This is the worst pho spot I've ever been to. The portions are small and the customer service is horrible. Even after repeating several different times what we wanted, they still got it wrong and then they accused my husband of lying about it so he drove back to prove it to them. Perhaps we were treated like this because of the color of our skin, but regardless we will not be going back and we do not recommend this restaurant to anybody. read more

Experienced this establishment with in the first days of opening. Our waitress was trying her hardest, so service was a little slow. The green tea tasted like water. We ordered pork spring rolls for an appetizer. They ended up bringing us shrimp... twice. I actually didn't get our auto correct til we were leaving I just took them home and even then we were not too fond of the quality of meat. Great pho, but really terrible customer service. The young girl that answers the phone (probably because she doesnt have an accent) is the rudest and has the worst attitude problem. Anytime my family and I call in an order and pick it up, its obvious who the little brat was over the phone because she rolls her eyes and talks to you like you're stupid. Hopefully they find someone better to represent their company, because in my opinion, it's the best pho in town. read more

Started bad from the start, the waitress was terrible. Lectured us about why didn't we call to make a reservation, didn't bring out the egg rolls until we were half way through our meal, didn't ask us once for a water refill, super inattentive. We decided to try our local Pho restaurant and unfortunately were disappointed. During COVID I understand some restaurants are hurting but I still expect adequate service. We patiently waited to be seated at this virtually empty restaurant, when they finally seated us we waited another 15 minutes before receiving a menu or drink order. After receiving a menu my significant other and I placed order for the #13 pho soup, it was the only choice that didn't include rare tendon. We also ordered tea and water. Our pho came pretty quick along with our waters but no tea. Server never returned. The soup was okay and had good flavor but had cinnamon like after taste. I was not bothered by it but wife did not care for it. After consuming about a 1/3 of the bowl because it is very filling we were ready for the bill. Not surprising we were still being charged for tea that we had never received. Besides that there was an extra charge to add noodles to the Pho. Forgive me if I'm wrong but doesn't noodles come with Pho? Anyway the prices are reasonable but I will not be returning. read more

I'm very sorry to do this to a new business! Service was very good! Ordered Spring rolls to start. Wasn't what I expected tasteless. Ordered the egg rolls very dense and double grease dipped. The soup came and ordered vegetable with beef and noodles! When the soup came it was so cold they took the veggies, broccoli, carrots were cold as they just put them on top of the noodles. It was the worst food! We left 90% of everything got up and went to the counter to pay! $24 I'll never see again! 1 soup with beef , egg roles, spring rolls , soup and 1 hot tea! Again service was very good ( the girls). When I got to the front counter the owner said you ready to go? I responded it looks like your ready to go! He said yes they are closed. Tried the Pho House today and what a disappointment. We arrived around 12:15 and were seated inside with restrictions followed. They had condiments on the table that were filthy! Fish sauce, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce and salt and pepper, all dirty and 1/2 used. There were 6-7 tables in use and 1 waitress who was running like a scared rabbit trying to help customers. She approached our table and we ordered an appetizer of salt and pepper shrimp, headless , as was an option on the menu, however it came out with the shell on! We received a plate of shrimp, which was actually tasty, no service spoon, no plates to divide it up on, just shrimp. We used a saucer that a spring roll had been served on! We told the waitress that we didn't want to order yet until we finished with the appetizer. Time to order: they were not offering any of the curry entrees, nor the small portions of Pho, had to have a large one or nothing!! So we ordered one off the kids menu! I ordered a pork dish with veggies, the soup came to my wife first and after she had finished her entree I still didn't have my pork entree. That's when we got up and paid and left! The cashier / owner, I'm not sure, said that the kitchen made a mistake, to which I replied that why didn't you address the situation with me! The appetizer took 30 minutes to arrive and after all of this fiasco we departed an hour and 55 minutes later with a shrimp appetizer and a bowl of lukewarm pho! Save your money and patronize Lemongrass in Hemet to receive a great meal! read more

Very bad service, and very bad food. I was order Pad thai, i asked the server this is pad thai? he said yes, it look like some thing in between chow fun or something that i never see before, the picture in his advertised look good. but the food i got is no where near the picture, my first bite i almost..., OH MY GOD... nothing like pad thai at all! i order Pho instead, also Pho to me look like he using a lot of monosodium. he din't give me a spoon i have to used my wife spoon. Rest room is dirty, lot of box, stuff blocking the emergency exit.. Stay away from this place.. I wish i can add the picture in this review. read more

So this was my first time trying pho, full transparency, and I loved it! The broth was incredible. I cooked the meat at home because I didn't know it would be raw lol, and I'm sure it's supposed to be eaten that way but I couldn't do it lol. Just wish the bean sprouts came cooked in the soup instead of raw!
