Pan fried dumplings - i love northern style dumplings because they have a thicker skin. Unfortunately the wrapping was not a dumpling wrapping. It was a bao wrapping - very similar to sheng jian bao. I did not expect 12 baos. The bottoms were also not crispy. I think next time I'd better go with boiled dumplings. The only thing I liked was the bounciness of the noodles.
