I ordered the Brisket & Meatball Pho and it was absolutely delicious, rich, flavorful broth with tender brisket and perfectly seasoned meatballs. You can really tell everything is made with care. I also added a shrimp spring roll on the side, which was fresh, light, and packed with flavor. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the dipping sauce complemented it well. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. They truly make you feel welcome. Can not say enough great things about this place! We'll start at the beginning. As soon as we arrive the server/hostess/cashier Annie greats us with the warmest smile ever! We sit down and she makes her rounds checking on everyone before coming up to us and welcoming us. We order our drinks and food and within a few minutes the drinks arrived and a short time later our food. We ordered the pho and IT WAS AMAZING! I grew up in SoCal and as a server we would consistently go to those late night hole in the wall pho spots past midnight. This place is on par with the best of them! The broth was so full of flavor I felt guilty putting any Sriracha in it! Needless to say, I gobbled the entire thing! I brought some home to my wife and she agreed. Every time I come here i'm treated like family. When I walk in they already know my order, beef with veggies and a diet coke. Typically I come alone and watch something on my phone while on a break from work. But to know that the team is always smiling and remember you - its a beautiful thing. Its the little things. This is hands down my favorite Pho place, and everywhere else I go I hold it in comparison to Pho Noodle and Grill. They have yet to be beat. I came after the Dallas storms so I'm really split on what to rate them: Pros: they are open, their menu is simple, broth was pretty good and they had a place I could work. Team was super nice!! Cons: no chili oil, no basil (because of the storm), I had to add salt to broth and the meatballs were tough. I would give them a try another day when there's not an ice storm. read more

Delightful, clean, and spacious. Staff is friendly. I've never seen it crowded. Food comes to you quickly. Ingredients are fresh. The moment a patron leaves, someone rushes out to thoroughly clean the table and restock spoons, napkins, etc. as necessary. And I mean they CLEAN the table. Everything is spotless. I have gotten hot tea, egg rolls and white chicken meat pho while there. The soup is amazing. Presentation is beautiful. Super affordable. Keeps me coming back. I've driven past this hidden gem for years. So glad it finally caught my eye and I decided to stop and try them out. The medium bowl of pho is cheap and it's huge. Our family has been getting pho from this place for several years. We usually take our order to-go, and the broth is very hot even upon arrival to home, although I recommend a minute in the microwave before adding any beef to be safe. The broth is flavorful and delicious without being oily. For meat, they have lots of choices-I get chicken for something light, or the steak/brisket/tendon combination for something more meaty (I never get meatballs since they tend to get lower quality cuts mixed in). If you're not too sure about eating tendon or rare steak( the thin cuts will cook in the broth), brisket/flank is a good choice too. Eggrolls-the shell was thin and crunchy, with the inside not skimping on meat. Do note that they do use MSG, although it is not as much as other places I have tried before. Make sure to drink some water afterwards. To-go orders also come packed with cups of fish sauce with a bit of sriracha, and separate cups of sriracha. Every bowl of pho will come with a separate bag full of bean sprouts, cilantro, thai basil(?), a couple slices of jalapeno and a wedge of lime. read more

I didn't like that the roll was drowned with basil leaves and sprouts. A friend ordered the fried rice with pork and chicken. When the meal came out, the pork looked like chopped ham that came out of a can. IT was digusting, and one of the workers said it was bbq-ed pork. Yeah, I don't think so. I ordered the pork sandwich, and that was real pork. It was a good sandwich, but they skimped out on the pork.
