Called in an order this evening (we order all the time) and the food as awful. The food tonight was the worst food we've ever gotten from them. The egg drop soup tasted like it was mixed with miso, the shrimp fried rice had an awful texture and didn't taste anything like it usually does, and the sesame chicken was too sweet. Honestly, overall the food was inedible other than the cream cheese wantons. When we called to address the sit, they could not have cared less and said it's the same cook as always. First time trying this place and I'm underwhelmed. Spring rolls are extra greasy despite having blotted them on paper towels. Also, anywhere that at offers the watery red sauce that just tastes artificially bad is my first clue. I also b-line for the sauce. The taste of extra oil while chewing immediately had my brain telling me to stop eating but I was in too deep and was starving. It was a struggle swallowing ("that's what she said" said Michael ) Fried rice although has taste but rice are in chunks a lot as in not separated before frying. Pho was decent, decent amount of meat included, decent taste. JUST DECENT. Grilled pork chop on rice is so-so the egg was greasy and the meat and shrimp had taste yet left me unsatisfied. The meat is sliced so ever thin - like creepy thin man or creepy man thin - either way you slice it it's super thin. I've never had it that thin so, kudos to their slicer. It's not very meaty, I don't know if it's actually grilled on a bbq but didn't taste/smell being grilled. The whole experience was meh yet displeased. Been coming here for 7 years and the food has always been good but lately they have gone down hill horribly and the service has too. Just had shrimp fried rice it was half the size it used to be and was overcooked. We told the waitress twice and all she said is sorry but then proceeded to give us the full bill. Entering the restaurant it looks like nothing special. However, the pho is good here. A bit pricey, but it will fill you up. The soft drinks and coffee are definitely pricier than the surrounding area. The price and the amount of iced Vietnamese coffee in a cup was questionable. I got the medium and was able to take 3 sips from my straw and then it was done. It was mostly ice and about $7ish. It was good, but definitely cost too much for 3 sips of coffee. My guy and I were in the area over New Year and on the hunt for some food. We were really surprised to see a pho restaurant in the area. We decided to give it a go! We were both pleasantly surprised at how authentic and delicious it was. We ordered the spring rolls and beef pho. The spring rolls were on the smaller side, but made fresh and really tasty. The pho was the star of our meal! You can always tell how great a pho place is by first tasting the broth as soon as it's brought out. It was absolutely delicious without any added condiments. It was rich and had the depth of flavor that a pho broth should have. They also give you plenty of meat, which can sometimes be lacking. We really enjoyed our meal and was glad to have found one of our favorite comfort foods. What a gem! Give them a try! You won't be disappointed. Sidenote: I noticed that there a few reviews noting the price, but we also have to understand how inflation works. I imagine the ingredients used to make the majority of the foods here are hard to come by and pricey. So, if you're worried about the price, you may want to eat else where. The best pho that I've had in Navarre, and west coast Fl! They were super sweet. I didn't know that they closed at 8 when I called for a Togo order and she still took my order even though they closed in 20 min. When I arrived I told her that I loved pho and I was sorry for ordering late. She informed me that they have the best pho in town and boy she wasn't lying. I tipped generously for her kindness and went back on my last night in town because the pho was that good. It was definitely a fatty broth. And I like that. The crab Rangoon were to die for and my boyfriend got this beef and egg and veggie combo that was soooooo good. I had a few bites of his food and wanted more. My wife and I ordered two chicken pho and 2 order of spring rolls. I chose to go out and pick dinner up to save some money on delivery/Uber eats. Boy did I have a surprise coming. Total was a few cents shy of $50. We were both not impressed with the pho broth or the spring rolls. The broth seemed oily to my wife and too salty for my taste. The spring rolls seemed like they were overcompensating for the lack of quality by stuffing gigantic sized spring rolls with mostly shredded iceberg and they were pretty poorly wrapped. Come on. I ordered the generals chicken - spicy and it was like yesterday's food something I pulled out of my refrigerator as a leftover. Gummy with very little sauce, what sauce it there was was cooked down to a goo.
