The Bánh Cuốn looks amazing and it's very delicious

I definitely love the ambience in this restaurant. Reminds me home cooked food . Spring rolls were absolutely delicious. I was overwhelmed with their menu. They had such a variety of foods here I wanted to order everything. Also love the fact that they do play Vietnamese music not a lot of restaurants play or music anymore so it's definitely nostalgic to be in here. I look forward to ringing my nine year-old daughter here.

Finally made it in for dine-in service! (Been ordering from DoorDash) The owners put in a lot of thought and care into the decor and style of the restaurant and it shows. A really nicely done restaurant with lots of character. I went for lunch with my mom and her friend and we ordered 4 appetizers to start. It was nice to try different things since the portions were family style and huge. I really liked the mochi dish we got, it was packed full of meat and flavor! My mom's friend was really digging the shrimp crepe, that thing was huge! It was my first time having it and it was quite yummy. If you've read my previous review, I started ordering from this place because they have the papaya salad that I love (and nowhere else makes it)... and the imperial roll that has taro in it (another thing that many other places don't serve). I was a bit disappointed with the viet coffee. It usually takes 5 mins for the drip coffee and my drink came out in a minute so I don't know if it's premade coffee or powder but it didn't taste that authentic or strong. There was a bit of a mishap when we ordered our entrees bcs the server thought we wanted it to go. So another server came over and apologized and said they were short staffed, which made me laugh bcs there were 3 ppl on the floor working and the place wasn't full. I remember I use to cover 13 tables with just a busboy in NYC and oh man do I miss my 20's haha Anyways I hope they get more servers soon bcs their food is really good, I can imagine how crazy it is at night if they were already struggling with lunch. I'm actually craving more of that mochi meat appetizer as I am writing this review. Maybe going to try dine-in again soon... and have our entrees in-house.

Authentic Vietnamese food. First time here. Since District One closed in 2025, we were searching for a good Vietnamese restaurant & found this! Def recommend

I came to visit my sister in Vegas and decided to come here mainly for the trending banh ram. Not sure if I'm spelling it correctly but it definitely fulfilled my craving for something I never had ! Food was delicious! Me and my sister had pho and my bf got the bahn mi, he was a fan of the sandwich ! We also got some spring rolls, it was super crunchy. Due to my sensitive teeth, because of my braces, I couldn't eat it all :/ I got the Vietnamese iced coffee to drink, super strong, just how I like it. Ambience is nice, kinda dim in here but not too dark. Waiter was friendly and very accommodating. This place is a bit on the pricey side but for the serving size it's kinda worth it if you're willing to splurge !

This is a small location so there is quite a bit of a line. We waited 20 minutes and opted to split our party into 2 tables so we can eat and leave quick to the airport. Service is wonderful here. Everyone is quite personable and I believe the owner(?) he was running things quite efficiently and I liked his sense of humor. The food was actually quite delicious. The banh Khot was so crunchy - I've never had them like that before. This mochi cracker app was good but it was bigger than I was used to. Still very flavorful though. The BBH was very tasty. Tasted quite clean and it wasn't too spicy either. Drinks were refreshing. Overall, if we're in Vegas, I would eat at Pho Saigonese again.

My first time trying Pho Saigonese and it did not disappoint! I was fighting off a cold and was craving something warm and comforting, and their pho hit the spot perfectly. The restaurant itself is cute, clean, and has a cozy, homey feel. The aroma of pho fills the space as soon as you walk in, which instantly made me excited to eat. The broth was rich, flavorful, and soothing without being overly salty. We also ordered the spring rolls, and they were fresh, crispy, and just as satisfying as the pho. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit.

After having a wow experience at Pho Saigonese in Henderson a couple of years ago, we were excited to see one arrive on Spring Mountain. As a stand alone restaurant, there is plenty of parking which is such a relief when dining on Spring Mountain. The lighting is a bit dark inside though, which takes some getting used to after being in the bright Las Vegas sun. Their menu has all the pictures, which makes the menu huge but a lot easier to navigate. This is especially helpful for those unfamiliar with these dishes. * Luna Mini Prawn Cakes / Bahn Khot $18 - We loved it before so we had to get it again. These crispy bites are just popping with flavor! I have since learned that they grind their own flour for these cakes. * Steam Flat Hue Dumpling / Bahn Nam Hue $14 - These flat dumplings were decent. I don't know if they were exceptional or not. * Mi Quang / Quang Noodles $18 - When ordering this, we didn't realize it was a soup noodle dish as the photo didn't really reflect soup in it. I was a bit surprised as I wasn't expecting soup. However, this dish is just loaded with protein - shrimp, chicken, spare ribs, pork belly, and quail eggs. You're definitely getting your fill with this order. It was just okay for us. Service was fine. The food experience was just okay for us this time around. We didn't order dishes that gave us the wow factor except for the Bahn Khot and that was our mistake. We would go back and try out their other dishes that you don't typically find at your everyday Vietnamese joint.

Wowww what a gem! I loved the hot and crispy Bahn Khot, the shrimp was tender and the flavors were all there. The pork noodle bowl was delicious and the sauce that it comes with, I could drink! The restaurant was busy but the servers come around and check on you frequently so I never felt like I was waiting too long. I can't wait to come back and try more of their foods, especially items I haven't seen at other Viet restaurants.

Com ga Hoi An 4/5 comes with mixed salad and soup on the side. The fish sauce is on the sweet side. The mixed salad went well with the dish. The soup is pho broth, adding a nice balance to it. My friends and I went here the day after EDC weekend planning to go in for some recovery pho but after seeing the extensive menu knew we had to order more! I ordered the following: Tumeric fish with dill 5/5 's the fish comes on a sizziling plate giving the fish a nice char and crunch. It's so flavorful and paired nicely with the fresh herbs, crackers, peanuts, vermicelli noodles and fish sauce. This is my must order! Bun Bo hue was delicious! I ordered it in addition to my tumeric fish. Filled with lots of meat and the broth had the perfect amount of spice. House special pho with reg noodles and one with the thicker noodles both were delicious!!! Asked for bean sprouts to be steamed. They're very generous with the herbs and portions Banh khot had a good balance of chewy from the mochi and crispy perimeter. Again the lettuce herbs and fish sauce combo was perfect! Chicken salad and chicken rice porridge! I love that this gets offered as a combo! We asked for the fish sauce to be mixed in with the chicken salad. I love their chicken salad and will be going back for it. I loved the crunchiness of the fresh green lettuce with the fried onion and generous amount of shredded chicken. A great healthy green to have after partying all weekend. (Don't tell my aunt but it taste lowkey better than hers lol) Vietnamese coffee affogato!!! So good, refreshing & the perfect dessert and palate cleanser after our meal. Our server was amazing! I thought her name was Sammy but the receipt says Danmy so sorry but she was the best! She gave perfect recs for food and drinks. We got there 15 min before closing and I had wanted the Vietnamese coffee affogato for dessert but didn't want to order it since we were the last customers there. She surprised us by making us to go cups so we could try it since we were visiting from New York, LA & SD. So sweet!!! Their restaurant is gorgeous and beautiful! I loved the decor and ambiance. 10/10 experience. I've already told my family who are in Vegas for the BTS concert this weekend to eat here & plan to take my parents and family from Canada here when we come back to Vegas in July! I can't wait to try the food we didn't get to try yet like the Vietnamese crepes and banh cuon! My faves!

Delicious, fresh, generous! We arrived just before 11:30 am. Ample tables available but no sooner, all was filled. Apparently this is a second but newest location since 2025. Thai decorations fill the restaurant. Will go again!

Square crab rolls! They are definitely larger than the photo shows! Super flavorful

Amazing food! Bun bowl had everything I wanted and more...shrimp, lemongrass chicken, spring rolls with shrimp! Ricky our server was awesome as well as the whole crew. The hostess was so happy and hospitable. Everyone was attentive and happy

When you live only 10-15 minutes from Little Saigon, getting amazing Vietnamese food is almost too easy. That's one of the reasons I love Vegas though. Not only do they have Chinatown, but it has really grown into more of a "Little Asia" with so many different cuisines and restaurant options to choose from. I stopped into Viet Noodle Bar after seeing a few recommendations, especially for their Bò Lúc Lắc, also known as Shaken Beef. It's a Vietnamese dish made with marinated, cubed beef stir-fried in a hot wok with onions, named after the "shaking" motion used to cook the meat. It's easily one of my favorite rice dishes, so I had to try it. I started with the crispy egg rolls, and those were amazing. They were wrapped perfectly, crispy, flavorful, and delicious. Unfortunately, the main course was a bit of a letdown. The waiter mentioned filet when he brought it to the table, but it definitely didn't taste or feel like filet to me. The beef was tough and overcooked, which was disappointing because Bò Lúc Lắc is one of those dishes I really look forward to when it's done right. The flavors were there, so I wouldn't write the place off completely. I'd come back and try some of their other dishes, but I probably wouldn't order the Bò Lúc Lắc again. It just wasn't the version I remembered or was hoping for. Overall, the egg rolls were great, the service was fine, and the flavors had potential, but the dish I came in for missed the mark.
