I'm rating this establishment not because of the food but to the waiter who mistreated me today. I ordered just a simple vegetable Pho with egg noodle. Somehow there was a miscommunication and he brought out a beef Pho instead. I told him kindly that I did not order Beef Pho. I asked for the menu again to check if I gave him the wrong item #. I went up to him to let him know that I ordered #14 not #13 but he proceeded to tell me that he repeated our order to us and I was wrong not him. So I told him that I do not eat meat and I would like the vegetable Pho instead, so I sat back down with my colleagues who got their food already and told them to go ahead and eat. I can visibly see that he was busy attending to other customers so I waited and waited patiently for my food to arrive but when I noticed my 2 colleagues were almost done eating, I approached the waiter again and asked if he was bringing my food. He proceeded to tell me that "no, I canceled your order and I am not giving you any food." I asked him why he decided to cancel my order? he continued to tell me that he wasn't going to serve me and that was that! Baffled to what just happened, I told my colleagues on what was happening, they went up to pay for their meals and one of them said I have been coming here for over 2 years and have taken multiple people here because of what you did "I am not coming back again" he then responded "I don't care!" Asked if he was the manager or if we can speak to one, he said there are no managers around. He then started mumbling about how he will tell his manager what had happen and he doesn't care about us. I even told him how I understood that he was very busy but he had no right not to serve me when I didn't do anything wrong. We left the establishment because there was no point of arguing with him. I was respectful towards him and in return DISRESPECTED by him & left hungry!!! Watch out for this SERVER!!!! BTW - I did speak to a manager at Shiki Sushi because I knew somehow they were connected. I spoke to the host and then called back in the afternoon to speak to a manager. Not sure if they are truly going to talk to him about what had happened or if they were going to reprimand him. read more

Came here on a Sunday night and was seated immediately. The pho is just okay. The broth is a basic taste and the noodles were cooked well. My biggest complaint was that the meat (beef flank and brisket) was dry and overcooked. You can somewhat fix this problem by using the hoisin sauce on each table, but it's not great otherwise. I will say that the meat portion they give is generously large though. read more

The portions were generous and tastier than expected. I have eaten here for years since it is so close to my work. I stopped by on Thursday around 4:30 pm. My friend and I were deciding between this place and A Dong and I'm so glad we went here! I ordered the 3 combination pho with tripe, tendon, and flank steak. The meat was super tender and I was impressed with it. The noodles were standard and the broth was on the blander side and not super impressive. They also did not skimp on the veggies that come with the pho. For two bowls of pho, they provided 2.5 stems of Thai basil, 4 lime wedges, ample bean sprouts, and multiple jalapeño slices. The decor of the restaurant is simple and modern. I also feel like their prices are super reasonable (the most expensive pho is $13). Most terriblest pho i have ever had service was trash and the older asian guy is ​just complete incompetent they gave me a soup with tofu in it I then gave them back the soup asked for no tofu then he said he exchanged the soup for a whole new one yet the new one still had particles of tofu in it they lied about changing the soup for me and then they serve u sink water .... Pho 77 is in a busy strip mall with many eateries, e.g. Chipotle, Subway, and a few others, a practical food court if you will. Two of us arrived 11:40 to beat the lunch crowd. We were seated without waiting however there were pieces of pho crumbs on the table and we had to ask the waitress to clean the table before giving us our menu and settings. I always order the house special beef combo pho every time I visit a new Vietnamese pho place, and my friend ordered a jumbo shrimp pho. Our food came out promptly but I find my portion is smaller than I expected. I started to make my dip sauce only to find they don't have those small sauce plate so I had to put them in my bowl. Pho 77 seems to me a family owned/operated joint. Overall, food is tasty, service and other intangibles not so much. I would come again but it's not my go-to place for pho. read more

I was traveling for work on a cold rainy Sunday. I was in the mood for something filling, comforting, and healthy. I stopped by Pho 77 because it was close to my hotel. Parking was a breeze and plentiful. Upon entering, I could tell from the amount of customers and from all backgrounds, that this was a good choice to stop into. I ordered the beef pho (steak, brisket, and meatballs) with extra onions. I couldn't wait to dive in! The broth was sweet and aromatic. The bowl not only was flavorful but it contained the right amount of noodles and generous amount of meat. The menu had other Vietnamese cuisine items that looked just as appetizing and authentic. The price for a bowl of pho was a little higher than I'm used to but was worth it. The ambiance was quiet yet active for a restaurant. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and accommodating to patrons' requests. Overall, it was a pleasant surprise encounter. I would absolutely come back again. read more

This is my favorite spot for Pho and was so glad when I stopped working in San Bernardino where I was introduced to them that there was a location in Rialto just 7 minutes from my home. The first time we went here the food was amazing... Today not so much, I don't know why but the chicken pho #15 had no flavor at all, the broth was so bland, it just tasted like noodles water. I added a lot of salt and pepper to mine and it still wasn't making the cut. We ordered 2 chicken pho, 1 chicken fried rice no veggies, Add white onions, and veggie egg rolls. Chicken fried rice had no seasoning, we wasn't even asked about spice so we forgot to add it. It was just as bland as the pho. We didn't get the onions in it either. Super disappointing. The egg rolls were okay, they had a weird smell to them tho.. like whatever they were cooked in wasted new. The service was very very slow and we were the only people in there at the time, the two people were in the back just talking to each other, not even acknowledging us. After about 10-15 mins of just sitting there the waitress took our order and it came back pretty fast. I can't give you a zero so I give you a one. I made an account simply to warn people about this place. My family and I felt discriminated against. It took about an hour to get our food. People who came in after us got their meals before us. We were never checked on or even told where to sit when we came in. Food is ok, but not worth the price. Rice was ok, pho had too many noodles not enough broth. They did give us a 20% discount for having to wait so long but only after we had brought it to their attention. read more

Was just here last Sunday for an early dinner at 5 pm. The place was clean. Foods we ordered were delicious and the young man who was serving us was attentive and polite. I remember when this place was in San Bernardino years back and they moved near Loma Linda area. He was EXTREMELY RUDE! he slammed the glass of water down, talked to every customer but our table. He didn't asked if we wanted a refill grabbed our glass and did it himself. My first time here, recommended by my Vietnamese friend. Ordered the chicken pho, 4 pork shrimp egg rolls. The Vietnamese chicken baguette and the pork chop and shrimp cake. Well I have to tell you my car smelled so good with flavors on the way home I was drooling, it was a take out. I was not disappointed, this was by far the best in flavor and the price for all that was $40 - unheard of. In the IE, you will find a handful of pho locations no matter where you are. Despite the saturated market, this restaurant has been a stable in my go-to restaurant locations. The food is fast and clean. They have a flavorful, savory broth and they give you a good amount of meat with each bowl. I also get the Vietnamese crepes which are delicious! After a long doctor appointment, we chose Pho 77. Walked in around 3 and we quickly seated. Water with slice of lime was brought to us withing 2 min. We ordered calamari, 1 chicken pho, two beef beef sandwiches and a veggie pho. The calamari was placed on our table, and did not look like it was fried. The broth of the pho was very tasty, chicken was dry although it was in liquid. The sandwiches were overwhelmed with mayo. The beef had a little flavor to it. The veggie pho was good e kept the tofu was way to soft. Our total was $55 and it will be our last time. They did not even ask how the food was. First timer. I'm in the area daily now and wanted something quick. So I stepped into a new Pho place. I usually stick to my usual spots for pho but this one was closer to our destination. Ordered rare pho. Vietnamese chicken wings. Banh Mi. Pho was tasty. Wings were REALLY GOOD. Simple crispy wings with great flavor. Surprised me. And the sandwich was also REALLY GOOD. Yum! The banh mi and pho tai chin are perfection - fresh ingredients, excellent broth, and great flavor to the chicken in the banh mi.

Walked in today and they were busy...fine. We stood at the front door for upwards of 20 minutes without ever being acknowledged. 3 tables sat unbussed for most of that time until the busser, slow...as...molasses, came and bussed them at what seemed like one dish at a time. It was the busser, not the hostess or the waiter, that told us to sit at our table. We waited and waited...got up and got our own menus. Figured out what we want...and we're STILL waiting for ANYBODY to acknowledge that we're here. The food better be out of this world because I haven't had service this bad in a VERY long time... Ok, just ordered out of their raggedy menu that's barely holding together and half of what we wanted to order from the menu was no longer available. Fantastic! So this is a brand new Vietnamese restaurant in this neck of the woods. It is in the same plaza as Chipolet, Panera and Starbucks, which means terrible parking if u came at lunch time. The decor gives off a 70's vibe but the 3 flat screen TV on the wall jolts you back to the present. I had the Bun Nem Thit Nuong Cha Goi which was pretty good. The Thit Nuong was flavorful, the bun wasn't sticky and warm, just the way it should be. The fish sauce was delicious...not sugary and not fishy. I was thoroughly impressed with my meal. I noticed the rice dishes didn't have much of a variety. Perhaps that will change in time? If not, it's okay. There is always Pho Ha on mills/waterman. read more
