They also are quick to correct any mistakes that organically occur in ordering. I've never once had a problem with the staff in the 50+ times I've been here over the years being non-responsive or inattentive. I read the complaints in reviews about the outdated seasonal decor. Listen, that makes it authentic. And honestly, they could put whatever decorations they want with the food they serve. It's the best pho we've had. The broth is rich and tasty and the fables are so deep. My kids beg for it and they might be the pickiest eaters to ever grace this earth. The chunks of meat are always generous and tender, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The banh mi is to die for. Hard stop. No notes. 1000/10. And that's every single time we come. The bread is always warm and crusty, crisp enough the make you enjoy the bite before the warm, chewy bread joins.
