It's hard to give a poor review to a small business, but I gotta be honest. Doesn't hit anywhere near all these other reviews. People in El Paso generally have no clue what good Asian food is, hence the widely variable reviews. Pho broth has a lot of flavor, but found a piece of lard floating in the broth. Not normal. I even tasted it to verify. Very small portions in meat and noodles for the price. Was served halfway spoiled basil, server brought out some that was less spoiled but black leaves and seamed to not really care. Both fresh and deep fried rolls were mediocre at best, again very small portions for the price. Tiny amounts of sauce. One extra start just to be nice to a small business. read more

While it is not a fancy restaurant, it is a sit down restaurant that is family friendly. The owner served us and because it has been so hot we decided not to try the Pho, we ordered spring rolls, "Bo Luc Lac" or Shaking Beef with fried rice and Chicken & vegetables with thin Vietnamese noodles. We really enjoyed our meal, but the owner surprised us with a small bowl of Chicken Pho to taste. It was really good. So good in fact, that we ordered Chicken Pho for two to take home for tomorrow. It is a little difficult to find since it is in the strip mall by Hobby Lobby right behind the McDonalds but really worth the trip. We will be back. If you haven't tried it you should! This place exceeded all my expectations!! My fiancé and I are military so we move a ton and always try to find a good pho restaurant. I'm originally born and raised in Los Angeles so my expectations are pretty high. The owner was very welcoming when we walked in and talked about how he makes his broth over 24hrs (the way it should be done)! The little shrine, plants and Buddha statues screamed authenticity. Let me tell you, the broth was so good that you didn't need to add anything! We also got an order of shrimp spring rolls which were also delicious! We did not leave any peanut sauce behind. This place is a must try! Coming from Hawaii where we had so many pho restaurants and trying to find one here in El Paso has been rough. I am so glad we came across it. The owner takes a lot of pride in his pho. He asks for you to try it first before adding anything. Normally I dump a whole bunch of hosin and sriracha in mine but this broth was something I never tasted before. It was clean so to say. He cooks it for 24 hrs. We went to Pho & Rolls on Mesa. Shopping center next to Sam's. I can't recommend it enough! The Pho was savory and just amazing! Spring rolls were nice and crisp and flavorful as well. Staff was extremely friendly. Was just shocked that there weren't that many people there. Great family, authentic restaurant. Pho is amazing in chilly weather. Hope you all have a chance to visit! This is by far the best pho in El Paso, Texas. I've lived in LA and have high standards for Pho. we started off with shrimp spring rolls and both of us agreed they were the best spring rolls we have had in El Paso, so fresh and the basil and mint were perfectly added. Then we moved on to the pho and the broth was so rich and delicious. It was hard to add any extra sauces because the the broth was just that good! The owner came over and chatted with us. He was so kind and even threw in an extra ribeye into our pho. It was all such a wonderful experience. This is definitely our new favorite spot. We will be back! read more
