Excellent pho and very fresh ingredients. The broth was hot, flavorful, and tasted homemade. The chicken pho and rare beef pho were both served warm and perfectly packaged for pickup. Fresh herbs, sprouts, and noodles were crisp and high quality. You can really tell this is a family-run restaurant that cares about the food. Fast pickup time and everything was packaged well. I was quite excited to see a Vietnamese restaurant open in the area. Flower Mound/Highland Village area is not known for having any kind of authentic flavors. I am happy to report that is not the case here! The Pho was excellent with a great depth of flavor and tasted super fresh. We also tried the Grilled Pork Banh Mi which had great bread and fresh ingredients. The restaurant was clean and comfortable and the service was quite friendly. Looking into the kitchen it appears to be a delightful family doing the cooking. Please keep up the excellent work and the authentic flavors! Nothing here was too sweet or bland and I sincerely hope it stays that way. Great spot! read more

Felt like having vietnamese and this place looked new, so decided to give it a shot. Service is excellent. We had our kids and we're offered a kiddie bowl and utensils. They were really cute! The food is just as good as the service! The grilled pork is amazing. Get it in the spring rolls, the banh mi, the vermicelli, or anything. It's so flavorful and probably the best grilled pork I've had in a long time. The pho is also great. Huge portion, lots of meat l, and the broth was so good I was tempted to just drink it out of the bowl. My kids knocked out the pho and one actually did start drinking the broth. Also, for the kids pho, they even offered scissors so we could cut the noodles to make it easier for them to eat. I think I found my new go-to Vietnamese spot. read more

Great food. Pho broth is a 10 out of 10. I'd come back JUST for this. Meat to noodle ratio was great. Egg rolls were good, it was definitely wrapped fresh. I make viet eggrolls myself and freeze them for big batches but this was cooked on the spot! Pork chop, meatloaf, shredded pork and fried egg with whit rice was good too. Restaurant is so clean. Decided to give Highland Pho another shot in hopes they would change their unsanitary ways. I purposely sat to where I could see directly into the kitchen. While observing grandma that makes the freshly made rolls wearing gloves, rubbing her eyes then blow your nose with gloves on and continue to handle food is unsanitary. The cooks are great but with gloves on again handling the remote control then sits on the sidelines touch the seats, counters, and placing his hands into arm pits still unsanitary. Theres more, the other cook decides to make his meal with gloves on then eat with the gloves on and after continue to make food with the gloves he ate with. I'm not sure if they're thinking just because you have gloves on you're not contaminating the food. I did not see them change their gloves after touching everything, blowing her nose. It's just gross. it looks clean and well maintained, service was great, the staff is friendly. But the no changing gloves is a no no for me. I'm sure they don't care that I will not be returning for they have a lot of people that will still eat there. I'm give a 1 star. Thought this could be my noodle place that I would love. read more

The broth was good which was why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 (or less).The broth is better at Pho Quy Huong or Pho Bistro, but the rest of the food was bad. I ordered Pho with Brisket and Tendon, but unfortunately the tendon was apparently freeze dried prior to being placed into the bowl and they forgot to let it soak/boil in water to soften, because it was very hard/chewy and basically tasteless and inedible. There was a very small amount of paper thin brisket in the pho which was also disappointing, since the only size bowl is $15 so I expected more meat. The egg rolls were very greasy and tasteless without sauce. The sauce that came with the egg rolls was very sweet and quite boring. The chicken wings were overcooked and again not much flavor. I have been eating pho since the early 90's and this was one of the least pleasurable experiences I've ever had. Anyone that is rating this place as 4 or 5 stars should try some other places as this one needs to work on their food and the value of it meaning it's overpriced. Finally they need to turn down the volume of the music it was loud and annoying which seems the point so you won't linger. read more

Tried this place for the first time. The place was clean. We tried their beef noodles with beef rib, and the pork vermicelli with egg roll. Both were fantastic. The beef noodles took longer to cook and the rib was so tender and tasty. The bbq pork on the vermicelli was also good. Overall, meat portion was plentiful and food was delicious. read more

The food is great so I wish I had a good customer experience too. I came here and ordered a kids pho. The server served me the pho and I started eating. Then another employee came up to me and started interrogating me asking if I ordered a kids pho and I said yes. She then told me I'm eating someone else's order which I wasn't aware of. And was just so rude and scary if I'm being honest. Just going on and on about how I got someone else's order but I was served it? Told me I was going to be charged for the adult pho price and I was charged extra (the adult pho price) instead of the kids pho even though that was what I ordered. I didn't know that the pho was the wrong order since this was my first time here and thought it was a bigger kids pho bowl (I was recommended this place and to get a kids bowl since its filling so I assumed it was the right bowl size lol). Pretty upset at the whole interaction but I didn't instigate anything because I didn't want to cause a scene over a $5 difference. But from a bushiness standpoint I am really upset they were rude to a customer on behalf of their own mistake and charged me extra.
