Quick, good, just what you want. Ok yeah I have a soft spot for pho813. It's close to the house, it's great and I'm never upset. If it's cold or there is a heavy rain storm outside there is a 85% chance you will see me here for dinner. It just makes sense. I throughly enjoy a lot of things about pho813. From the sauces on the table to the attentive waiters this is the spot. I've done solo dates, group events after sports and birthday celebrations here and everybody enjoyed their meals. Also the bar seating is clutch for solo outings. I don't have to worry about occupying a 4 top and you can chop it up with the staff behind the bar. Heck yeah. Once I was blocked in by the owner/manager in the car lot (I may have parked in the staff parking becuase it was so busy) and when I told the staff a man came out in full 3 piece suit and we laughed our way to the car and he told me he thought I was apart of the kitchen crew so why not park behind me. May be the best Pho place we've found in the Tampa Bay Area. The broth was delicious and flavorful and although the meat was not as thinly sliced as I prefer, it was plentiful and tender. My husband got the Combination Bun and he enjoyed it while mentioning it was the largest bowl he's ever gotten. The summer rolls and egg rolls were also delicious. First time I've been here. 45 min before closing on a Sunday Labor Day. Wasn't too busy. I got the spring rolls and veggie pho with beef broth. I'm doing this review to save for an update. I will go back. They have great parking. A bar too but didn't seem like much at bar. Reminds me of pho Qyuen. Amazing bar but they aren't doing anything with it. Server was nice. Service a little slow in comparison to other places but again Sunday before closing and I'm sure he wanted to get out of there. They do have a TV as well that had college football on. read more

Can't believe I haven't tried Pho 813 until now... I was missing out, big time!! I got the grilled pork rice platter to go. We ordered when we were just down the street and it was ready when we arrived, within like 5-10 minutes! Didn't really get a chance to look around the interior since we were just picking up, but parking was easy and there was plenty of it. When we got home and dug in, I was delighted with my order. The pork was perfect with that grilled flavor you can only get at a place like this, the sauce and little veggie sides were good, and the rice was addicting. It was also a pretty large portion size. I really want to try the pho and banh mi here, but I don't know how I'm going to do that when the rice platters are on the menu here... but I will definitely be back to try them all eventually! read more

This was the best pho I've ever had! Everyone was so friendly- from the host, to the gentlemen that brought me my tea, and my server - so, so kind and attentive. What a great experience! My wife and I had dinner on a Friday night and we are definitely going back. We started off with the grilled pork summer rolls - which are now a must every time we return. For our mains, she had the chicken Pho and I had Bun Bo Hue. Both were so delicious! My wife loved the Thai iced tea and I had a Tiger beer - one of several bottled imports on the menu from Asia. They also have a few local beers in tap and a wine list. The staff was courteous and attentive. I needed something to hit the spot after working nearby and not feeling like cooking as it was, let alone after driving home through traffic. Pho 813 is a little nondescript restaurant in south Tampa. It's clean and modern, and feels like it belongs in the neighborhood. By comparison, I prefer places with the menus no one wants to pay to update so they come with labels to update prices or sharpie to remove things no longer offered. I figured I would probably have a white-washed dinner here but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the bun bo hue for a change of pace. The broth was great, tangy and a little spicy. The brisket and pork were both good. I had a mental lapse from my long ass day and forgot the sausage was going to be cha lua (not a favorite lol). They provide the plate of veggies and herbs for the soup but I got the world's driest lime with mine. The service was good for the most part. The restaurant wasn't slammed (it was midweek), but there were a few tables occupied and some pick up or delivery orders here and there. read more

When the order was delivered, no eggroll was included. I called the store, and they said that the eggroll was not part of that menu item. Wanted to try a new place that wasn't in my area so opted for pho 813 via DoorDash. The order was presented nicely and both dishes were very tasty. The only complaint was the entire family agreed the broken rice was just nasty. It was so bland and the small grains of rice so were just not good. (Didn't want to pay $2 upcharge for the fried rice option) the deluxe pho and the beef dish had a generous amount of meat so we were excited about that and it had great flavor. The worse food I have trying ever. I have eaten Vietnams in another places but in this location the veggies beans sprouts are ready to put in the garbage and this place serve for you to eat. We ordered quickly after sitting. For our food, we ordered the BBQ pork bahi mi $10 and the BBQ pork platter for $15 with fried rice (+$2). I felt the sandwich was rather small for $10, it was good don't get me wrong. The platter was enough to share, it comes with a small salad too. Found this pho spot after I went to the mall down the road. I was seated by the hostess promptly. The interior is super cute, clean, and they had a great bar selection. Quickly got seated at lunch time. Plenty of seats & tables, as it appeared most folks coming in were for deliveries or carry out. The parking lot was a bit cramped. Ordered beverages and an appetizer which came out rather quickly. My entree was good but certainly not the best pho I've had (I'm not a pho snob either)- plenty of noddles but overall the broth was a bit too sweet for my liking and the beef was kind of tough. A few places I used to frequent would give you the beef raw so you add it as you eat, which I would assume makes it more tender as it's not sitting in hot broth for an extended time. Returned after over a year later and it's still so good!! I think it was even better than I remembered. I love that they have truly vegetarian options, with substituted vegetarian sauces for fish sauce, the garlic soy sauce in the lemongrass bowl is so good! And both tofu dishes we got were perfect. Tofu was so flavorful, we finished the stir fry tofu dish completely, definitely my favorite dish for vegetarians there. Portions are a great size here and great for the price. Service was very good, fast and attentive as last time. The place is very clean, nice and quiet/not too loud, great for the baby that doesn't like loud environments. Parking is easy right in front.
