$17 before tax & tip for bun bowl. See photo - Pork was not fresh & portion was small.

    Chicken Pho

Went here after a yoga class because I wanted some good food for the soul. It was a chilly night and I knew that BT has the best pho in town. My friend had never been here before and I was so excited to show her. I ordered the chicken pho and my friend ordered the tofu pho. We got it togo because we felt bad they were closing in 30 minutes but the woman brought it out to us in the wooden bowls because she said "it tastes better this way." The soup was silky and had just the right about of saltiness. I like my pho spicy so I added sriracha and extra hoisin sauce. I loved the fresh pieces of cilantro! The parking was so easy and although the bowl of pho was $17, they give you a huge portion so you could even take the rest home (it was too good I ate it all this time) Best soup for a cold night. Another successful experience.

this place is an occasional visit for me. mostly when i dont want to travel out of south tampa..theres better pho out there. $18 for a bowl a pho and $15 for a banh mi. not enough meat in the pho/ depth of flavor in the broth its an over all just ok pho but its pricey without the wow factor. the banh mi was nice. it comes out warm i love the pate and fresh cilantro. i come here for the banh mi (consistently good) it was a nice warm feel good meal on a cold day. the pho comes with a hoisin/ siracha mix, lots of fresh herbs, beans sprouts and noodles But the to go setup is awkward for the soups. i would not recommend. they skimp you on protein and its WAY overcooked when you take out, and its a TO GO spot! and they should provide an additional container to combine the noodles and broth. limited seating. pretty quick service. they have premade grab and go bowls, salads, and juices. its close to bayshore and ballast point park so i love to order out and eat by the water.

The name "to go" is in their name but you should not order the pho to go! They put everything together in shared containers which means the herbs were wilted from the heat of the noodles. The beef was all shriveled up from sitting in hot broth. No sriracha was included and the broth was super bland. I will never order pick up from here again. I order pho from all over and this has to be the worst I've had. Really hoping it was an off night for whomever was in their kitchen but they really need some training on how to pack their food to go!

I get the Bun Bowl w/out protein because I meal prep on the weekend and I spiced it up myself for $10.25 (life hack y'all) by adding my own oven baked chicken or the other alternative is that you can pay $16 w/taxes for a Bun Bowl + protein (My friend, Jojo, added tofu to hers). I'm trying to spend around $10 for lunch, so I think this hack is a great option for someone like myself. The prices are more compared to a traditional Viet restaurant. I like the bun bowl a lot because it includes pickled dikon & crunchy strips of cucumber layered with lettuce along with mint + basil amongst other veggies with noodles. The sriracha kicks it up a notch. I love the vine creeping up the window on the inside with the long table, so you can share a meal w/someone or sit outside in the patio area. I'm a fan of this place & so happy I got to try it out after all this time!

Tried BT's for the first time tonight and it was a great experience. I ordered the Famous Chili Chicken Salad which had chicken, peanuts, cilantro and cabbage in it. The small is 24 oz and large is 48oz (large is pictured). Also pictured is the Beef Pho which was a very generous portion size as well. If you would like to dine there, I would recommend sitting outside as the inside is a bit small.

I was working in South Tampa and decided to go here for a late lunch. Small place because they do mostly to go but they do have three seats outside and a table inside. I ordered the fresh roll which was very good, fresh, flavorful and the peanut sauce with the Sriracha in it was good. I also ordered the Bánh mì with pork, that was absolutely fabulous. The roll was soft and fresh, the pork was juicy along with all the veggies on it and the soy aïoli was a pretty perfect Bánh mì sandwich. I also had a Jasmine iced tea that was very good. The only downside to this is the location and the prices. The prices are definitely higher than other Vietnamese places but then you have to know the neighborhood and then you know why

My first time eating here and I'm so impressed by BT To Go! I ordered the tofu fresh rolls and tofu pho, both were incredible. Honestly the best pho I've had in Tampa, and the tofu is cooked perfectly. The inside is small, but so cute and welcoming. Staff was super friendly and delicious food!!! It's like a hidden gem I will definitely be back

I was feeling like banh mi but didn't want to drive up to Waters. BT to go to the rescue! It's basically what you'd expect casual Vietnamese to be in south Tampa. It's cpntemporary, organic, clean, and double the price of any place in Waters. I had the On the Street banh mi and a green tea limeade. The sandwich was good, a sanitized version of a traditional banh mi. The drink was awesome but pricey. I will return the next time I crave Vietnamese food but don't have time to drive further north.

One of my favorite spots in Tampa! Every item I've tried is fresh and ddddeeeeliiicciousssss. You can't expect anything less than from the baby resto of Restaurant BT. My go to order is the organic pork banh mi with iced jasmine tea and the Vietnamese coffee. Oh man, the Vietnamese coffee. Probably the best I've ever tried? It's too perfect. Whenever I visit BT To Go, I have to order enough coffee to last me until my next visit! My ingredients for having a good day: Sleep in until lunch. Go to BT To Go. Order an organic pork banh mi with jasmine tea. Get a Vietnamese coffee to go. Drive to Ballast. Sip on the coffee and catch some Pokemon. Fin. Highlights: -Banh mi with organic pork ($9.95): So fresh served with the perfect baguette -Vietnamese iced coffee ($4.25): PERFECT -Jasmine Iced tea ($3.95): Delicious and refreshing

If it's cold or there is a heavy rain storm outside there is a 85% chance you will see me here for dinner. It just makes sense. I throughly enjoy a lot of things about pho813. From the sauces on the table to the attentive waiters this is the spot. I've done solo dates, group events after sports and birthday celebrations here and everybody enjoyed their meals. Also the bar seating is clutch for solo outings. I don't have to worry about occupying a 4 top and you can chop it up with the staff behind the bar. Heck yeah. Once I was blocked in by the owner/manager in the car lot (I may have parked in the staff parking becuase it was so busy) and when I told the staff a man came out in full 3 piece suit and we laughed our way to the car and he told me he thought I was apart of the kitchen crew so why not park behind me. A great vibe accompanied by great food. I love this place. I can't wait to come back and try more and more dishes and up those 4 stars to 5!

I live in Miami where there isn't much Vietnamese food but my parents moved to Pinellas Park only a few minutes away from this restaurant so I was super excited to visit and go with them! Vietnamese buffets are not a common business model, and from other types of buffets you know that sometimes the quality can suffer, but Quan Ngon strikes a great balance between quality but also diverse options from many subtypes of Vietnamese cuisine. I won't be able to go into everything I tried (that would be a novel) but I will hit some of the highlights: - Grilled pork with broken rice: pork was marinated well, savory and sweet with a nice chargrilled taste, great with the rice + eggs + scallion oil or even by itself - Curry chicken: tastes very similar to how I remember my family does it, light but a bit creamy and with tender chicken and potatoes - Braised clay pot fish (but it's buffet style so served in a warming tray): savory, a bit sweet, tender fish that goes well with rice to soak up all the sauce - Fish sauce wings: not a super traditional dish but it's popping up all over modern Vietnamese restaurants now, slightly crisp outside juicy inside with a delicious savory sweet just salty enough glaze - Dessert (Che) bar: I'm not a huge fan of Vietnamese desserts, but I have to admit their row of Vietnamese desserts are well cooked, and sweet but not too sweet (also approved by my Vietnamese parents so you know it's legit!) For the price, the Quan Ngon Bistro buffet is more than worth it; for not too much above the price of a single entree at most other restaurants, you get to try a generous array of well made dishes. Whether you are native Vietnamese or trying Vietnamese cuisine for the first time, I'd definitely recommend stopping by!

I visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner, and found that the selection was pretty much exactly the same both times, The pho is only on weekends, dry noodles and meat are pre-portioned into bowls, and the broth wasn't hot enough to properly warm the meat or soften the noodles, leaving them on the dry side instead of tender...I couldn't finish my bowl The bánh xèo was nice and crispy but quite oily and only had 1-2 pieces of shrimp. Some dishes were flavorful and fresh, while others seemed like they had been sitting out for a while and weren't kept hot enough. The standout dishes for me were the rice congee, bánh cuốn, chicken wings, and the caramelized fish. Those were well done and the reason I'd consider coming back. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it's worth trying at least once if you're curious about a Vietnamese buffet, but compared to many of the excellent Vietnamese restaurants in the Tampa Bay area, I still prefer ordering freshly made dishes over the buffet. With a little more variety, hotter food, and a few quality improvements, this place could easily be a worth the price. * Weekdays: $24/adult, kids are half price * Weekends: $29/adult, kids are half price *4 and under free
