I ordered takeout from Beau Thai II recently. I love their Drunken Noodles. I recommend ordering it with duck for your protein. I feel that it's worth the extra money. Spice level wasn't crazy hot. It was exactly where I like it. I've had their Pad Thai and Sticky Mango Rice in the past. They were both good. Nothing exceptional but good. I feel that this place satiates my Thai cravings. This is easily the worst Thai food I have ever had. The Pad Thai tasted rancid. The staff were a bunch of rude kids. We won't be back.

I ordered the sweet sticky rice with mango. I'm not exactly sure how a Thai restaurant could screw up one of their most popular dishes, but bowtie certainly did. The dish had no flavor. The rice was overcooked and mushy and I had very little of the coconut sauce on the rice. Now sesame seeds no garnishment just tossed in an aluminum to go dish certainly not worth the nine dollars that they're charging for it. read more

A friend took me to Beaux Thai II before our day of shopping. It was absolutely delicious! I'm always on the lookout for a good curry and this did not disappoint. I had the Thai yellow curry and she had the Thai Panang. Both were very flavorful and had a good ratio of chicken to vegetables. The menu has a large variety of items and even a kids menu. They also have a full bar. The restaurant is bright and clean and parking is plentiful. This is a great place to eat before or after a day at the outlet mall - or really any time. read more

The Tom Kha and Tom Yum soup that I was craving was subpar through and through!. All mushrooms in the Tom Yum and the Kha was just coconut milk. No flavor in either. Very disappointed as this is the only Thai restaurant in Castle Rock. Guess we have to drive to Denver! read more

We've ordered from & loved Beau Thai for years now. We have visited the location in Evergreen and Castle Rock many times. Their portion sizes recently have decreased significantly, which is why we have stopped visiting. Most of the items in the entrées we order are vegetables and the cost of vegetables has not increased by 150%. We'd consider coming back if they made the portions larger like they used to be. read more

I have been craving some Pad Thai for a good while and we drive by this place all the time. Finally got around to having lunch here and it was so good. The location is a corner so there are lots of windows. Plenty of seating, both booths and tables. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, Thai hot (of course). The pad Thai is super yummy, the sticky rice with mango is delicious, the steamed veggies are super good, it's all good!

The staff was great, pricing was very reasonable, and I liked the feel of the place. We tried the fresh rolls, green curry chicken, and drunken noodles. The rolls were okay, pretty standard, but the peanut sauce didn't have as strong of a peanut flavor as I'm used to. The green curry chicken was good and got great feedback. The drunken noodle didn't have the type of broccoli it usually comes with and I ordered it hot, but it wasn't very spicy. The taste was fine, I'd just try something else next time. After a day full of shopping at the outlets, my roommate and I were quite hungry. Thai cuisine is one of our favorites so we were happy to see a location that was close by. The location is centrally located in a shopping center and has a big green letters so it is easily find. Once arrived we were immediately greeted by staff and seated. At the time we were the only patrons inside but throughout our meal the restaurant filled. The items we ordered were - Pork Gyoza Dumplings - Chicken Satay - Pad See Ew (mild+ spicy) - Roasted Basil Duck (medium spicy) First off everything was DELICIOUS! The pork dumplings have the perfect wrapper to filling ratio. The chicken satay was SO juicy that even after taking to go and eating later it still had juices falling out. The pad see ew noodles were delicious and made me keep wanting to take a bite of my roommates dish. She did mentioned there wasn't a lot of protein (shrimp) in the dish The roasted basil duck was SO SO good. The garlic sauce that it was cooked in made me want to drink it. I do however wish there was a little more duck as mostly there was skin/fat. When I am in the area I will definitely return for more! read more

We tried this for lunch today and I have to say, they could do so much better. 1. No lunch specials? Expensive only. 2. The Chicken Satay is the worst I have had. Big huge thick chicken breast chunks with no flavor and the peanut sauce was literally peanut butter. No other flavor. 3. We asked for the spice tray with the Thai chilis, red pepper flakes and chili sauce (all Thai restaurants have this), they acted as if they've never heard of that. I THOROUGHLY enjoyed Beau Thai! I have traveled in Thailand and i eat Thai about once a week; i consider myself an aficionado. This place has great Thai food! The flavor and essence of the sauce in the simple 'mixed veggies' dish was strong and exquisite! Also the quality and freshness of the veggies was excellent- and the sauté method was perfect- the veggies were freshly cooked just right! Still nice and crisp and steaming hot- no overcooked brocolli mush, yay! Tha Panang Cirry was delightful as well- nice and thick and creamy curry! No watery thinness here, yay! Also when i asked for a substitution in one of the dishes the woman was glad to do that with no hesitation. Wow! We came here as a family for our last night in the area before we officially move here since it was close to our hotel. I hadn't had good Thai in a while so was hopeful this was it. I was pleasantly surprised, and the rest of my family was, too! my daughter, who is usually very picky was determined to have drunken noodles. I made her a deal that i would order it but would take her beef fried rice if she tried and liked the drunken noodle beef. She ended up loving it but that meant my beloved drunken noodles were taken from me. Everyone was kind and helpful - portions were large. Sticky mango rice is so awful. Got a few tiny pieces of mango in mush. Never had mango rice served this way and so gross. Drunken noodles have zero flavor which is honestly shocking going to a Thai place. I don't even know what they put in the crab cheese wontons but they are the worst I have ever had. They can make the spice bring tears, but the prices won't do the same. Decent Thai food for a value. Try the Panang Curry or the standard go-to of fried rice. They have a light weight bar and beer menu too (a few bottles of beer and the basics for simple cocktails). read more

Got takeout from here and it did not disappoint. I got Thai Green Curry and lemme tell ya it had sooo much flavor, finally found a Thai place that cooks with spices and not just salt and pepper. We love love love Beau! Their spicy shrimp pad Thai and shrimp red curry was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!

Pad thai is not a difficult dish. This was not a good pad thai, at all. The pot stickers were fine, but those can be purchased and heated.

They have incredibly good Pad Thai, but I had a very disturbing experience this evening. After a 52 minute wait, I took my order of Calamari & Shrimp Pad Thai to my car and decided to see how spicy it was (I ordered it Thai hot which is their hottest option). There was nothing hot about it. And I've ordered it this way before so I know it should be spicy, but some days are spicier than others. They just forgot it completely. They also forgot the shrimp. When I took it back in to show it was completely wrong, they took my partially eaten meal back into the kitchen to "fix" it. Keep in mind this is after I took a couple bites and stirred my chopsticks around to look for the shrimp. WHAT? I am absolutely floored that they took a partially eaten meal from a stranger/customer into that kitchen. I was like, no I'd want it fresh and cooked together like it's supposed to be, but I'm still just shocked they would take that back into their kitchen! I'm not paying $20 to have some shrimp and spice mixed into my food that is now getting cold. She said it'll be fresh and only take 5 minutes. Considering how busy the restaurant was, there's absolutely no way that was going to be fresh in just a few minutes. So, I asked for my money back. I thought about waiting to see how "fresh" it tasted, but the idea that they take partially eaten meals back into the kitchen to "fix" was too much for me. Which is the only reason I think they should get at least 1 star. Because she refunded me quickly. I hope whoever got my calamari and/or noodles enjoyed it. Don't worry, I'm vaccinated. But, I also kiss my dog on the mouth, so... ENJOY! read more
