No flavor in the food..the atmosphere was ok...the service was good. I think I was expecting more. I had the Chicken Egg over rice tomatoes and cucumbers. And 2 shrimp rolls.

I was not expecting to experience Vietnamese food this terrific in Pooler GA. What a delightful surprise. Delicious. On top of that, the staff was super attentive and courteous. Definitely worth a try. I will be back.

Honestly disappointed because I had higher expectations. Some menu dishes not available. Recently opened in the past 1-2 weeks. The Pho broth was not good. Good noodles and meats/toppings. The rice dish was ok. The Vietnamese coffee was good, but premade. Service was good and attentive. Good ambiance. Will give it another try in the future in hopes of improvement.

I went to the soft opening my first visit and returned today on the second day of its "Grand Opening". I can absolutely see the improvements they've made already. The staff seemed more knowledgeable and all of the items on the menu were available. They have changed their menu from a booklet to a laminated page which is much more easy to browse imo. I ordered the Rare Beef & Brisket Pho. The broth was clear and flavorful which was even a step up from the initial visit. I look forward to returning.

Not quite sure why the reviews are so low here. I've been trying every single spot in town in search of the best pho and easily this one takes the cake. The broth is delicious and so is everything else. Service was fine too! It's become my new favorite spot (:

Food was delicious, and the service was great! The interior is also super cute. Will definitely be back!

Banh Xeo, full of oil with only one shrimp a few pieces of meat and loaded with bean sprouts. Awful experience

This place, formerly called Saigon Bistro, is now called Asian Bistro. We stopped in to try out…read moretheir offerings. We tried their PHO and PAD THAI dishes --- both excellent --- as were the Shrimp Spring Rolls. The offerings via the menu present a more diverse and broader range of foods --- more South East Asian overall. What we find odd is the ratings attributed to the former Saigon Bistro are attributed to this new restaurant. This is confusing. The good news is we find the offerings here, in our limited experience, to be excellent. Highly recommended.

I find it nice and comforting when it is clear that many other patrons to a small restaurant are obviously regulars. There wouldn't be regulars if a place wasn't good! That said, my meal was mostly kind of meh. I got the Vietnamese crepe, which is more like an omelet, and I think I just ordered something that didn't hit my palate right. My guy was happy with his meal (pho), but I found mine a little bland and wanting. I am sure other things would have been better, I just chose the wrong thing to order. Service was pretty good and I can see this as being a solid, every day lunch spot for folks in the area.

We come here every year when we visit Savannah. It's always a little different, decor wise, and…read morewith the wait for seating. (During the week this visit we had no wait- which was GREAT!). I always get the Spicy Lemongrass Noodles (baseline usually not very spicy- you can add table side spices to your liking). They vary a little year to year but I always enjoy them. Cold air inside, waters stayed full, but it can be fairly noisy depending who you're sat next to and how busy the place is. Tables can be a bit tight for a couple as you'll only get a 2 top (they get busy and need to save the larger tables for bigger parties). We were able to order before the 10 top next to us, so our food came out super fast! (Yay!!) Could use two bathrooms though, the one they have is large but when they are packed it can be quite a wait. Lots of metered street parking on Broughton and nearby streets. We'll be back again!

4.5/5 stars. My first restaurant stop in Savannah! A cute Asian restaurant, I loved that they have…read morethe origin of the food listed on the menu for each item. Makes it fun to try dishes from different locations, especially for those unfamiliar with Asian cuisine. Very pricey menu. Pad Thai 2.5/5 could have had way more flavor and had zero spice, and they didn't ask if we wanted a spice level at all. Flavor came out once chili sauce was added. Red spicy noodles were spicy and yummy! 5 spice BBQ pork plate was super flavorful, loved this dish! Lychee sake martini just tasted like lychee juice which was great. They also add in 2 lychees to eat/garnish! A good spot, nothing to write home about. Probably wouldn't come back, there was nothing wrong with the place, just nothing exceptional.
