I don't think it was sitting around much, though, as the rice noodles were really perfectly cooked and stayed fresh throughout the meal. The pho broth was very much on the sweet side, I was shocked to find. Because it was so sweet, it was hard for me to figure out if the broth actually tasted good. The bun bo hue broth, which I tried a little bit of, was a little better because it had a little bit more acidity and the spices helped. But everything tasted a little sweet compared to what I'm used to for pho. Nevertheless, we finished our noodles, relaxing in it's coziness as it was positively frigid outside. I want to give this place a decent review as it is a small business and the prices are very fair for a hearty amount of food.
