But they're absolutely slammed with online orders and I really think there are about 3 people working the entire restaurant. And on a weekend? Yikes. It took a really long time to even place our orders. My friend went to the counter to ask for a to go container and that took several minutes just to be acknowledged. Checking out took longer than it took us to eat. They were also having a rough time turning tables over because no one had time to clean the tables. A napkin sat on the floor almost the entire time we were there. I really hope it was just a bad day with a call our or two but if not, management really needs to sit and think about some introspection. If the online orders are getting overwhelming, turn them off for a bit.

Well-established, authentic Vietnamese cuisine. I believe they've been here for nearly 20 years. The seating is simple: just tables and chairs, nothing fancy, which honestly is usually a good sign. They also have grab-and-go spring rolls along with other treats and drinks available. The wait staff is incredibly friendly and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do!

This place always has the best authentic pho and banh mi sandwiches in Tampa Bay at a great price…read more I ordered a pho tai and pork banh mi for takeout and warmed everything up at home. The pho tai was so comforting, and they were generous with their potions of meat and veggies as compared to other places. The broth for was well flavored and rich in taste, the noodles were soft and thin. The ratio between the noodles and broth were perfect. The pork banh mi I had for lunch another day. I added a fried egg on top since that's my favorite addition to eat with banh mis in general. The bread was cripsy on the outside and soft on the inside, and they were generous with their portions of pork and veggies. The egg added a saucy element to it, and helped to create a more hearty and comforting meal. Wish I got more sandwiches for lunches the following days.

Where do I begin? I'll give you my first impression…read more The dining area is clean, bright, and inviting. There's natural sunlight throughout the restaurant, with some unique light fixtures. There's a large display case at the counter for mochi donuts. Although, they didn't have any made when I was there for lunch (maybe tomorrow). The counter service was great! I was given recommendations on drinks. I ended up ordering the Vietnamese Iced Coffee. I'd never had it made with almond milk before, and I actually thought it was pretty good. I'd get it again. They no longer have Beef Stew on the menu. That's totally understandable since people don't really order it much in this area. I don't know why, but this is not the first restaurant to remove it for this very same reason. So, I decided to try their Grilled Pork Banh Mi instead of the pho. They asked if I wanted it toasted, and I said yes. It didn't take long to make. It was brought to my table in a timely manner. I just wish that I could say it was great. Let's just say that it could have been better. It was actually quite dry. I think you can see that in my picture. The pork was not tender, and the carrots and daikon had no pickled flavor. I tried to eat as much as I could, but it just wasn't desirable. It was missing something (maybe some TLC). I'm sorry to say that I've had much better ones from other restaurants in the area. I hope they can improve it somehow with better ingredients. It has potential. Hopefully they are open to feedback so that they can adapt and improve as they grow. I may go back to try the pho & mochi donuts when I'm in that area. I just won't be rushing to go back any time soon.

5 stars - Pho 813 nails it…read more Came in hungry after banging out 2 hrs of pickleball and left completely satisfied. The service was great, Delane my waitress took my order and checked in on me at the right intervals of time to see if I needed anything. The manager "chino Jay" also warmly greeted me and made me feel welcome. I requested some extra "beef tendon" for my Pho and he quickly responded to fulfill my request. Speaking of PHO: The pho was excellent -- rich, clear broth with plenty of tender beef, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and that perfect balance of savory and brightness. Exactly what you want in a big bowl of pho. The grilled short ribs plate was another standout. Beautifully charred, flavorful meat served with a fried egg, yellow rice, fresh cucumber, tomato, pickled veggies, and a solid dipping sauce. Everything on the plate worked together. The bánh mì was fresh and well-built -- crisp baguette, good filling, plenty of pickled carrot/daikon, cucumber, and cilantro. No sogginess, just solid execution. They even got the Vietnamese iced coffee right -- strong, sweet, and properly iced in a big glass mug. Portions are generous, the food tastes authentic, and the place feels clean and welcoming. If you're craving real Vietnamese food, Pho 813 delivers. Will definitely be back.
