Pho is really really good!! Nice broth, good quality and quantity of meat. The combination bowl is also very good; meat tastes just right. Both rice noodles are in the right chewiness. They may not have large menu; but all we ordered taste authentically as it should be. If you love pho, don't miss this place!! And order pho with beef; beef bone broth is soup base. TL;DR: Average pho at best, lackluster service. Food: The pho was at best average. The broth didn't have a very deep flavor at all. Noodles were ok, meat was average, and the amount of food for the size seemed about right. Service: The service wasn't bad per se, but the feeling was like I was an inconvenience. Got water quickly, ordered, someone else dropped off the pho, and then no one checked in. After a bit I got tired of waiting and went to the counter to pay (maybe this is how they planned it, but they should let you know if that's the case). Overall: I wouldn't go back. Got this for takeout for a family dinner and wasn't too impressed by the meal. Have had a ton of pho here locally in CO and normally opt for the beef pho but read the reviews and tried to venture and try the pho ga (chicken) based on Yelp reviews. Not sure if it's just not my thing or if it was just vastly under flavored. The meal itself was largely disappointing for me because of the lack of flavor with under seasoned broth as well as boiled chicken which was bland as well. Giving them 2 stars because others enjoyed their meals (short rib rice bowl, vegetarian noodle bowl). We were craving for something soupy and light so we found this place close by. Overall, our goal was fulfilled but found this place a typical noodle place that didn't stand out much. I got the rice noodle bowl with some grilled items. I would say the pork with lemongrass marinated was quite different and not sure if I liked it. Got some bitterness at some bites not sure what it was. The meat looked not quite fresh, compared to the other Pho places. The egg roll was so greasy. The noodle veggie soup was pretty good. The broth tasted delicious but that's all about it. The chicken was quite bland. Service was ok, no water refilling or checking if every was ok. Food came out fast though. read more

I've been dying to try authentic pho for a while. The only place I've had it is from a sushi place close to work. Not bad, but I knew I had to try the real thing, especially after seeing so many check-ins and photos of different Pho restaurants, from friends. I've tried going to one of these restaurants a couple of times but wasn't able to find parking so I gave up. Finally, while in Colorado, I used my Yelp app to see what was around. Pho 777 was one of the "nearby" restaurants and it just so happens one of my cousins' favorites. So, Saturday we went there for lunch. I went in knowing I wanted the Pho but after looking at the menu and some Yelp pics, I was second guessing my decision. Their rice dishes looked really good too. No, I came here for Pho and that's what I was going to have! I ordered the Pho #7 (Well done Brisket and Flank). These come size small, medium and large. I was hungry but I knew Large would be way too much, so I went with the Medium. While we waited for our food, I enjoyed their Milk Boba Tea. I didn't know they made it frozen too so I didn't specify. They brought it out frozen, at first I wasn't too happy about this but then realized I liked it. We also ordered their Shrimp Spring Rolls - good amount of shrimp, and the peanut sauce on the side is really good. I was enjoying my Boba Tea, like a little girl with an ICE Slurpee, when my bowl of pho came out. Wow! This is big! Almost full to the top, LOTS of noodles and meat. Vegetables, including jalapeños on the side. I skipped the jalapeños (my mouth still hadn't forgiven me for the one I had the day before on the burger) :p Instead I added some of the vegetables and herbs. Broth was a little bland so I also added some sriracha sauce and lemon. These little tweaks made it absolutely perfect. I could not stop eating. I love noodles but this was just amazing! As much as I wanted to eat it all, I just couldn't - noodles just kept appearing from the bottom of the bowl, and I was just too full already. Plus I still had to finish my boba tea - not leaving that behind. This isn't a big place, and they do get busy. Service just is what it is. They are not too friendly or attentive, but they do bring everything out fast and don't rush you out. Not rude at any point but more like a "fast food" type of service. Can't believe I had to go all the way to Colorado to eat Pho but SO glad I did. Now I know waiting for parking here is totally worth it. Haven't been to this PHO since the COVID first hit. All COVID guidelines are being followed. I noticed they had a steady flow of take out orders. The food is always fresh order. This is a family owned business and their customer service is top notch. Try the Shrimp Pork spring rolls! I never had a bad meal here. read more

I also love how they package to go orders to allow the freshest taste when you get home. I am going to go with 3-Stars, but from a "what is available in Castle Rock" standard, it may be worthy of 4. It was a cold and drizzly day in Castle Rock, and I thought a nice, hot bowl of Pho would hit the spot. It certainly did. I went with my standard #2 (Rare Steak) and I had a side of meatball. I think the broth here is good. I did not have any serious complaints. It was not, in my opinion, great. It could have used a bit more flavor. The noodles I received were plentiful. They were not over-cooked, but they were approaching that territory. The beef was tender and a reasonable amount of it was in my bowl. The veggies were nice and fresh. Service was a okay that day (they were fairly busy). The side of meatball was nothing unusual, but was rather good and generous. Overall, the pricing for what I received seemed a bit higher (maybe 20%) than it should have. So, although I liked this place a bit better than Pho Vy in Parker, and not quite so much as Yummy Pho (also in Parker), it just did not compare favorably to Pho 95 (in the Streets at Southglenn). But, I definitely think it has potential. read more

I thought this place was very cozy. I enjoyed the paintings on the walls, which gave that authentic feel. I was expecting the staff to be rude because I read some Yelp reviews ahead before coming in. When the waiter greeted me, he gave me water, and handed me a menu. When he came back though, it kind of felt like he was in a rush? But it wasn't too rude. I ordered a Thai tea and it looked great. Loved how they added whip cream on top. No complaints on that. But the vermicelli with shrimp meal I ordered, tasted a bit weird. The noodles tasted a bit soggy compared and the shrimp... smelled super fishy. I know it's seafood, but I'm had shrimp before and it never smelled so fishy. I kept sniffing the shrimp hoping it was all fresh. I would not come back, but I'm sure other people enjoy this place. I've eaten at several Pho places and this would be last place in my book. I was here last week and just noticed that the restaurant charged my credit card TWICE while I was here. One meal was mine, the other ($50) was not. I contacted management two times and they refused to refund my credit card for the extra meal. The last time I spoke with them, they said that I had been here a week earlier and their POS system was down so they had to charge me twice at my last visit. This is COMPLETELY UNTRUE and the fact that they refused to refund my card for the extra meal charge on the same day is completely unacceptable. I will not be back! We came in maybe an hour before closing and they were busy (good sign). We were told to sit anywhere. The service felt a little rushed but they were still nice to us. The food came out extremely quickly. We got the clear shrimp rolls (which were served with a peanut sauce), crab rangoons, and split a bowl of pho. The crab cream cheese wontons were so good, they weren't sweet themselves, but the sauce was sweet, which is a method I think a lot of restaurants dont use. They were maybe some of the best I've ever had. The pho was great. We got Tai Nam, and the meat was to die for. The broth needed some of the sauce that they had on the side, but I like how you could add your own to your liking. We'll be back! read more

Great Pho! Friendly staff, good addition to broaden the culinary spectrum in town. Like flying to Asia for dinner, very authentic taste experience. Also tried take-out, and was impressed with packaging and thought put into ensuring freshest soup possible, same as if ordered in restaurant. Key ingredients are prepped and ready, but not added to the broth. This ensures vegetables and meats are perfectly cooked and retain maximum freshness (if added before pickup, would be soggy and overcooked by the time you got home and served it up). They serve up fresh authentic Pho both in person or take-out. Highly recommend if you are a fan of pho or just a little bit of a culinary adventurer. read more

It was just alright, not spectacularly good, not bad. It was pretty expensive though for what you got. Or maybe the portions could have been smaller. Meat little bit overpowered by the lemongrass and would come out better if grilled. If you have the time, head up the street a little farther and go to Pho 888 instead. This is a great Pho restaurant and a perfect way to break up the drive from Colorado Springs to Denver airport. I ordered the small vegetarian Pho with beef broth. The broth was super tasty. The soup is satisfying and flavorful. Will definitely make it back to this spot. Because the flavors are pretty standard, I don't know what would blow me away to grant 5 stars, but this place is pretty close. I don't think the wait staff is rude, they are efficient and get you your pho super quick! read more

Here is what I found when I recently walked into Pho 777: - booths with odd dimensions that make you feel like you are kind of half standing and half sitting (did they build these themselves???) - rude wait staff that grunted at us, practically dropped the waters and menus on the table, and then walked away without saying a word to us This was enough to remind us that we had vowed not to revisit Pho 777 the last time we were there several years ago. In light of this, we walked before ordering...adios Pho 777. I asked my friend who lives nearby and he confirmed this is the usual there. There are too many pho restaurants in the area that are far superior to this place to accept a mediocre experience. My advice is try one of the following: - Pho Khang in Centennial off of County Line Road or - Pho Vy in Aurora near Parker Road and Arapahoe Road read more

Ok, I have always had great Pho at this restaurant, so why just 3 stars??? During a recent visit, I ordered an appetizer; like most people, I like to enjoy this part of the meal first, before my primary meal arrives. Therefore, my wife and I will generally order appetizers first and wait to order the main course until we have eaten at least half. This is because many restaurants just push the food out so fast, something goes just partially eaten. During this visit, I ordered the app and the server immediately asked what else I wanted. I replied, I'd like to get my appetizer first. He seemed somewhat annoyed and walked away. Just a few minutes later, he brought the app and again asked "what else would you like?" I told him I was still looking at the menu and would decide soon. When it comes to Pho, the speed at which they get it to your table can be amazingly fast. Now I'm into just the second bite of my app and a completely different person comes over and asks, quite forcefully, "what else would you like?" True to my theory, my main course arrived very quickly, well before I was done eating my app. I was here about 3 1/2 hours before closing, so that could not have been the issue. I will be back because the food is good, but I have to remember they want you in and out FAST! read more

A yummy Pho place is LONG overdue in our neck of the woods. The weather has turned cool and my pho cravings are here in earnest! We stopped in the other night and the restaurant was steady but not overflowing with customers. We ordered one beef bowl and one meatball mix bowl as well as some regular Vietnamese rice dishes. Everything was freshly prepared and generously portioned. They do not have a liquor license at this point, but I am hopeful that they will obtain one as I enjoy a glass of wine at dinner! Otherwise, no complaints. Modest but comfortable decor. Overall it is a nice option in Castle Rock for good, affordable and healthy Pho and more fare. ***Almost forgot to mention....the Vietnamese egg rolls are out of this world delicious! :-D read more

We stopped by Pho 777 yesterday around 4pm to get our Pho fix after a very long drive from Glenwood Springs. I must say I did not have big expectations and was just hoping for some decent Pho. The restaurant itself was very clean and had decent decor. There are 2 huge paintings in the room that adds a nice warm feeling to the place. The service was good. Right when we got there we felt welcomed and were seated right away. The waiters were very attentive and checked on us enough that it was not annoying. We started out with springs rolls as appetizers and it was definitely different from what I am used to. It was crunchy , but not too crunchy that it rips the lettuce when you bite into it. It was large portions and it tasted like they made it and not store bought. It was a good start. The grilled food we ordered was ok. We ordered the combination from the rice entrees. The pork was done well and not dry with a hint of ginger and sweetness to the taste. Same with the beef and chicken though the chicken had some type of curry. Now to the Pho.... I ordered medium #8 and it was very delicious! You can tastes the beef marrow from the broth and it was not too strong or light..it was perfect! My wife who does not usually order Pho could not get enough of mine and I had to pull it away from her! The meat that came with the Pho was well done and not dry..it was a good compliment to the broth. I am originally from SF Bay Area where there are a lot of choices for Pho and I have tried many of them...I have to say this is hands down one of the best! read more

Great place for castle to have. We ordered pho with rare beef and tripe. Meat was amazing. They Do NOT ho light on the meat. Such great portions. I got a medium and it was huge, didnt even come close to finishing, although I ate all the meat out of it. Vietnamese fried spring rolls are wrapped in rice paper, filled with sausage; they were amazing!! Our iced coffee, cant remember the proper name, was absolutely perfect. Our only complaint was that the broth fell a little flat, almost as a brand new batch and hadn't had time to completely develop. But we added some spice to help it out. Service was great, place is clean, and over all a nice building. The booths could use a bit of fixing, but thats it. Will def be back..my new place for sure. read more

The prices are a little high compared to what I'm used to ($2.50 for spring rolls back home, $4.50 here)...but the food is delicious. the pho broth is awesome, just the right flavor. The peanut sauce, so delicious...not too watery, not too thick. I had the shrimp vermicelli bowl as well and it was the perfect amount. Dead to me two! It has been a month since my last bad experience at Pho 777. I wanted to be wrong, and what I experienced a month ago, but again, was not just a one-time bad experience. I confirmed it this time we did take out. We ordered the same thing, a large combo with beef broth and a giant meatball beef broth. The portions are tiny and lack ingredients. The broth was tasteless and was like dishwater. I wasted $40+ plus tip. Rip off and pissed!!! We used to go to once week 2018-2019. It was excellent and delicious. Portions were huge and had plenty of leftovers. Well worth the money, do not give this place the time or business. Management, get your act together... read more
