This place was just ok for me. It was super clean. The menu had a ton of options. But like the other reviews, having to pay for water was weird for me. The broth was also just so so for me. The service wasn't very good. They guy behind the counter was more interested in his anime video than for what was going on. If there aren't any other options, I would come here again. I was also disappointed at no toppings to be able to add to my phó. They added onions and scallions. There wasn't limes, bean sprouts, or basil available.

York Countians love Asian food, so I am happy the we have many options available. Pho Ngoc equals flavor. Just beautiful, aromatic taste throughout each dish. The Pho broth is solid... not overly sweet a perfect vessel for the noodles, proteins, & veggies. A surprise gem for me was the side rice. This sticky rice is so moist with a slight crunch. Add the homemade fish sauce and this could be a stand alone entree? The attention to quality and consistency is a blessing to diners. This restaurant is great for lunch or dinner. Sit down or carry out you will be satisfied!

In my travels, I often judge the color of the broth when ordering pho. Look at this gorgeous color. There is no need to season a true Pho bowl. Friendly service and oh so clean restaurant. You won't go wrong with this place!

The after. We ate it all up! So good.

Food is always so good and the staff are so nice! I have been there with friends a couple of times and the staff remembered us and it made us so happy! we highly recommend this place if you want to try great pho! Will 100% be back!

This was our first time trying this restaurant. You can order ahead, through door dash, or dine in (it is a sit down). We started with two of their tea drinks that were fabulous. I would have perfected my Thai tea with boba to not have the ice as I didn't enjoy the boba. We had springs rolls which were so delicious we forgot to take a picture, but image colorful, fresh shrimp spring rolls! Delicious! Our main meals consisted of the seafood pho and the special pho. Personally I would not get the special pho as the meats it in are very odd- but the broth was delicious. Both myself and my mom were not able to finish our meals, so we got to go containers in which the owner filled up with more broth and noodles for us. It was not busy as we went around 11:10 and they had only opened at 11. We will definitely be back, wether in person or through delivery.

I had the beef pho and it surpassed my expectations with the most delicious broth. Pho Ben did not disappoint. I thoroughly enjoyed my bowl of pho...almost crying at how good it was because it's been months since I have had delicious pho. My son had the grilled pork bun and he loved it. I also wanted to mention that they give you plenty of noodles. I normally have to order extra. We had the shrimp spring/summer rolls with delicious peanut sauce and the fried chicken apps. Chicken was juicy with a crispy outer. The service was friendly and the owner has a warm disposition. I can't wait to bring my wife here and I am so glad it's near my home!

The prices were also higher than other restaurants. And it tasted like it had a lot of MSG in the dishes. They forcibly charged a 20% service fee without any prior notice, and then shamelessly claimed that three people constituted a "large group." I've attached our receipt. This is the cost for two adults and one child! We paid in cash, and the menu even stated that paying with a credit card would incur an additional 3% fee! Absolutely a rip-off! Never visit it again!!!!!

Apathetic Staff who "sneer" at supposed "competitors" is NOT the way to do it. Not ALL, but MOST did that the last few times I was in. Rude Customers with a poor opinion on "what is authentic" abound, slandering other businesses while THIS ONE idly sits by (MGMT BE PROFESSIONAL AND FIX THAT!!! Decent (GOOD at best) Phö (it's pronounced "fuh", NOT "FOE", for the cuisine'tard dingbats)...Not "the best"; only "decent/good" phö. The Thai SomTum was actually on-point the times I did grab a bite there. The "seafood piyaya" (I believe it was called) is REALLY good. I'm a fan of REAL Vietnamese Coffee...& THAT was what brought me back. I don't care WHO this "offends" (& I'm sure it will merely be the so-called "customers" & staff I've mentioned; which actually bring a GOOD business down)...because IT'S THE TRUTH. Our food was served by a robot, which I thought was the cutest thing ever. The owner and staff were friendly and service was great. I had chicken banh mi that I really enjoyed. All of the components were flavorful and had their place in the sandwich--- well seasoned protein, pickled veggies, cool cilantro and cucumber, and a fresh and crusty bread. I loved it. As part of the event we also had chicken fried rice and veggie spring rolls, which were also really tasty. The event ended and I really wanted to have some pho. It's brutally cold outside and hot soup sounded like the perfect way to end our night. I ordered 2 small bowls of their #3 pho, which had eye of round steak and brisket. First off, the "small" bowls are not really small. It's a pretty big portion. The broth was flavorful and my bowl was FULL of noodles. The base soup also had sliced green onions in it. My husband and I like our pho fully dressed so we both added bean sprouts, cilantro and basil, lime and jalapeno, and then sriracha and hoisin sauce. Was absolutely delicious.
