Watch out your wallet, check the prices before you pay! We love to support local business, but this place is a big disappointment tonight. Not very honest!! I called in for take out, and we drove there to pick up the food. The menu prices they print on their menu and listed on website are very different than what they were charging me. They over charged 4 out of 5 items we ordered. Take a look the pictures I documented. I called them back, and asked for manager to explain. He said they changed the prices a month ago, website has been updated (NOT TRUE), he said their take-out menu has old price (but they leave tons of these take-out menus at front for you to take home). I found out, website prices are exactly same as take-out menu prices. But at the end, they will charge you much higher prices on your bill!! I just really wanted some Pho and have been meaning to stop by here. Really good food, atmosphere and will return. On arrival there is plenty of parking. It's in a strip mall with lots of other places, so it does get busy though. The restaurant has a very modern snd clean feel inside. The menu has a lot of choices. Next time, I'd like to try a banhmi. They include pictures in the front i case you aren't familiar with a dish. I had the Pho with rare steak and well done brisket (regular size) and the summer rolls with shrimp snd pork. They brought all the toppings, sauces and utensils to the table after I ordered which was nice. The food came out quickly. The pho was delicious. I loved the broth even before any add ins. Very flavorful. I couldn't finish all of it so took some home with me. The summer rolls were large and came with peanut dipping sauce. Pricing was reasonable. Are you pho real?! This place has the best Vietnamese food I've ever had. We ordered pho tai filet mignon, summer roll with shrimp, grilled chicken banh mi, grilled pork and spring roll bun, and bbq shrimp and grilled pork bun for take out. With covid causing prices to sky rocket at restaurants, I was honestly expecting our meal's total to be on the pricey side, but it was quite reasonable, considering the generous portions. I kid you not, the bun take out containers probably weighed about 5 pounds each...5 pounds of pure yumminess! And the bread for the banh mi sandwich was the definition of perfection--soft, yet crispy and so fresh tasting. I've had several banh mi sandwiches before this one, but none of them compared to this one. They really have their seasonings down...chef's kisses. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Not only is their food out of this world, but the people who work there are so nice. Husband & I came here the day after their grand opening and it has been the first place my husband and I have dined in at since ....you know: the what must not be named virus. We were promptly seated, inside is new clean and surprisingly larger than we thought which is great. We shared a lotus root salad which had shrimp and pork, I'm used to it made with pork belly but here it was made with Vietnamese ham. It was a bit sweet, but I really liked it. Hubs got the Broken rice with grill pork "Dac biet" or special. All were delicious and good portion. Since then we have gotten takeout almost twice a month here; pho, banh mi and bun dac biet, lotus root salad, spring rolls, ect. All our orders have been great, no problems, even the to-go orders were great at home. We brought a few friends for dine in and appreciate how they social distance the tables. Food: we love the food here everything we have ordered has been delicious 5/5 Atmosphere: inside is big and spacious, not too over crowded (thank you), not a romantic place but more of family dining. The hanging wheel as a lightless chandelier is a bit odd but hey I'm here for food. Price: 4/5 they are comparable to the Vietnamese restaurants in the very close area but I've had better prices with great food as well in philly. Service: Service is always fast and friendly, only times I believe we weren't helped directly is if there was a language barrier or maybe certain staff aren't supposed to deal w patrons directly? New Vietnamese establishment settled on 202 in the Fairfax Shopping Center. It has only been a week since the grand opening. So my review is based on just what I've encountered during the first visit. Was properly greeted at the door. I didn't want to dine in, but like many others, opted for take out. There's stickers indicated on the floor to remain social distancing while we waited. Plenty of seating on the floorplan that are clean, spacious, and open. Also well staffed. Everyone seemed nice and gentle. Ended up starting with the basic by ordering 2 Traditional Classic Combo Hoagies aka Banh Mi Thit Nguoi. Baguette was a decent size. I think it was a tad bit larger than most places, which isn't a bad thing at all. Toasted well with a nice crisp. Wish they added a bit more slices or cold cuts and evenly distribute the pate. Other than that, the Mister and I enjoyed them. We will definitely be back to try their Pho and Rice Platters. Hope this place is here to stay! read more

So expect to pay around $15 per main course. But it is so worth it! It is in a shopping center almost hidden away. But you'll find it right next to the seafood place. I go here for the bun dac biet and the Bahn Mi hoagies. I avoid getting the pho. The soup is very watery and the flavor doesn't "hit" with and depth. It is convenient to get there off of 95. One problem that can easily be fixed is that the double front door only has one side unlocked (left). Meaning, lI have tried opening the right side door many times trying to get in and thought store was closed. I have also walked into the locked door assuming it would open on my way out. I am so pumped for the latest addition to the Concord Pike restaurant offerings: Pho Bami! We had been anxiously awaiting its opening since the signs went up months ago, to the point that I worried that it might not live up to the hype we'd created in our heads. But it is AWESOME. We ordered takeout as we still have not been dining out during the pandemic. The menu was easy to find on their Facebook page and offers an extensive mix of appetizers, pho, noodle dishes, banh mi, and bubble tea. A cheerful employee took our order and told us it would be ready in 20 min --- and it was. BF picked up, but said he felt comfortable as far as COVID precautions during the brief encounter. Every bite of food was delicious! The summer rolls tasted yummy, did not skimp on pork or shrimp, and had the perfect amount of fresh herbs to add freshness. We also split a classic pork banh mi and pho dac biet (the one that comes with a variety of different beef cuts), which were both delicious. The banh mi was on soft, fresh bread (not particularly crusty, but for me that wasn't a bad thing) with deliciously seasoned pork garnished with crunchy fresh vegetables. The pho was such a large portion that we could have probably split it and the appetizer and been satisfied. They do a great job individually packaging the broth, the noodles, and the fresh toppings for assembly at home directly in the large container the noodles are in. The pho itself was delicious, even on a summer day when I traditionally shy away from soups. We really enjoyed everything we ordered and will add this to our takeout rotation. I'm so excited that North Wilmington now has two, new pho restaurants! My family ordered a bowl of pho for each of ourselves and got numbers 120, 124, and 125. I'm usually pretty skeptical about takeout pho because at most places, it seems like the portions are much smaller. That is definitely NOT the case here at Pho Bami. They give you a lot of meat, noodles, onions, bean sprouts, and jalapeños. There's a lime per bowl and there's a fair amount of Thai basil too. Our pho all came with the rare steak, which is one of my favorite cuts of meat to have. It does come raw. If you're doing takeout, I'd recommend reheating the broth in a pot and bringing it to a boil before pouring it over your noodles and meat. The broth does come hot but maybe not always hot enough to cook the meat or loosen up the noodles (which also come uncooked but you don't want them overly cooked so they're soggy). Overall, it was an excellent and very filling meal. The service was super quick and very friendly, and from the looks of it, the restaurant itself has a lot of space and is very clean. First of all, it took forever to open. The "Coming Soon" on the storefront seemed like it as there forever. The opening was most probably delayed due to Covid-19. When it did open, I was surprised about the space. The dining area is quite large and lends itself to current social distancing guidelines. At least a 8-10 table can be used and keep the 6-foot rule in place. As for the food, the pho broth was a little light. This is good and bad. We ordered takeout, two orders of pho and one order of bun with extra noodles. With the bun, they did not charge for extra noodles, but they forgot to include the fish sauce. We used one container of the broth for both my wife's and my pho entree and I stored the other in the fridge for another day (I usually keep dried noodles in the pantry). The next day, when I heated up the second container of broth, it was oil free (or at least less). Usually, there's solidified oil on the surface of refrigerated broth. Not here. It probably takes some of the flavor away, but it's likely healthier. Oh, they do offer pho with oxtail. First place I've seen that does that! Staff is friendly, but a little slow. Give it some time to get their act together. read more

Had a quiet lunch by myself. The food was delicious. I left stuffed. Everything was fresh. The summer rolls were obviously made to order, they were very fresh and perfectly maden the rice paper skin had no tears or cracks. I haven't had pho in a long time but they didn't disappoint, not as good as my ex's mom's pho but still delicious and lots of rice noodle, which i appreciate. The flavor was just not quiet bold enough for me. Roast Pork Bahn Mi: lacks any bbq flavor. The roast pork was more like shredded pork that was on the drier side. The bread was pretty tasty! Soft yet substanced. Iced Coffee: tastes like your typical cafe du monde, but on the sweeter side. Overall: 3.5/5. The Bahn mi is decent, their pho leaves a lot to be desired.
