Was looking for some bahn mi sandwiches on father's day and discovered this gem! I've seen this place go from a Dairy Queen to 2 different Asian restaurants. I'll be honest, I wasn't expecting much- but then I looked at the yelp reviews and food photos & I was sold! The lady helping me on the phone was WONDERFUL. She made recommendations for me and was so sweet and helpful. I ended up ordering 2 spring rolls (they were both AMAZING), 2 sandwiches and a rice noodle bowl. I've been looking for a place that can compare to hue thai (since we lost them to covid)- and I can honestly say these sandwiches are the best I have had since! Finally made it in for dine-in service! (Been ordering from DoorDash) The owners put in a lot of thought and care into the decor and style of the restaurant and it shows. A really nicely done restaurant with lots of character. I went for lunch with my mom and her friend and we ordered 4 appetizers to start. It was nice to try different things since the portions were family style and huge. I really liked the mochi dish we got, it was packed full of meat and flavor! My mom's friend was really digging the shrimp crepe, that thing was huge! It was my first time having it and it was quite yummy. If you've read my previous review, I started ordering from this place because they have the papaya salad that I love (and nowhere else makes it)... and the imperial roll that has taro in it (another thing that many other places don't serve). I was a bit disappointed with the viet coffee. It usually takes 5 mins for the drip coffee and my drink came out in a minute so I don't know if it's premade coffee or powder but it didn't taste that authentic or strong. There was a bit of a mishap when we ordered our entrees bcs the server thought we wanted it to go. So another server came over and apologized and said they were short staffed, which made me laugh bcs there were 3 ppl on the floor working and the place wasn't full. I remember I use to cover 13 tables with just a busboy in NYC and oh man do I miss my 20's haha Anyways I hope they get more servers soon bcs their food is really good, I can imagine how crazy it is at night if they were already struggling with lunch. I came to visit my sister in Vegas and decided to come here mainly for the trending banh ram. Not sure if I'm spelling it correctly but it definitely fulfilled my craving for something I never had ! Food was delicious! Me and my sister had pho and my bf got the bahn mi, he was a fan of the sandwich ! We also got some spring rolls, it was super crunchy. Due to my sensitive teeth, because of my braces, I couldn't eat it all :/ I got the Vietnamese iced coffee to drink, super strong, just how I like it. This is a small location so there is quite a bit of a line. We waited 20 minutes and opted to split our party into 2 tables so we can eat and leave quick to the airport. Service is wonderful here. Everyone is quite personable and I believe the owner(?) he was running things quite efficiently and I liked his sense of humor. The food was actually quite delicious. The banh Khot was so crunchy - I've never had them like that before. This mochi cracker app was good but it was bigger than I was used to. Still very flavorful though. The BBH was very tasty. My first time trying Pho Saigonese and it did not disappoint! I was fighting off a cold and was craving something warm and comforting, and their pho hit the spot perfectly. After having a wow experience at Pho Saigonese in Henderson a couple of years ago, we were excited to see one arrive on Spring Mountain. As a stand alone restaurant, there is plenty of parking which is such a relief when dining on Spring Mountain. The lighting is a bit dark inside though, which takes some getting used to after being in the bright Las Vegas sun. Their menu has all the pictures, which makes the menu huge but a lot easier to navigate. This is especially helpful for those unfamiliar with these dishes. * Luna Mini Prawn Cakes / Bahn Khot $18 - We loved it before so we had to get it again. These crispy bites are just popping with flavor! I have since learned that they grind their own flour for these cakes. * Steam Flat Hue Dumpling / Bahn Nam Hue $14 - These flat dumplings were decent. I don't know if they were exceptional or not. * Mi Quang / Quang Noodles $18 - When ordering this, we didn't realize it was a soup noodle dish as the photo didn't really reflect soup in it. I was a bit surprised as I wasn't expecting soup. However, this dish is just loaded with protein - shrimp, chicken, spare ribs, pork belly, and quail eggs. You're definitely getting your fill with this order. It was just okay for us. Service was fine. The food experience was just okay for us this time around. Wowww what a gem! I loved the hot and crispy Bahn Khot, the shrimp was tender and the flavors were all there. The pork noodle bowl was delicious and the sauce that it comes with, I could drink! Every table has a small vase of fresh flowers and condiments such as sriracha, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, low sodium soy sauce, sea salt and black peppercorn grinder. Menu offers a nice selection of appetizers, salads, spring rolls, hue & danang dishes, specialty pho, as well as create your own pho, hot stone pho, chicken & shrimp, vermicelli noodle soup, rice dish, sticky rice & porridge, house special items like Vietnamese crêpe and offal stew, banh mi, and vegetarian dishes. I ordered Banh Khot Vung Tau ($18) which is Luna Mini Prawn Cakes, it's a lovely presentation of crispy rice cakes with succulent shrimp, scallions, comes with green papaya and carrot slaw, fresh crisp lettuce and Asian herbs of basil and mint, served with a tasty sweet savory fish sauce, so good! Also got Cha gio ($13) which is Imperial Spring Rolls, it's crispy spring rolls, inside has pork, shrimp, mushrooms, taro, and glass noodles, comes with a side of crunchy carrots and pickled white radish, fresh crisp lettuce, Asian herbs of basil and mint, served with a sweet savory fish sauce, very filling and delicious! They have refreshments for Iced coffee, pennyworth juice, soft drinks, and teas. I had Winter Melon Green Tea ($7) and requested less sweet, so yum! Winter melon green tea has chia seeds and soft delicate grass jelly, garnished with fresh mint, it's delightful and very refreshing! For sweets, they have Iced Tamarind with Roasted Peanuts, it's a dessert drink with Tamarind pulp infused with ginger, pineapple chinks, roasted peanuts over crushed ice. I tried Vietnamese Affogato ($9), flavor is excellent and splendidl Coffee ice cream has Vietnamese coffee topped with finely crumbed biscoff cookies, there's a lovely crunch with wonderful sweetness, and so yummy! I'm happy the condensed milk is on the side, the coffee ice cream is a pretty generous portion of three scoops, it's not overly sweet and definitely shareable for 2 to 3 people. Service from Joel, Justin, and manager Dan is remarkable, pleasant, attentive, courteous, helpful, and friendly! Also spoke with the owner Lynhdan, he's so nice, very welcoming, and personable. Even when it was busy, the staff members made time to answer questions about the menu. They're genuinely caring and knowledgeable, clarifying ingredients, and can even make accommodations. My friends and I went here the day after EDC weekend planning to go in for some recovery pho but after seeing the extensive menu knew we had to order more! I ordered the following: Tumeric fish with dill 5/5 's the fish comes on a sizziling plate giving the fish a nice char and crunch. It's so flavorful and paired nicely with the fresh herbs, crackers, peanuts, vermicelli noodles and fish sauce. This is my must order! Bun Bo hue was delicious! I did not catch details of the conversation, but the table next to me had questions/issues: both the server and manager took time to answer their questions and rounded back with them a couple of times. I was impressed with their service. I had the Bun Hanoi Style and the Imperial eggrolls The eggrolls were great: good amount of meat the stuffing and well seasoned. The rice cake were hot and crispy. when wrapped in fresh lettuce, condiments and dipped in the sauce = yummy! Would have been great if it was served with 2 pieces of lettuce instead of 1 (for 3 eggrolls) The star of the meal was the Bun Hanoi though. I've had Bun Thit Nuong many times thru many restaurants, but never Hanoi style. So, so good. The Thit Nuong and the Pork patties offer such different flavors and textures. The broth was slightly salty on its own, but when mixed with the vermicelli was perfect. The pho? Legit. The broth is rich, clear, and full of flavor without being too heavy you can tell it's been simmering the right way. The noodles were perfect, the herbs were fresh, and they give you all the good add-ins (lime, bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños) so you can build it exactly how you like. The flavor of the broth for the pho was good, but the other two was a disappointment. Ribeye stone pho- Good broth Duck with vermicelli noodles soup- you get a bowl of vermicelli noodles with a side of duck. You would think you get more duck, but no you only get 4 small pieces that was nothing but bones. Everything else on it was just shredded cabbage and sauce. What a disappointment when you only get bones with barely any meat on it. Pha Lau- We love pha Lau, but this was one of the most disgusting pha Lau we've had. The meat was sooooooo mushy. You can literally pinch it and it turns into mashed meat. Don't come at me saying it's "tender" when there's a difference between mushy and tender. I get it how sometimes food are prepared before hand to cut down on time, but this seems like they cooks it for days on straight just waiting for someone to order it. So gross. Service was decent. I was thoroughly surprised with the Vietnamese mochi as my typical experience with mochi is usually as a dessert and not a savory item. The dipping sauce for the mochi added a nice sweet glaze. My entire family and our friends absolutely loved Pho Saigonese! We enjoyed it so much that we're already planning to come back again soon! This is easily some of the best quality Vietnamese food we've had in Las Vegas, which is really saying something because we're a Vietnamese family and take a lot of pride in authentic Vietnamese cooking! We've tried what feels like nearly every Vietnamese restaurant in the city... and this place truly stands out for both the quality of the ingredients and the incredible flavor in every dish! We visited on 02/22/26, and our server was Vietnamese. She was so sweet and incredibly kind to my mom, which made the experience even more special for our family! Unfortunately we didn't catch her name, but her warmth and hospitality really stood out and made us feel so welcomed! One of the first things that impressed us was the pho broth. It was insanely rich and flavorful! Honestly the first pho broth I've had where I didn't feel the need to add sriracha or hoisin sauce. It was that good all on its own! House Special Pho: This bowl comes loaded with brisket, flank, tripe, tendon, beef balls, and rare steak, served with Vietnamese greens including mint leaves and bean sprouts! The broth was deeply flavorful and comforting, and the cut of meats were good quality. Pho Filet Mignon: This dish features rare sliced filet mignon with onions, cilantro, and fresh cut rice noodles, served with Vietnamese greens! I loved that the filet mignon is served raw on the side so you can add it directly to the hot broth and cook it to your preference. Bún Đậu Mắm Tôm: (Mom's FAVORITE!) This platter includes vermicelli, fried tofu, sliced pork jowl, boiled offal, imperial rolls, crispy green rice cakes, and fresh herbs. This was my mom's favorite dish of the night! (She came here just for this dish) The shrimp paste dipping sauce was incredibly flavorful and really brought everything together! Bún Bò Huế: A spicy and richly flavored lemongrass soup served with thick rice vermicelli noodles, blood cake, tendon, beef shank, and Huế ham! The broth was bold, rich, and packed with flavor, and the thicker noodles soaked up the broth perfectly! Vietnamese Steak and Eggs (Bò Né): This dish is served sizzling on a cast iron plate with ribeye steak, two over easy eggs, pâté, laughing cow cheese, cherry tomatoes, and onions! It comes with a fresh French baguette that has a crispy exterior and a soft interior that practically melts in your mouth! The combination of everything on the sizzling plate was absolutely incredible! Bánh Bột Lọc: (My FAVORITE) Hands down the best I've had! These Vietnamese shrimp dumplings are made with tapioca flour which gives them a delicate chewy texture with shrimp inside! They're served with fresh fish sauce and pickled carrots and daikon. If you love bánh bột lọc like I do, this will easily be the best you've had! It was pillowy soft, perfectly balanced, and honestly so delicious and addicting!! He said yeah and thought that was the end of that but he surprised me and brought our 6 more regular sized tendons. I usually get tendons so I know what a regular size for me is Service was not so good. Didn't get checked up when we needed thing and had to flag down a bunch. Also had to ask for the 2 missing sauces that we didn't get at our table 3 times! It would have been easier for me to just get up and grab them myself. I refuse to eat pho at any other restaurant other than Pho Saigonese. IT IS THAT GOOD. My go to is their filet mignon pho... but today I wanted to try something else. I didn't want something as heavy, but I really wanted soup and something super comforting so I got there Pho Free Range Chicken (which I have never had before)... and when I tell you, I didn't think anything could be better than the filet mignon pho... I was blown away!!! I WAS BLOWN AWAY! It was absolutely perfect, and I do not say that lightly it was the best most perfect chicken soup I have ever had. It is what I dream of.... It is what dreams are made of! lol It wasn't heavy, it was a nice light broth, perfectly flavored, With the most perfect shredded chicken. I did not need to put any seasonings or sauces. The only thing I did was put basil leaves and bean sprouts. (Normally I do a lot of spicy, but I was not feeling spicy today. I wanted something super simple... and that pho delivered!) I ate every last bite. I got it with the fresh cut noodle and there was not even one tiny piece of noodle left in that bowl by the end. Massive portions by the way! You technically could eat half the soup and take the rest home... but I was hungry!! Absolutely freaking amazing, the most comforting perfect soup you could ever ask for. I highly highly recommended. Their entire menu in general is phenomenal from my experience at their OG location. I did really keep it simple today, especially for my first time going to the new location and it was just the most perfect beautiful experience. If you are in Chinatown, you need to check this place out! You will be doing yourself a service. This restaurant is the definition of self-love, going there is good for your body and your soul! We came here for dinner when my family guest from So Ca arrived. We were a bit apprehensive during our wait after seeing the menu offers entrees from different regions of Vietnam. This is their second location in Las Vegas and the interior is definitely Vietnamese inspired yet done tastefully. We ordered the Pork chop with broken rice, nem cua be, and combination pho. Everything was authentic tasting, yummy and the portions were sizeable. Happy and satisfied we checked out this establishment and I would return again. read more

Great customer service as soon as we arrived. We love pho but we've been on a hunt looking for porridge with duck salad and this place definitely has it and it was like comfort food! So good! We ordered the other usuals of course like pho combination, papaya salad, egg rolls and everything was delicious! The papaya salad could be a bit more spicier though. This location is more spacious than the other one we tried on Serene. Would come back again to try other dishes on their menu. read more

I have consistently said that Pho Saigonese offers the tastiest food with the most diverse menu options across Vietnamese food in Vegas, and I have yet to be proven otherwise! I have discovered so many new Vietnamese dishes from dining here, and I really enjoyed them all. I typically order the bun cha Hanoi and banh khot here, and both are rockstar dishes full of flavor and balance. The fresh herbs also really round out both dishes. The ambiance of this location is great for date night or a nice family dinner. Service is also decent without being intrusive! read more

Pho Saigonese is beautifully decorated with a warm, welcoming vibe, and there's plenty of parking which is always a plus along Spring Mountain. We went during lunch on a Sunday, and it was pretty busy--we waited about 20 minutes to be seated which wasn't too bad. The staff overall were friendly, and some team members provided amazing service. We ordered the oxtail pho, brisket pho, vermicelli bowl with chicken, and prawn cakes as an appetizer. The broth was actually perfect--clean, flavorful, and comforting. That said, the food overall was good. Portions felt a bit small for the price compared to other pho spots nearby. However, I do love that there's more variety on their menu compared to the other spots. They also have several vegetarian options which is a plus! Overall, the experience was decent. The space is lovely, service from some of the staff was excellent, and the food is good. Would come again to try the rest of the menu. read more

We always passed this place when driving around so we decided to finally give it a try. We also recently went to Vietnam to travel and the menu reminded us a lot of dishes we tried over there. So if you're looking for Vietnamese along with some specialty uncommon Vietnamese dishes, make sure this is the spot you visit. When trying a new place, I usually try their staple dishes or items where I know should definitely its standard. That's not what we did with this one. We didn't even have Pho. We ordered Banh Khot (mini prawn cake), Nem Cua (crab spring roll), Hu Tieu Nam Vang (Phnom penh noodle soup). I only suggest ordered Hu Tieu if you feel comfortable with seasoning it yourself with the condiments that they include on the table. If not, then the soup may be more bland for your taste. The Nem cua be is good but I don't really get the crab flavor in it as much and forgot I was eating that. The good part is that they're pretty big, but the downfall is that it's not as bite size as I'd like it. Banh khot is something I don't see too often in Vietnamese restaurants in Vegas so I had to try it. I will say that it is good and I highly suggest it, but this one kind of had a doughy texture that I wasn't used to. Kind of similar to mochi like. I wouldn't say this is the best place for you to try it but also it isn't so common in Vegas so why not give it a go. We also ordered a lychee green tea drink and a coconut coffee drink. The lychee green tea drink was pretty refreshing as it also had lychee jelly in it. The coffee in the coconut coffee was pretty strong so it masked the coconut flavor. It was pretty much similar to a regular Vietnamese coffee The location is very spacious and has a small little parking lot. I came here previously when it was a Thai restaurant (La Moon) so one of the main reasons for coming here was to see how it changed. The decor is definitely really nice with all the dark colors accented with green plants everywhere. We came at night so it was very intimate and there wasn't that many people there. Sad that I didn't take enough pictures of all the food. And even with only pictures, they wouldn't make enough justice to the amazing flavors. We ordered the imperial Spring rolls, the Vietnamese Crepe, the Hanoi-style Bún Cha and the Vietnamese Iced coffee. For two people it was too much but I'm happy we ordered that much because we were able to take the rest home. The flavors, presentation and the amazing staff works so well together. Delish and super filling! Spotted this place after looking around the nearby plaza/supermarket. BIGGEST bowl of pho I've seen in a while. I got a house pho, a build your own for family member. The smoked pork was very fragrant as well, 3 of us couldn't finish and had to take home. Easy parking and looks classy. Very friendly service and clean large bathrooms. Large menu to flip through. I found Pho Saigonese on TikTok, and their entrées looked so unique and different from what I usually see at other Vietnamese restaurants ..so I knew I had to try it for myself! As soon as we walked in, the staff welcomed us immediately and the ambience also stood out as it had an upscale, modern feel with lots of plants throughout the restaurant which made it stylish and inviting. Now let's talk about the menu. I believe they had pictures of every single item which also made it ordering much harder because everything looked so good haha! After narrowing it down, we ordered the following: Square Crab Spring Rolls (10/10): Huge portion sizes and an amazing crunch -- this is initially what caught my attention on TikTok! Vietnamese Mochi (8/10): A very unique dish that I've never seen before. I personally liked it, but my husband wasn't really a fan since he's not into mochi. Vietnamese Broken Rice with Pork (8/10): The pork was well-marinated Pho Ox Tail (5/10): My husband had high expectations since he eats pho often, but unfortunately it was bland.
