion of meat and noodles. Lots of veggies and giant slices of lime.
