I've visited this restaurant three separate times, and unfortunately, each experience left me feeling uncomfortable in ways I couldn't ignore. During my first visit, I stopped in on my lunch break to place an order. From the moment I walked in, the initial interaction felt uneasy--there seemed to be confusion or hesitation in how I was greeted, and while I waited for my food, I didn't feel particularly welcomed sitting in the lobby area. On my second visit, I dined in. While eating, a manager began sweeping and cleaning very closely around my table, including using cleaning products nearby. What stood out to me was that other guests seated in a nearby section were not approached in the same way, which made the experience feel uncomfortable and distracting while trying to enjoy my meal. On my third visit, while ordering, I selected a dish I was familiar with and excited to try. However, I was repeatedly questioned about my choice and encouraged to order something more "basic." When my food arrived, I was only given a fork, and when I requested chopsticks, I was asked if I was sure I needed them. Throughout the meal, there were additional comments that made it feel as though my preferences and familiarity with the cuisine were being second-guessed. Individually, these moments might seem small, but across multiple visits, they created a pattern that made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Because of this, I've decided not to return. I recently visited Pho 25 in Savannah and had a pleasant experience overall. The interior was very clean and had a modern Vietnamese vibe, which made the atmosphere feel fresh and inviting. The service was good, and I appreciated that they bring out bottled water when we asked for water, which is a nice touch. Our food also came out quickly, which was great. My brother treated the four of us for diner, three brothers and my grandson. We had the CHA GIO- spring rolls AND CANH GA CHIEN NUROC MAM- chicken wings for our for appetizer and for the main course we all had the same dish which were PHO HAI SAN- seafood noodle soup combined with shrimp, imitation, crab meat, squid and chicken broth. Everything was delicious and at the right temperature. The ambiance is casual and the aesthetics were bright and beautiful. The service was good here and I like that the manager came around to chat. My brothers come here frequently to dine here so they are familiar with the manager and staff. The pho reminded me of the yelp event at Fresh Takes on Pho and the awesome new friends I made there. Remembering Victor H. giving me a lesson on how to navigate the noodles. This was my grandson's first time eating pho do I was able to show him how to navigate the noodles. It's new and clean but something about the atmosphere is giving unfinished. I came strictly for the Pho, people swore it was amongst the best or the best in Savannah that they've tried. I'll go ahead and agree that the pho was great and the beef bone broth I could drink it everyday faithfully. The pork fried dumplings had a great flavor but hardly any filling. The summer roll was decent but it was slimmer than most restaurants. The grilled pork chop is a hard NO for both of us. There was a sweet flavor that didn't mix well with the burnt grill flavor. This restaurant is outstanding! Fresh made food with excellent options. I have never had anything like the muscles they served, which were beyond my expectations and tingled our taste buds! The Pho was incredible. My husband tried the family recipe Pho and was not disappointed and our daughter visiting from California said it's one of the best she's ever had. We will definitely frequent this restaurant when we are in Savannah. I highly recommend it! We spoke with the owner, Vu, who came over to check on us several times making sure that everything was to our liking. The restaurant was busy and vibrant. Pho 25 is a Vietnamese establishment that specializes in traditional beef noodle soup. So we decided to try just that. The BRISKET PHO sounded delicious. I ordered the regular portion size at $17.95. The price point was painful for a small bowl of pho but it would be worth it if the broth was stellar and the portion was adequate. The broth was very good! The rice noodles were soft with a good bite. The brisket was plentiful. Needless to stay I was left hungry for more. The regular is really a kid sized portion that could not even fill up a young teenager. My toddler ordered the BUN THIT NUONG with CHA GIO. She gobbled that up quick. The portion size is quite miniscule. There is only one egg roll that comes with the dish which is a travesty. You are paying premium prices for very little food. Just to give you an idea, my cousin in Houston pays $12.95 for a very large bowl of beef noodle soup. Make sure you bring cash if you want to avoid the 3% credit surcharge. read more

05/ 2025 Searched for food near me and this place popped up. This was only my 2nd time having Pho. I ordered the seafood Pho without squid so it was just shrimp and imitation crab meat. The flavors were really good and they bring you out a plate of brussel sprouts, fresh jalapeños, lemons, and some other leaves. I would not order the seafood Pho again with shrimp because the shrimp has the shell on. For me that changed the experience. I request the two side paste to kick the heat up just a little. Chili paste and something else. I also had the spring rolls. Really like that it's cold in there to enjoy it even when it's hot outside. read more

I haven't even tried my food yet and this place more than deserves 5 stars. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Ricky with such a welcoming smile I felt like I walked into a friend house. My sister just had surgery and he heard me on the phone with them, put a rush on my food so I could get her asap. While I waited I was offered a water and a place to sit with a table while my order was being made. The inside is so clean and inviting. It looks as if they're going to have an outdoor sitting area but it didn't appear to be set up when I came. My food is to-go and I'm sure I'll be adding to this with pictures of our food and a review on that. So far, I absolutely recommend this place even if it's just for the environment. So my sister and I came back because I forgot her spring rolls and I'm over the moon happy with how our experience went! We ended up dining in and since another person heard me ask my sister if she wanted to just sit here and eat before heading home, they showed us a table, brought out dishes for our food that was in Togo containers and Derrick took great care of us. Coming from living in Atlanta for 27 years, I was so excited to hear that Savannah had a new pho place. My experience was rather mixed although I do think that they will work out the glitches since they are new for starters. It was freezing in there so please bring a jacket. It was really hot outside but it felt like 62° in the restaurant, The service was slow but they did get busy so I'm giving them that. The server brought me out two appetizers but I only ordered one so I decided to splurge and got two appetizers because I was hungry. It was actually pretty delicious. I got the fresh spring rolls and then the Vietnamese fried spring rolls I loved how much veggie slices were in the fish dipping sauce. The chicken bowl was hefty serving like the usual Vietnamese restaurants with noodles, lettuce carrots and white taro. The chicken was a little grizzly but I liked the grilled flavour. I have been here three times (from dine in to take out) since the soft grand opening and have enjoyed everything I've ordered thus far. I enjoyed this place the first time I tried it but my recent visit has been so disappointing that I will not be returning. The good, and less good: Appetizers are yummy and they provide a nice amount of peanut sauce with the rolls. The pho was ok--it came with the generic sides of bean sprouts, lemon, basil, & dipping sauce. Portions are small for the price (everything here is priced higher than what would be expected) but disappointedly the broth was very watered down and quite bland. I am from San Francisco though so I'm used to authentic, flavorful pho. This was definitely not like what I am used to. Small gripes: their website has a hidden fee revealed at checkout of an extra approximately ~20% charge. It is labeled non-specifically as a 'service fee', and led my $70 bill (which was the true total listed on the physical receipt the store included with our order) to almost $100. This fee is not optional. The site also offers dine in order ahead, which the restaurant does not actually provide--and this is not written anywhere so you will only find this out once you show up to the store--ordering ahead is takeout only. I also dislike how ordering online does not provide an electronic receipt of any kind, just a text stating they confirmed your order, but not what items that includes. The recent experience: Their website offers order ahead for dine in, so my family and I were expecting to dine in, only to be told once I arrived that they 'don't offer that'--I was curtly informed that they have no control over their website. This was unfortunate but I was understanding and flexible, though now looking back I'm realizing I was not given even a semblance of an apology due to the inconvenience caused by a fault on their part and I was instead treated as the hassle despite being nothing but polite and patient. There was a lack of information given to me about the update of my, now takeout, order. My family and I stood around confused for an extra 10 minutes not knowing what to do next since the dude (I assume shift lead) that curtly informed me just walked away after I assured him that takeout was okay. The cherry on top was the bland pho broth that was reminiscent of oily water and the chalk-like brisket meat. If you're okay with a hefty hidden fee and not expecting to use the services advertised, I'm sure you could manage a good experience with order ahead. Otherwise, stick with being seated and eating in store. The food here just isn't that great or reasonably priced enough to warrant another return after an experience like this though, atleast for me. How they can make things better: fix the website. If you can't fix the website to specify this store does not offer the service offered on the website, then include a menu item at the top as a note warning about this issue. If you can't do that either--then call the phone number that all customers have to provide for the online order and confirm or inform about this issue. That is what I thought I provided my phone number for--instead, I had to drive 45 minutes and arrive there to find out despite getting a confirmation text. Food is subjective so maybe you'll enjoy it a lot more than I did, just be warned of ordering online for this store. But above all, the lack of empathy on the staff's side was the most disappointing for me. read more

I've been three times in one month and I've drove from Claxton to come eat here! The staff is super nice and I love they have a set menu the pho is definitely an authentic Vietnamese style!!!!
