I ordered a cafe de olla, I had to remind them about it, which came after my food was served but it was the star of the show. It was sooooo good. Worth the wait. My bf got a michi, hmm just tasted like tomato & beer. The food was amazing. The chilaquiles omelette was so good, the potatoes are seasoned well & eve the beans were good. Wow the fish taco plate came with 3 tacos, beans, rice and drink for $18. The biggest fish taco I've seen and very tasty. Nicely battered. So good that I had dream about it! The salsa bar had 5 salsa choices from mild to spicy. They even have a bean bar of 2 choices. They have a nice bar with awesome drinks. We ordered the Cantarito which is similar to a Paloma. It came in this clay vase looking cup that you're able to keep. We tasted bitterness in the Cantarito as if they used a bad lime and we asked for a redo. It didn't taste like any of the previous times my friend had it. The server was nice to let us get something else. We got a pina colada and mango margarita. If we lived closer, I would frequent Tacos and Tequila more often and try the other dishes. It's usually crowded on a Friday night but it wasn't on this day. MUCH IMPROVED! Taco and Beer Mi Lindo is doing great in the realm of sopes and fresh meats. I had a Carne Asada sope and it was delicious! My Mom also placed an order of fish tacos with a side of rice and beans. The tacos were a little too Americanized and had a sauce that didn't work for me, nonetheless the fish was still good! Came in here for maybe the third time. We really don't come here often because we do not live in the city. Their menu is a bit confusing to be honest. We ended up ordering shrimp tacos, Menudo, a Michelada and a mango margarita which cost us about $70. The chips are extra. The place was not as clean as we would hope for and our napkin dispenser was empty. I almost was finished with my meal by the time our drinks came and it was on a Sunday night not very busy. I think the local taco shop that we usually go to is much better for the price. We are able to get a few drinks a couple burritos and Menudo for about the same price probably wouldn't come back here. read more

Do not order the Micheladas here. So disappointed. Apart from being the most expensive Michelada I've had. But probably the worst one in town. They served it in a pint glass with zero flavor. I ended up putting all of the juices of my ceviche in the glass just to make it drinkable. they told me they make the mix in house. Which they should probably make a different mix. Well I've found another gem of a place! Parking was abundant, service was fast and the variety was sufficient. This place has more than three types of meats and some seafoods for your taco needs. They just started serving fajitas, but I had already placed my order. Next time for sure. They offer a large variety of beverages too. Every time I come here the prices are higher... you can see the stack of stickers placed over the existing prices. I understand the cost of things have gone up... but jeeze. The last time we were here our food took an hour to come out and people were going to the counter for a refund. They give priority to the newer sit down side of the restaurant. The food finally came out and they skimped us on the two sides it was supposed to come with. Overall the food was fine. We went back a month or two later and the prices were raised again. I normally get a mango fruity agua and it's $8... this time I go to order it and it's now $9 and they tried to nickel and dime me on everything in the photo even though it lists everything it comes with. They were trying to charge me $1 per candy that it normally comes with and 50 cents to coat the rim... best be coming with everything for a $9 drink with no liquor. I said forget it. read more

We stopped by to get a few drinks and sat at the bar. Bartender quickly attended to us and we got complementary chips and salsa. I started with the Raspberry Batman drink, very delish! My guy had the michelada blended, very icy. Couldn't really drink the drink because of how much blended ice it had. We moved on to the Raspberry martini, on point! Very yummy! Only thing we were truly disappointed with was the food or appetizer options. We are Vegan and they had no options for us, even when I asked the staff said that they don't have any options for us. Interesting place! My dinner companion and I got two different meals and split them for a better variety. We got an order of Four beef taquitos and an order of 2 crispy chicken tacos. Each was $12 and each came with rice, beans, a soft drink, and a serve-yourself salsa bar. Haven't had taquitos in forever but these were really good! They were generous with the guac and cheese topping. I've been to restaurants that don't give much. I think that's one reason I don't order them often. I thought the decor was nice and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Typically this restaurant would get four stars from me but I deducted 2 stars for a several reasons. #1 I like the idea of a salsa bar but when you try to ladle the salsa into the small cups, it's nearly impossible not to spill over the side of the the cup which drips over your fingers and back into the big bowl. Yuk-unsanitary! Maybe provide gloves, but not everyone would wear them. #2 Another ding is because I think they are expensive for a restaurant where you order at the counter. The ''specials'' were $12 but didn't offer a ''combination'' of, say, tacos and taquitos. It's either/or. Ding # 3 is for any Mexican restaurant that doesn't give complimentary chips. I know that happens in other states but free chips is customary in So. California so I didn't like them charging for them. You did get a large container for the salsa. We got the mild green salsa but it wasn't very good. They had a better guacamole type salsa which was a little spicy but tasted much better. Ding #4 is the worst, in my book, and it's the reason I took off a 2nd star. I think the staff is not very friendly. Actually, we went there twice. Ate in the patio the first time and the cashier was fine. Even gave us over-sized Styrofoam bowls to sample the salsa from the bar. When I went back for a couple more to take some salsa for our left-over food, it was a different cashier and she refused to give me anything but some teeny cups. Upon returning to the restaurant a second time for take-out food this time, the cashier, again, was a little snippy. We ordered 2 orders of tacos and one of taquitos plus chips & salsa. With the tip, it was close to $50. We were planning on splitting the meals between 4 people. To make a long story a little shorter...we got a lot fewer chips in our to- go order than we got when we ate in. The container wasn't even full. When I brought this up to a woman on the staff (Mgr, waitress...I don't know), she was unsympathetic. She just said, that's the amt we always give to to-go orders. I asked about refills and those are only for people who eat in. She ultimately said, ''I'll give an extra one just this one time.'' No problem. Not planning on going back. She even called me sweetheart. Pretty condescending. In any case, asking for more chips at a Mexican restaurant shouldn't have been a big deal. read more
