It was overall pretty good. I wish the broth was more flavorful but it was good. The medium portion was a lot of pho. Meat was good. So I would come again. The inside was clean. Service was fast. Large space.

Been coming here for years, the food is usually great, no complaint, it's definitely a safe spot that I always come to when I'm craving pho, the service can be sub par with filling drinks and getting orders correct, etc. Depending on time of day it can be busy and loud but it's not terrible.

A couple things about this place. In all honesty, this is one of the better pho places that I've tried in and surrounding areas of Houston. Their broth is very good quality and the pho is always cooked to perfection. They offer all the toppings you usually dress it up with and you can never go wrong with a bowl of pho from this place. Rainy days, sick days, hungover days, you name it! Top 5 places FOR PHO, for sure! That being said, their downfall is most definitely their service. Which sucks, because I STILL come here even though their service is nothing more than a one star. Horrible!!! They never check up on your table. If you don't ask for condiments they don't take them to your table. Every single time I dine in, I ALWAYS see someone get up from their table to go ask for certain toppings/condiments and things of that nature. I know it because I've done it millions of times. There is one server particularly (Leyna) who has served us the past 4 times. Unfortunately, every single time she serves us it's ALWAYS such a bad experience. All 4 times she's gotten our orders wrong, we wait over 15 minutes for our food (when usually the wait time is always less than 10 minutes) and is just overall a horrible experience. I love the food from this place so much and I just wish they could work on their customer service. Food 9/10 but unfortunately the service is most definitely 1/10, non existent pretty much.

I got number 11 and he get the number 21 and grilled spring rolls are great!

Greeted and seated quickly! The broth had great flavor, meat was on the chewy side and banh mi wasn't the best quality. Large seating area inside, very clean.

This was actually our third time here since we live pretty close. We stopped by for lunch and got their com thit nuong and pho tai nam gau gan. The dishes tasted okay to me, I've had better pho in other Pearland restaurants. The com thit nuong had great flavor and was cooked well. It came with a broth on the side, but it was way too salty for my liking. The pho tai nam gau gan was also really salty and the meat (besides the Eye round steak) was over cooked. We didn't have to add any extra hoisin sauce or Sriracha to the broth because of how salty it was. During our previous visits, we had the same or similar dishes but I do not remember their food tasting as salty as it did during this one. Service was not great. our waitress took our order and someone else dropped off our food. After that no one else came by to check up on us or to refill our drinks.

Went here for dinner with friends after not going for a while. Love how modern and clean it looks inside. The chicken pho hit the spot, as usual, and the staff was very attentive. They also brought out some pandan waffles for us to try and they were great as well. Thanks for the great experience :)

I took my 14y/o out for a mom-son hang out and he decided upon Pho Saigon. He had the pho tai and I had the chicken version along with a Thai tea. My son also ordered a dessert- can't recall the name but it was something with beans, fructose, jelly and coconut milk. The ambience, the food, and the customer service all very Excellent! We shall return again.

So I'm glad this one in Pearland opened up fairly recently and we got to go here with good friends! The place was bustling on a Monday night with several diners coming in and out and various takeout orders being made. We skipped the dumplings and went straight for the plates. We ordered the Dry Fried Spicy Popcorn Chicken, Mabo Tofu, Ground Pork with Bean Sauce Dry Noodles, and the Mix Flavor Eggplant. The Dry Fried Spicy Popcorn Chicken came out as a huge portion - this is a must-do anytime we get Szechuan food. The chicken was crispy and the side of rice was served on the plate. The Mabo (Mapo? never seen it spelled that way) Tofu was flavorful. It had a good spice to it and was big enough to share. The Ground Pork with Bean Sauce noodles was tasty - the pork paired well with the bean sauce and the dish was topped with sliced cucumbers and peanuts, which made me connect this as a sibling dan dan noodles. The mix flavor eggplant as seasoned really well and was a nice veggie to balance out the other meats we ordered. I expected this to just be a stir fry dish of sauced eggplant, but to my surprise, it was served on top of their signature handmade noodles. Service was friendly and efficient. Our food started coming out within 5 minutes of ordering and the servers kept our waters filled. The only disappointment here was that we asked for scissors to cut the long hand-pulled noodles; they gave us a knife because they didn't have any clean scissors. NOT THE SAME. We hinted that if a pair of scissors happened to get cleaned, we'd love to get it, but we never did unfortunately. So we struggled and played spaghetti with our noods, not necessarily a bad thing. Towards the end of our meal, there were still a few tables dining in, and our table stayed to chat a bit. The staff had no problem with this and even still refilled our waters after we checked out. We had a great experience at the Pearland Noodle Master and will definitely return again soon.

The paneer dish, though, was definitely unusual and had a flavor that felt a bit off on its own, but it worked better when paired with rice. Prices were a bit on the higher side, especially for a more casual, hole in the wall kind of place. Our waitress said we should try more unique dishes next time. Overall, it's a good restaurant with an interesting, fusion menu. I'd come back to try other dishes and see what else stands out.
