The tendon came on the side for an $8 charge, and was a bit more tough than normal, but I loved my pho. The bun that I tried was great, as were the rolls. Service: kind service. The app on the QR code menu was a little confusing of whether I had to add certain ingredients or not, but the food was served quickly. Ambiance: fine. The bò kho served with bread would taste much better if the broth were thicker. Adding a little cornstarch to create a richer, more stew-like consistency would make it perfect for dipping bread. Another concern is that the bowls, spoons, and cups all had a very strong dish soap smell. It seems like the dish soap wasn't rinsed off completely before putting the dishes into the dishwasher, and the detergent smell stayed on them. This can be harmful to customers' health and also makes the food less enjoyable. The restaurant itself is clean, and the service is very good. My only issue is the strong dish-soap smell on the utensils and dishes -- it really takes away my appetite.
