We never got refills, no one ever checked on us, and we basically had to leave our seats and ask for EVERYTHING! If this review was solely based on service, they would've gotten a big fat ZERO! I had a great experience here! When I walked in, the atmosphere was so chill and serene; like a bistro. The good part, though, is the pho. The pho is so heavenly it borders on sinful. The service was pretty terrible along with the food. We ordered an appetizer of fried egg rolls first, and they came out almost immediately. When we got them they tasted like they had just come out of the fridge they were that cold. When we told the server she took the plate,threw it pretty loudly on the counter, and went to the back. When the food came out my husband was pleased with his chicken fried rice, but my pho consisted of little broth, mushy noodles, and mostly fat from the meat. We will not be coming back. read more

I've had good and great Vietnamese food and this place was neither. 1. The service was meh. Not friendly but not bad. When our appetizer came out (fried calamari), they didn't bring out any plates. It was very salty. Hard to finish. 2. Our main dish was the seafood soup. I was sharing with my son so I ordered a large with extra fish balls. There was soooooo much noodles it practically absorbed all the soup. I was stuck with a big bowl of over cooked noodles. The broth barely had flavor. I had to add extra hoisin sauce. When we were done with our meal, we asked for to go boxes for our soup and calamari...we got them but they didn't even give us a bag. I had to go up to the front desk to ask for one. We eat here at least once a week. The food is delicious! We usually order pho and sushi but have other items as well and it is all very good. We have always had great service and have always been greeted with a smile. The service is great but it is even better when Kim is working. Let me just say that the food here is...heavenly. There I was on a rainy wednesday evening around 6:00 pm with nothing in my stomach other than some stale crackers, I was craving for some soup. I had recalled my sister in law telling me about this Vietnamese restaurant quite literally begging me to try Pho bistro out, and so I did. As soon as I walked in, all sorts of tasty aromas entered my nose and a welcoming staff greeted me in. My server was this tall Burnette young lady with cat eye liner. She was the absolute sweetest server I had ever met. I ended up ordering Pho round steak (N2) and it was the best decision of my life. I slurped, inhaled, and guzzled the entire bowl of broth and rice noodles faster than a blink of an eye. Ever since that day, I now come in every Wednesday and this restaurant never fails to put a smile on my face and make my tummy happy. read more

The family has eaten here many times and we really wanted to like it because the food is good. The help is HORRIBLE and RUDE! We Love Pho! We've been coming to Pho Bistro since it opened, but they shut down for several months to relocate just across the street to another shopping center. Now they have a sushi bar at their new location and what a great addition they made. We like the new location, the seating is much nicer, roomier, ambiance is great. What hasn't changed are the great service and the yummy food that they continue to provide their customers. Their pho is excellent, fried rice with steak is superb. We also like their perfectly seasoned pork roll and the new spicy ahi sushi from their sushi bar. They never disappoint. Our waitress, Kim, we call her "Kimmy" is the best -- my Sister, Mom and I always look forward to eating here. We've been to many Pho restaurants (What the Pho, Pho Que, Texas Pho, I Love Pho.... I'm updating my original review to 3 stars from 1. The food has improved greatly from when I was here last. Almost a year ago or so. I had the garlic stir fried noodles with chicken, shrimp and steak. Very savory down to the last bite. The vegetables were steamed perfectly. And the noodles were very tender. We also got the Thai spring rolls and Vietnamese spring rolls. Both were well prepared. No chewiness to the Thai spring roll and no mushiness in the Vietnamese spring roll. Sad to say the service in this place has not improved and perhaps has worsened. At the beginning of my meal I order a thai tea. Our appetizers came and the waiter brought everyone else's drink but mine. He pretty much ignored me when I mentioned but finally agreed ok I will get it. Well the dinner plates arrived still no tea. I mentioned it to the new person now waiting our table. She tried to run away from the table as quickly as she came and there were already waiters standing around because the place had not filled yet. Well after stating to her that I was wondering where my drink was she promised to get it. Well about 5 minutes before we finished our meal, here comes our waitress with a big smile and a Vietnamese coffee. Not even close to the drink I ordered unless you count the condensed milk. Well before I could return it she once again continued on with her workout of sprinting between the dining room and the kitchen because she was gone. The address is definitely not correct but they are right across the street and it is worth searching them out! I was just looking for some good Pho, which I found! But I found a Sushi bar as well as some very tasty Boba milk tea! I just popped in for some quick take out but I would definitely suggest dining in! Nice quiet booths with good mood lighting! I stopped by here to get a Banh Mi to take back to work, expecting a quick and healthy alternative to fast food. What a complete disappointment. 1) No cilantro!!! "What the Pho". . . 2) Mayo - gobs and and gobs of mayo. I wiped off what I could with a napkin. so much for healthy. . . 3) I'd complain about the chicken being flavorless, but it was overshadowed by the mayo 4) The bread - is it from walmart? Doesn't really have that crusty french bread goodness that I was craving. 5) I didn't think it was even possible for this to be a real problem, but their Thai Tea is too sweet. Too sweet even for someone who loves all sweets. This meal really deserves a 1 star. I certainly wouldn't order it again, but a tiny benevolent part of me wants to believe that maybe their Pho could be decent. I'm waiting for others to test that out though. read more
