Hidden gem in Bethlehem. Went there for pho, which was delicious, will come back to try more menu items. Street/meter parking out front. If you don't want to pay the meter I'm sure you can find parking in the side streets and walk. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We're greeted when we walked in and was able to choose where to sit. Good amount of seating option.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was fast and friendly. Very welcoming. We order pho w/flank. Broth was very good. We also ordered crispy spring rolls. Also very good. Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for some good pho.

We were looking for a place in the former steel town of Bethlehem. On a relatively quiet area, we came across the Pho Bowl when looking for the temporarily closed Kinoa. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food which is more Saigon. style. The portions were generous and quality was high. My only gripe regarded the lack of authenticity- the shrimps were peeked and the spring rolls lacked the usual bean sprout and basilkeaf garnish. Furthermore, the Tom Yum sauces was somewhat bland, lacking the usual distinctive lemongrass and citrus flavors likely to please American tastes. They also had popular Thai specialties such as Pad Thai. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service was efficient and the ambience basic but clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A good c h oice for Bethlehem, especially when away from the major shopping streets.

Papaya salad was very good. Tom Yum soup too spicy for me , even though only one chili indicater; it tasted more like 2 chilis. I requested napa, carrot and scallions, but there were no mushroom or onion slices, which is how it comes. I also had fried basil rice with chicken in it. I forgot already. Red curry with chicken, yellow curry with chicken, beef pho and curry puffs were pretty good. Curry dishes needed salt. Seafood rolls were served very hot. Friend really liked them. Rice vermicelli seasoned with fish sauce was okay. Noodles were cold Best part of rice vermicelli was grilled chicken.

Bahn mi was on point! Bread was a great combination of soft and firm. Perfect amount of pork and vegetables.

Pleasantly surprised how good this place is! More importantly, the staff were very friendly. I just ordered take out but was treated very hospitably. They even opened the door for me on my way out. It's these small details that make me want to come back again. I almost didn't go here because of one terrible Bahn mi review but remembered that a lot of Yelpers are miserable trolls and have nothing better to do but hate on hard-working entrepreneurs. The food was excellent! I ordered a Tom Yum soup and Summer Rolls. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Well-priced and great ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'm definitely going to be back a lot more.

Very good fried rice, noodle dishes, and curry. Solid all around. Also had some crispy rolls which were decent. Staff is pretty friendly, and food came out pretty quick. I have to say, it is MUCH nicer inside than I expected. To drive by the place, you think it looks more like a take out joint....although you can get take out, the seating area is very nice. Give Pho Bowl a try and I feel you'll be pleased. I'd go back for sure. read more

delicious food with lots of vietnamese and thai options! there were a few delicious vegetarian/vegan options and the tofu was super crispy and delicious! portions are huge as well so lots of leftovers to take home! some of the best service i've had in this area -- the workers are so kind and took great care of us from the minute we entered the restaurant! read more

I had a really good time at pho bowl yesterday. Although the shop is not that big, they do a great job of getting everything out on time and efficiently. We started off with a plate of summer rolls which were fresh and delicious. For drinks we order a Thai iced tea, Vietnamese iced coffee and a hot coffee. When our drinks came out we requested to swap our hot coffee for an iced one and they did that with no issue! Great costumer service. We all ordered the house special pho which had tasty broth. I personally prefer the meat balls over the other meat in the soup so I personally would recommend just that. I will definitely be back soon! Looking forward to my next visit read more

This is hands down the best pho spot in the Lehigh Valley. We usually drive to Edison NJ for pho because none of the other pho spots in the area really quite hit the spot but once we found this place that was it. Everything on the menu is amazing and if you have room for dessert you HAVE to get the mango sticky rice! read more

It was okay. The portions were really small for the price. I got the rare beef and beef ball pho and was still hungry after (probably could have eaten 2 bowls) where as I usually can't finish a large bowl of pho. It tasted okay but the only sauces they brought for us to add were sriracha and hoisin sauce. That's it. Also the Thai tea was $3.50 for a little kids cup full. Probably would be an okay lunch stop but would not recommend for dinner read more

The vegan pho here has an amazing broth!! Our server was wonderful, too. We had the spring rolls, fried tofu, and veggie pho, and all of it was incredible. For dessert, we had mango sticky rice. The mango was sweet and tender, and the rice was perfect. I couldn't recommend this place more. read more

I love this place and everything I've eaten here. The staff are so nice that I literally get excited to see them! So many options on the menu. Yellow curry is delicious and flavorful. Pho is great, not the best I've had but still very good! Vermicelli noodles were super flavorful as well. Mango sticky rice is a great way to end the meal. Definitely recommend this little gem. read more

Lamb was ok but not remarkably spiced nor that tender. But it was good. The rice was a bit mushy and there was little to no dressing on the salad nor the red cabbage on the dish. Would have loved to have had something more like rice pilaf. Requested some white yogurt dressing on the side and this brought it together. I don't think one can judge a place based on the lunch special so I will definitely be returning to try more of their entrées that they're known for. The place was packed so clearly locals know this is a good place to go!

All the staffs were extremely courteous and attentive. We ordered the Lomo Saltado and asked for yellow rice. The food is incredible. Best I've had in the Lehigh valley, and it's always done quickly and with no issues. Bonus points because it's one of the few places I've found in the Lehigh valley with good spicy food (tho you can absolutely get mild or no spice if you prefer) Also should mention the consistency: I've ordered over a dozen times from this place, and never have I had a subpar dish. Really want to say this is a great place. The food is wonderful, particularly the Pad Thai and Vietnamese spring rolls. The portions are very generous and the price is also very good. For dessert we had the sticky rice with mango and were pleasantly surprised since neither one of us ever had it. We had the Thai iced tea which we both really enjoyed. Keep in mind that it isn't a place to go if you are trying to save money. It isn't expensive, but compared to cheap quality food it is more pricey.
