I was super impressed with Pho Viet. Pizza Hut building on the outside - clean and bright Vietnamese restaurant on the inside. Extensive menu here!!! Okay, so. I don't do negative reviews unless things are REALLY bad but this place is rough. The pho is good. It's kind of hard to mess up pho. But they're absolutely slammed with online orders and I really think there are about 3 people working the entire restaurant. And on a weekend? Yikes. It took a really long time to even place our orders. My friend went to the counter to ask for a to go container and that took several minutes just to be acknowledged. Checking out took longer than it took us to eat. They were also having a rough time turning tables over because no one had time to clean the tables. A napkin sat on the floor almost the entire time we were there. I really hope it was just a bad day with a call our or two but if not, management really needs to sit and think about some introspection. If the online orders are getting overwhelming, turn them off for a bit. read more

The server is always so cute! She is always super sweet and was honest about what was yummy! The XL size of pho is huge and definitely sharable. The meal was so delicious I didn't need to eat the rest of the day. Please keep this place alive because the broth is so clean and flavorful even without hoisin and siracha! Pho Viet is a staple in the Brandon area. It's been around since as long as I can remember. I've gotten take out and eaten here on many more times to count and the service has always been great and fast. My normal order is the Pho Viet Northern Combination, Thai tea, and summer rolls but I decided to change it up and try their beef vermicelli bowl which was delicious; I ate the whole bowl! Swear not a single drop left. My boyfriend got I believe, the Vietnamese stir fry with crispy noodles as seen in the photo. My husband, 6year old daughter and husband eat here very regularly. It's our go to pho spot. The staff is so sweet and attentive. The food is always on point. We've loved the fried dumplings, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, shrimp fried rice. We love it because it tastes like a home cooked nourishing meal. They recently renovated and it came out beautiful. My sister and I went for lunch and were craving for a pho place and the one we usually go to were not opened or they were closed for renovations, not sure but we searched and found on yelp this very beautiful , clean , and friendly environment restaurant .We were greeted warmly and were told we can sit anywhere. We started with fried dumplings as an appetizer that were hot and fresh! We ordered the Vermicelli Noodle Bowl , one with egg rolls and the other with chicken. What a splendid noodle, it hit the craving I was having and was so filling I had to take the rest home. Our server was nice and he checked on us in a timely manner. Best pho in South Florida. Seriously the summer rolls and the peanut sauce is to die for and their service is incredible. They recently renovated the indoor door so it is very newish, spacious and cozy. Excellent spot to go with some friends. Warning! don't wear your Lululemon soft stream clothes there because the broth will stain them and I spill when I drink the broth every time. Wear older stain proof attire when dining in and ordering broth. I love the fillet pho and I've had the beef vermicelli, which is what my friend always gets, but I tried the angel hair and that wasn't as great. I did get that TOGO though so that takeout experience could have been the reason the angel hair wasn't as amazing but the fillet and the summer rolls are crazy good. read more

I love coming here for pho. It's probably my favorite in the city. I get the regular sized beef pho and it's still large to me. The service is really kind, always attentive and great with suggestions. After the hurricane damage they renovated and opened back up and it's a more open concept now which I think is nice. Went to this restaurant about 8 months ago and it looked a bit run down, but we were in the area and decided to stop for pho. We walked in and OMG it didn't even look like the same place. The renovation is amazing! It's definitely more welcoming. Perhaps they were low staff tonight because it took a while to place our order. Food came out in a timely manner and the food was good. 3/5 Food: ordered the bún bò Huế for $13.50. It was subpar. The serving looks large because elf the side of the bowl and soup. It did not taste like bún bò Huế. Ít tasted fine, but should not be advertised as so because it's not. It's not hearty, it doesn't have that rich beef, lemongrass flavor. Service was eh. The first woman that served us was rude. I really enjoyed the broth (I did add a little bit of hoisin sauce), I wish there was a pinch more salt in the dish, but overall it was delicious. We brought it to the restaurants attention and they took the bowl back but can't replace it because he had already eaten some and can't refund it since they had already served the food. I had asked for a manager and he said that they will say the same thing and that it's "company policy". If we had eaten majority of the bowl I would understand but a full bowl? The exterior and interior isn't fancy shmancy , yet it gets the job done. My friend and I started off with egg rolls and I kid you not, they were the best I've ever had! For my entree I ordered a south Vietnamese beef stew pho. I had my server add an extra so spicy roux to it. It wasn't super spicy but it definitely had a nice kick to it. The service is poor. You can order the same dish every time and they will charge you a diffferent price every time. The food is ok, but they will often give you something you didn't ask for and charge you more than you paid before. Using languge barrier is unacceptable.
