Ordered a small pho tai on an outing with some friends. The owners were very kind and service was fast. It's a decent bowl of pho, so it's good to eat when you need something quick. I also had the cha gio egg rolls and those were pretty good! Crisp and fried to perfection. My friends also had the spring rolls which they said was also very good. I would go at least once to try it. This restaurant is inside a plaza with plenty of parking.

I always have a great experience at Pho 71. The owner personally greeted us and we had our order taken so fast. We were checked on a bunch and made sure we had everything. We got 2 bowls of pho, the beef spring rolls (amazing) and Thai tea and all were fantastic. There is always nice relaxing music playing. This is our go-to Pho spot in Pearland.

Formerly known as Pho 518; the current owners worked with a chef from Oklahoma to revise some menu items. There's some remodeling of the interior; looks nicer.  Service was good & food came out quick. I ordered a small pho tai. It's hard to explain. The broth is not bad however it's pretty average (lacking a pho scent). There's another place in Pearland that has a more prominent pho broth. Spring rolls were also average, but the egg rolls were hot & delicious! Will revisit at some point.

The food was 10/10 we actually didn't mean to go inside this restaurant but happy we ended up there from egg rolls to the cut steak they had! Service was very helpful they have a QR code to order so you don't have to be waiting to be helped but they do walk around if you need anything else. The plaza where this restaurant is located has a easy and plenty of parking it's very spacious and after eating you can walk around & get a dessert

I've been here twice and decided to post my experience. Both trips visits to this restaurant I ordered the shrimp pho (large) because my back is big. The bowl is significantly bigger without the huge price difference. The pho was delicious, fresh, flavorful, and the perfect temperature. I added cilantro and chopped jalapeños for an elevated flavor. Fresh vegetables are brought to you on a plate to add to the pho. Quick service in a clean restaurant. The food is healthy and healing. I'll be back baby!

Pho 518 was decent for Pearland...But the New Pho 71 is on the same level as anything you can get in town and I'd say better than most!! Obviously a family owned restaurant so they understand the importance of customer service, great thing to find these days!! The restaurant has undergone major cleaning and the quality of the ingredients have been upgraded.

Under a new owner. It was Pho 518. The food tastes and flavors were great! The inside of the restaurant is clean and new furniture

I needed to pick up some quick lunch mid work day and opened Yelp and literally just picked the first place in the area. I stumbled upon the Pho 518 restaurant and I wasn't upset at all with the decision. I ordered the chicken vermicelli plate and that was all. My total was only about $9.45 and I left an extra as a tip. I did order to go, but the restaurant isn't all that. Just a large room with some tables and lots of open space. Not really the cleanest place I've been but definitely not the worst. Ambiance is the only ding here, for the 4 star rating. The service was great, only one cashier but she was very easy to speak with and order. Seems like she's working double duty as the waitress too, so big props to her. Give her a raise. The chicken vermicelli. Wonderful. The chicken was actually well cooked and nice and flavorful. The noodles perfectly cooked and in addition with the extra toppings, this was a great meal. The dipping sauce provided is a mystery to me, I'm not even sure what it is..but it's enjoyable. I'm not really one to eat a big lunch but definitely finished the entire plate at my desk back at the office. Will definitely have to stop back by to try some other things on the menu.

Love their phở and bún bò Huế! Please stop by and support them as we really like their food.

First time visiting Pho 71, the restaurant is clean and the staff were extremely friendly. I ordered the Vietnamese eggrolls and shrimp pho which was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Remton is only like 2 minutes from my home and I've only heard wonderful things about it…read more I've been long overdue to check it out so I stopped by for dinner yesterday evening and ordered from their HRW menu. I also planned to order things I either had never tried before or that I rarely eat. Every single course gave me everything I needed. First course: chawanmushi. A deliciously savory egg custard dish with shrimp, chicken and mushrooms. From looking at it you're not sure if your going to like it but WOW! The custard itself was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the shrimp and chicken made it more than just an egg custard and the mushroom...idk what kind of mushroom it was but it kinda tasted like a flavorful meatball and was SO delicious. SECOND COURSE: Tuna tartare - an award winning chef must craft these dishes because the flavor profiles of the food and way they put different ingredients together that you wouldn't expect is nothing short of culinary wizardry. The tuna with the mango with the cucumber and onions and everything was incredible fresh. Impeccable. Third course: Beef curry. Absolutely amazing! The beef was super tender, the curry had a light hint of Coconut, everything was seasoned to perfection and there wasn't a single grain of jasmine rice that was undercooked. The carrots in the curry were perfectly cooked. Dessert: mango sticky rice. The rice perfectly cooked. The mango was perfectly sliced and super fresh and the sauce, I'm guessing it wasa condensed milk and sugar mixture. It was delicious and comforting. Basically a delicious mango rice pudding after pouring the sauce on it. Artistry: The food was all plated and presented to me beautifully. It was nothing less than edible art and they clearly put care and heart into not just the taste but the look of the food. Parking is plentiful, service is top tier and the ambience is lovely, well decorated and clean. I'll definitely be back. They also had plenty of variety for every diet. Even keto which can be difficult with Asian restaurants due to all the rice.

Bot chien was a pleasant surprise! I like the way they did it, and it kept me well full. Very generous with egg. Pho broth wasn't crazily oily, which is great. Perfect seasoning and sodium level. I would eat the pho here again. Banh xeo was HUGE. It was delicious and the greens they provided with were abundant. Service was great and attentive. The server was very respectful and made sure to do the accommodations I requested (no cilantro). Now for the cons. The pork bun was too dry. Bun Bo hue was actually so incorrect. The seasoning and broth were not right. No hints of lemongrass anywhere. It's like they created their own recipe and called it bun bo hue. The good thing about this restaurant is that there's something for everyone in terms of Asian cuisine. I'm glad I got to try samples of everyone's dish to get a feel of how they run things in the kitchen. Some things need serious improvement while others were excellent; and that's okay. 4/5. Will return, but also not a priority to.

When the noodle bowl arrived, it contained only a tiny amount of broken noodles that looked like leftovers. The portion of noodles was about two-thirds less than what is normally served at other Vietnamese restaurants. Apparently, their Bún Bò Huế is meant for customers to drink the broth and eat the meat and pork hock--not to eat noodles! There were barely any noodles in the bowl. I even paid an additional $2 for extra noodles, but the extra portion I received was only about one-third of the extra noodles that other restaurants typically provide. In fact, the restaurant's original noodle portion plus the extra noodles I paid for still did not equal the amount of noodles that comes standard with a regular bowl of Bún Bò Huế at most other restaurants. This is simply misleading and unacceptable. After I complained to the manager, she told me that the owner had instructed the staff that every bowl of Bún Bò Huế should contain only 6 ounces of noodles, and that any extra noodles must also be weighed and limited to 6 ounces. Frankly, I seriously doubt that the bowl I received even contained 6 ounces. It looked more like 3 ounces. You can judge for yourself from the photos--the noodles barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I paid $18.24 before tip and received almost no noodles. The noodle portion here is dramatically smaller than what other restaurants serve. This is completely unreasonable. It was lunchtime on a Saturday, and the restaurant was practically empty. There were almost no customers in the dining area. After my experience, I can understand why. Don't go there and let the owner rip you off. Save your money and eat somewhere that serves a fair portion for the pice!

Our waiter took our drink order and came back with the menus. Around 8:25 another young man comes out and says they are not taking any orders for any grilled items; ie the banh mi sandwiches, grilled plates, grilled fresh rolls etc., My dad leaves to go get a sandwich elsewhere while my mom and I stay back for the pho. At 8:30 our order is placed. 1 chicken pho, veg pho no tofu, and some fried and soft springs rolls. The pho comes out within minutes around 8:35/8:40. Followed by the rolls. The veg pho has no mushrooms, I asked about it and they said the order was for no mushrooms which I clarified it was no tofu (also printed on our receipt) I asked our waiter for some mushrooms and I'm told no as the kitchen is now closed. The closing hours are listed as 9pm daily. It's 8:40 and there are 8 other people still eating around us. If you're shutting down at 8:30, it would be nice to know that you're shutting the kitchen down at 8:30 when we walked in at 8:15pm and not after the fact when you come to ask me if everything is okay and I tell you it's not but you can't fix it because your "kitchen is closed." Bruh. My pho is still piping hot. Thanks for making me feel rushed and uncomfortable. OH and when we asked for our to go boxes, I also asked for some of those small dipping sauce containers, I pack everything up and we literally clean the table for them and this third guy with a heavy accent come out to tell me "next time you can't take the sauces to go you will be charged extra!" Like SERIOUSLY?! I just dropped $66 bucks to be rushed out in under 40 minutes while you got my order wrong and didn't even have half the menu item available and you're telling me I can't take the sauces home with me that are a part of my order?!
